More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Pitts from any more punishment! Pitts complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

Bonon fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Bonon.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Luciano, as that shot connected.

Luciano drops Bonon with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Bonon looks back up at him and smiles so Luciano waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Bonon is rocked!
Luciano lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Bonon up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Luciano from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Bonon's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.
