Do takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Banan's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bennet throws a jab but it's blocked by Riverboat.
Bennet connects with a solid leg kick.
Bennet uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

It looks like Brett Riverboat has been cut.
Riverboat moves in looking to clinch but Bennet pushes him off.
Bennet lands with a nice body kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Bennet.
Bennet lands a jab to the nose.
Bennet darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Bennet turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Bennet will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

and Bennet counters with a low kick, right behind Riverboat 's knee.
Riverboat scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.

Bennet dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Riverboat. That did some damage!
Bennet fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Riverboat has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Bennet feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Riverboat's calf.

Bennet misses with a jab, cross combination.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Bennet, as that shot connected.
Bennet throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Bennet is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Bennet shoots in for a takedown but Riverboat shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Riverboat chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Bennet can pounce on him.

Bennet fakes the leg kick and cracks Riverboat in the body.

Bennet throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Riverboat throws the left hand but Bennet avoids the punch easily.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Bennet.
Bennet has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Riverboat is breathing heavily.
Riverboat moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Riverboat has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Bennet.
Bennet throws a nice inside leg kick.
Bennet scoring well with a low kick there.
Bennet throws a shot to the body.
Riverboat on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Nice shot lands for Bennet.

Brett Riverboat's cut is getting worse.
Bennet scores with a nice head shot.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
