Pringle kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is White Trash Party. Town is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Old Tyme Religion. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Ezekiel Town enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pringle keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
A cross from Town lands.
Town shoots in for a takedown but Pringle shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Town gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Pringle to score an easy takedown into full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Pringle avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Town is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Pringle frees his head nicely. Oh but Town has switched to an armbar! Pringle is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Azarow lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bentner circles away quickly and effectively.

Bentner feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Bentner wants to pass the guard but Azarow is keeping the position.
Bentner controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

We're going to have a standup here because Nick Bentner wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

Bentner shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Azarow's guard.
