The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cristal with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Neut to score with a decent uppercut.
Cristal misses with a low kick.
Balance Neut seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Neut throws a front kick that sends Cristal stumbling back into the cage.
Neut lands with a kick to the ribs.
Neut tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Neut cracks Cristal with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Neut drops Cristal with a beautiful combination! Cristal stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Neut is looking for the KO!

Neut connects with a nice cross there... Cristal is looking wobbly and Neut recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Cristal to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Neut jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!

Pacioretty looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Pacioretty is looking to stall here but Emelio recovers full guard.

Hammerfist, elbow! yells Pacioretty's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Emelio is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Emelio is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

We're going to have a standup here because Max Pacioretty wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
The fight stays on the outside here - Emelio looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Oh, that's a big right hand from Pacioretty and Emelio goes tumbling to the canvas! Pacioretty follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.

Pacioretty lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Pacioretty connects with a good right hand that stumbles Emelio. Emelio circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Kai Emelio is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Pacioretty cracks Emelio with a hook to the temple - Emelio is on wobbly legs here! Pacioretty swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Emelio falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Pacioretty wins by TKO!

Lesnar's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Lesnar duly obliges.
Lesnar feints with a jab and clips An right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! An is sent crashing into the canvas and Lesnar leaps in for the kill! An tries to get to his feet but Lesnar is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that An is in need of a savior and steps in!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ed Lesnar!
In his post fight interview, Ed Lesnar started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.

Hall rushes Johnson and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Hall lands with a right to the head.
Hall lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Johnson wants to take the fight to the mat but Hall manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Johnson has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Hall is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Hall manages to break the clinch.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Hall cracks Johnson with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Johnson looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Hall finish him?

It looks like Carl Johnson has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Hall breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Hall doesn't manage to clinch there - Johnson circles away.
Hall dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
OH! Johnson has been rocked by a huge right hand and is in deep trouble! Hall smells blood and charges in for the finish! Hall unloads a vicious overhand right and connects to the jaw of Johnson sending him face first to the canvas! Unbelievable!
