The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marceau takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Tsuruta throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Tsuruta misses with a left hand
and Marceau makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Tsuruta cracks Marceau with an open hand slap.
Tsuruta throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Marceau counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Tsuruta throws an off balance right hand

and Marceau counters with a crisp one two that drops Tsuruta! Marceau thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Tsuruta to his feet! Tsuruta is in big trouble!
Tsuruta rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Marceau counters with a big right hand! Oh Tsuruta is in trouble here! Marceau follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
