Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tom Boaler (ranked 1633 p4p, 47 weight class) and Marcin Tybura (ranked 2914 p4p, 85 weight class). Tom Boaler has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tybura moves into the clinch.

Boaler gets control of Tybura's arms and successfully pulls guard. Boaler will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Boaler had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Tybura defends it easily.

Tybura gets to his feet. Boaler looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Boaler shoots for a double leg takedown but Tybura sprawls well. He's pushed Boaler's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Tybura throws a counter combo.

Tybura gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Tybura wants to get back to his feet but Boaler is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Tybura can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Boaler controls the pace.
Tybura really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Boaler. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Boaler has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Boaler stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Tybura swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Boaler controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Boaler advances to half guard.

Boaler is trying to work for a kimura but Tybura is defending well.

Boaler is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Boaler wants to pass to mount but Tybura is defending the position.
Boaler sitting and controlling from the half guard.
Boaler's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Boaler frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Boaler looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Boaler takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Tybura defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Boaler.

Boaler moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Tybura has worked his arm free - good work by Tybura!
Boaler moves into full mount!

Boaler goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Tybura turns into him and now he's in Boaler's guard.

Boaler is looking to cinch up a triangle. Tybura throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Boaler's body to avoid the submission. Boaler has instead reached around Tybura's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Boaler arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
