Clarke bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Nice takedown defense from Clarke. No joy for Hoggess on that attempt.
Mr Hoggess seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hoggess fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Clarke is out of range.
Clarke stuffs the takedown.
Clarke scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Clarke uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Hoggess has time to react.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Clarke flashes Hoggess a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Hoggess's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Hoggess crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Clarke punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!

Saint throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent McDonald stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machida misses with a few strikes there.
OBrien connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Machida's hands.
Machida tries to move into range but OBrien moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
OBrien scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Machida doesn't seem bothered though.
OBrien misses with an uppercut. Machida saw that one coming.
OBrien misses with a hook.
Machida lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.

It looks like Joe OBrien has been cut.

Machida ducks under a wild hook from OBrien.
Machida lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but OBrien circles away quickly and effectively.
Machida looks for the body kick but OBrien saw that one coming.
Joe OBrien seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
OBrien ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
OBrien throws a jab when Machida was well out of range.
OBrien pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

OBrien feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Machida sprawling to the canvas! Machida rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can OBrien finish him?!

It looks like Lyoto Machida has been cut.
A big left from OBrien misses.
OBrien drops Machida with a huge uppercut! Machida drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. OBrien is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!

Fatty moves away from the strike by Magnum.
A looping hook to the body misses from Fatty. Magnum does a little dance to reset his feet.
Fatty throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Fatty throws the left hand but Magnum avoids the punch easily.
The fighters circling - Fatty throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Magnum lands with a shot to the body.
Magnum blocks a jab.
Magnum lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Fatty circles away quickly and effectively.

Magnum sends Fatty crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Magnum is motioning to the referee to let Fatty up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

It looks like Fatty Fatty has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Magnum misses with a jab, cross combination.
Fatty bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Magnum comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Fatty falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Fatty was out before he hit the floor!

Futz looks to land a right hand but Benz moved out of range.

Benz shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Futz is trying to defend but Benz finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Benz looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Nice strikes from Benz there.
Futz makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Futz.
Benz not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Benz stopping the sweep attempt from Futz.
Benz wants to pass the guard but Futz is keeping the position.
Benz is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Futz is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Futz has his foot on Benz's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Benz works his way back into a safe position though.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Futz wants to sweep here but Benz controlling him for the moment.

Futz is looking to sinch up a triangle. Benz throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Futz's body to avoid the submission. Futz has instead reached around Benz's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Futz arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
