Tanaka feints and as Stevens raises his hands in defense, Tanaka changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Stevens is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Tanaka presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.

Stevens is trying to break the clinch but Tanaka has him pressed against the cage.
Tanaka tries to throw a body punch but Stevens avoids it by throwing Tanaka back against the cage.
