Martin drops back, looking for a kneebar! Marlow looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Marlow looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Marlow!

John Shelby was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
In defeat, Khalid Albabba stepped up to the mic, saying 'This night was yours Shelby... I guess we got to do this one more time?'.

Hauser moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Green throws a head kick that misses.
Green's jab looks to have found its range, popping Hauser under the eye.

Hauser tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Hauser has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Green has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Hauser to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Green is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Hauser pulls down on the head and he's put Green to sleep! This one is all over!
