Ra has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Askren is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Cross uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Hayes.
Cross uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Hayes.
Cross shoots in looking for a takedown but Hayes manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Cross's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Hayes bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Cross's head.

Cross fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Hayes fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Cross looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Hayes connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Cross tumbling to the canvas! Hayes pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Cross was done - good stoppage!

Roll throws a leg kick but Beucher sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Beucher takes a swing at Roll's ribcage but misses.
Roll thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Beucher if he has to take too many more of those.

Beucher darts in trying to clinch
and Roll counters with a nice low kick that buckles Beucher's knee momentarily.

Roll keeps control of Beucher as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Roll has Beucher pressed against the cage, preventing Beucher from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Beucher blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Beucher has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Roll tries to stall but Beucher uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Beucher blocks an uppercut.
Roll misses with a punch on the inside.
Roll pushes off an throws an elbow but Beucher leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

Roll fakes the leg kick and cracks Beucher in the body.
Beucher tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Roll manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Beucher fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Roll manages to avoid it.

Beucher avoids a kick to the body.
Horrible takedown by Beucher or perhaps it was just good defense by Roll which made him look bad.

That was a close round but I would say that Tootsie Roll will probably get the nod.

More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Holliday from any more punishment! Holliday complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
