Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Alistair Spong (ranked 699 p4p, 105 weight class) and Dennis Fischer (ranked 580 p4p, 86 weight class). Spong comes to the ring accompanied by 2Pac - I'm A Soldier (Echale Mojo Remix) . Dennis Fischer told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Spong has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Canadian Elite Bruins Gym in the buildup to the fight.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Fischer lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Spong has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Spong and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Spong crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Fischer - the referee stops the clock and Spong gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Fischer. Spong manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Dennis Fischer comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.

Dennis Fischer tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
