Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brak Maug�n (ranked 157 p4p, 25 weight class) and Eddie Gelfen (ranked 229 p4p, 33 weight class). Maug�n's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Save Yourself. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maug�n uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Gelfen.
Maug�n tries to land a front kick but Gelfen steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Gelfen throws a lazy uppercut
and Gelfen takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Gelfen misses with an uppercut.
Maug�n is looking to counter the offense by Gelfen and move into the clinch.
Maug�n gets caught napping as Gelfen dives in and scores a takedown. Maug�n manages to retain guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gelfen wants to stand and escape but instead Maug�n has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

The cut man is working on Eddie Gelfen's cut.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Maug�n, right into the meat.
Gelfen seems to have recovered his senses.
Maug�n is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Gelfen can do to turn this around?

Maug�n steps in with a hook that catches Gelfen right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Maug�n follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Gelfen looks absolutely devastated.
