The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tarver throws the left hand but Silva avoids the punch easily.
Tarver definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Silva shoots in for a takedown but Tarver shows good takedown defense.
Silva slips a jab from Tarver.
Tarver lands an overhand right.
Tarver misses with the combination.
Silva blocks a jab.
Silva on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Tarver lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Silva slips under a jab.
A shot to the liver by Tarver. Beautiful body shot.
Tarver bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Silva's head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Tarver moves into range and connects with a jab.
Tarver sends Silva crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Tarver is motioning to the referee to let Silva up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Silva is rocked!
Silva bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Tarver comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Silva falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Silva was out before he hit the floor!
