The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Ryoma Takatsuka and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kleen lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Kleen uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Kleen has his takedown stuffed
and Passer counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Passer.
Kleen drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Passer is working for takedown but Kleen is calmly controlling the position for now.
Passer wants a takedown but no success here.
Kleen should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Kleen is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Passer is defending well.
Gaz Passer has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John Kleen.
Kleen has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Passer regains guard immediately.

Kleen sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Passer's guard.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Kleen has eaten all the pies!
Kleen is just content to waste time from the top position. Passer takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Kleen in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kleen trying to control the position from guard on top but Passer is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Passer has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Kleen doesn't defend quickly enough and Passer has managed to lock this one up! Can Kleen escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Passer on a fantastic submission victory.

Punani closes the distance and clinches up with Tres Santos, looking for a takedown. Punani pushes Tres Santos against the cage but Tres Santos circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Tres Santos throws a sloppy body shot
and Punani counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Tres Santos!
Tres Santos is trying to get back to half guard.
Punani wants to control but Tres Santos is keeping him busy.
Tres Santos tries to improve position but can't.
Tres Santos wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Punani tries to move into full mount but can't pass Tres Santos's legs.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Punani is trying to get an arm triangle but Tres Santos is defending well.
Tres Santos tries to control but end up mounted... ooooh, that's bad.

Punani with shots to the head and body - Tres Santos looks very uncomfortable down there.

Punani working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Tres Santos turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Punani off and cradles Tres Santos's limp body as Punani celebrates with his corner.

A relieved looking Mai Punani thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
