The Yard Father shoots in but Boulks avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Will Boulks seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Boulks has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Saigon The Yard Father. That's going to take a lot out of him.
The Yard Father goes for a double leg but Boulks avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Boulks continues to drive forward.
The Yard Father has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Boulks is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
The Yard Father is working for takedown but Boulks is calmly controlling the position for now.

Boulks tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - The Yard Father cranks the arm and Boulks screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Boulks, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

The ref is looking closely - Lawson is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Lawson is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
