 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Durham will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Da Silva wants to get back to his feet. Da Silva is looking for a sweep. Durham is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. This has been an exciting period of action! Durham working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Da Silva is refusing to be controlled, as Durham sits in half guard. Durham lands with a punch from half guard. Da Silva is pressing down on Durham's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Durham cracks Da Silva with a solid left hand. Da Silva is trying to control the position but Durham postures up. Durham preventing the sweep. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Durham won't allow Da Silva to get back to his feet. Durham keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Da Silva's head. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Durham accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Durham trying to control but Da Silva is working from the bottom. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Anderson Da Silva will probably get the nod. That's time! Da Silva's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

A punch combination from Durham misses. Da Silva on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Durham ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Da Silva moves away. Da Silva uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Durham.

Sloppy strikes from Durham. Those never looked like landing. Durham tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Da Silva was well out of range. Poor timing from Durham. Da Silva dives in and grabs Durham's left leg, looking for a takedown. Durham pushes down on Da Silva's head and hops out. Durham throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Da Silva keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Durham. Durham ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Da Silva walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Durham misses with a double jab.

Da Silva wants to control but Durham is keeping busy and won't allow it. Da Silva has hold of Durham's hands but Durham slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Da Silva makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Da Silva. Da Silva tries to land a sweep but no joy. Durham missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Durham trying to control the position from guard on top but Da Silva is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Durham trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Durham must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Da Silva wants to sweep but no luck. This has been an exciting period of action! Durham is stalling in the full guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Da Silva manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Mike Durham has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Anderson Da Silva is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Durham is squirming around, avoiding Da Silva's attempts to control the action.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Anderson Da Silva. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Da Silva, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Jones throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Penguin on the side of the head. That kick from Jones tenderised Penguin's leg. Penguin is trying to keep his angry face on. Jones clobbers Penguin with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Jones takes the fight into the clinch. Penguin tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Jones avoids it. Jones lands an elbow just above Penguin 's eye. Jones lands a big right hand that drops Penguin! The killer instinct kicks in and Jones finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Jones!

As Mitchell Jones got his breath back, he grabbed the microphone and managed to blurt out the following: Keep setting them up I'll keep knocking them down , I don't care who because in the end it doesn't really matter now does it!'.

Asanov follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Asanov dips to his left and cracks Hunter with an uppercut! Asanov looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.

Asanov connects with a combination that backs up Hunter into the cage. Asanov lands a flurry of punches that gets past Hunter's guard. Hunter is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Asanov bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Finn throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Bam counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Finn thinking. A punch combination from Finn misses. Bam looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Finn closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Bam is trying to improve his position. You can see the frustration on Bam's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Finn thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Finn working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. My spies in Team Hopkins inform me that Finn has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends! I wouldn't like to be where Bam is right now.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Bam is positioning himself to get back to half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bam struggling a bit here. Bam gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Bam sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Bam wants to control but Finn is keeping busy.
Finn in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Bam tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Finn!

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Khan takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Emong cracks a nice hook into Khan's ribs. Khan tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Khan takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
 It looks like Ali Khan has been cut. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Emong throws a nice inside leg kick. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Emong, right into the meat.
Emong uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Emong connects with a solid leg kick. Khan looks winded! Khan gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Emong jabs at Khan's body. Khan takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Emong lands a big uppercut and Khan crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Khan looks OK. Emong waves Khan back to his feet! A shot to the liver by Emong. Beautiful body shot.
Emong lands a big right hand that sends Khan crashing to the mat! Emong stays standing though and waves Khan back to his feet!
 Khan is rocked! Khan stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Emong. Khan is still on wobbly legs! Can Emong finish him? Khan is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Emong throws a leg kick which misses Khan's front leg but catches the back leg as Khan tries to avoid it. Khan seems to have recovered his senses.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Emong moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Khan! Emong continues to tee off on Khan, landing with a left and a right! Emong connects with a right hand that leaves Khan sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Emong!

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McDougall feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Sangs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Sang shoots for a double leg takedown but McDougall sprawls well. He's pushed Sang's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Sang has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Soul Supremacy - UK in the buildup to the fight. McDougall lands a head shot. John McDougall seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sang shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and McDougall counters with a nice uppercut. McDougall fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Sang's hands are dropping dangerously low here and McDougall connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Sang scrambles back to his feet. Sang walks into a stiff left hand from McDougall. McDougall jabs at Sang's body. We've been informed that McDougall has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Sang takes a shot right to the bread basket. McDougall feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Sang's calf. McDougall catches Sang with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! McDougall lands a head shot. McDougall's jab looks to have found its range, popping Sang under the eye. McDougall jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Sang takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. McDougall lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. McDougall connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. A jab lands there for McDougall. McDougall throws a nice looking combination but Sang bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. McDougall is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Sang had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté. Sang on the wrong end of a nice jab. Sang shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as McDougall sprawls well. McDougall wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Sang gets slowly back to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sung Sang. That's going to take a lot out of him. Nice cross by McDougall. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! A jab from McDougall does it's job there. McDougall stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and McDougall wants it to stay on the feet.

McDougall closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Sang quickly recovers to half guard. McDougall winds up and cracks Sang with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Sang on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. McDougall has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Sang slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. McDougall looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Sang with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Sang tries to roll over but McDougall keeps him under control. Nice strikes from McDougall there. Sang gets full guard. Sang is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. The fighters are battling for position here. McDougall manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
