A momentary lapse in concentration from Jaa enables Konstantine to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Jaa manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Oh Valentine is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Valentine shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Rodriguez lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Valentine up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Rodriguez from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Valentine's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.

Volkov throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Volkov paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

It looks like Piss Moan has been cut.
Volkov stuns Moan with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Volkov jabs Moan right on the nose. Moan blinks but takes it well.
A slow jab from Moan misses its intended target.
Moan moves out of range of the strikes.
Volkov thows a left - swing and a miss!
Moan throws a right hand that misses
and Volkov counters with a straight right hand.
Volkov looks to score with a jab to the body but Moan is just out of range.

Moan rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Moan takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Volkov misses with an uppercut. Moan saw that one coming.
A nice side step and Moan releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
It looks like Volkov has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.
Volkov walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Moan tries to close the distance and clinch but Volkov swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Moan misses with a body shot.
Volkov throws a shot to the body.
Moan closes the distance looking to clinch
and Volkov counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Moan cracks Volkov with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Volkov tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Moan pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Volkov is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Piss Moan!

During a confident post fight interview, Piss Moan thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
