Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brutus Leagatius (ranked 397 p4p, 59 weight class) and Rocco Marciano (ranked 299 p4p, 44 weight class). Marciano comes into a darkened arena with his song building. a shirt that reads, 'Giant Killer' kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leagatius checks the leg kick nicely there.
Marciano just manages to avoid a counter high kick fromLeagatius.
Marciano will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Marciano feints and then cracks Leagatius's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Leagatius down.
Marciano thuds a left hand into Leagatius's body.
Rocco Marciano seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Leagatius misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Marciano.
Marciano connects with a single shot there.

It looks like Brutus Leagatius has been cut.
Marciano connects with a right hand. Leagatius shakes it off.
Leagatius throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Marciano lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Leagatius missing with a left hand there. Marciano was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Marciano looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Leagatius misses with a wild body shot.

Leagatius comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Leagatius chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Marciano can pounce on him.
Leagatius displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Marciano throws out the jab.

Marciano throws a body punch but Leagatius moves out of range.
Marciano avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Leagatius moves forwards but Marciano connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Marciano cracks Leagatius with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Leagatius has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Marciano.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Marciano sizes up Leagatius with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Marciano moves in close and cracks Leagatius with a massive right hand! Leagatius, frozen momentarily in time, tumbles to the canvas, already out cold! A brutal knockout by Marciano!

Rocco Marciano decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
