Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jackson Kassongo (ranked 2486 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcus Hunt (ranked 3174 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys are coming into the fight with injuries so let's see if that has a bearing on the fight. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kassongo shoots in and gets a takedown into Hunt's guard.
Kassongo is breathing heavily.
Kassongo throws a big right hand that misses.
Kassongo scoring with some ground and pound.
Kassongo chips away with some ground and pound.
Kassongo is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Hunt is rocked!
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kassongo accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Kassongo throwing strikes from guard but Hunt blocks nicely.
Kassongo lands a couple of digs.
Kassongo working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Hunt's head.
Hunt is still in real trouble! Can Kassongo finish him?
Kassongo postures up and lands a big shot to Hunt's brow.
Kassongo arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Hunt's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
