David closes the distance and clinches up with Peters, looking for a takedown. David pushes Peters against the cage but Peters circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

A lazy left from Peters finds it's target.
Peters rushes David with punches - David moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, David goes down! Peters follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!

Kable is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Lancing hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The crowd cheers as Grimnir lands an impressive looking overhand right. Licha doesn't seem phased though.
Grimnir misses with a combination
and Licha counters with a stiff right hand.
Licha tries to score a power double leg takedown but Grimnir sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Licha somewhat.
The fighters circling - Licha throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Grimnir just misses with a punch to the body.
Grimnir looks to land a left hand but Licha moved out of range nicely.
Licha getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Grimnir keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
No joy there for Grimnir, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Licha shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Grimnir throws a series of strikes that have Licha backpedaling.
Grimnir throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Licha walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Grimnir throws a poor cross that misses
and Licha counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Grimnir thows a body shot but no joy.
Licha takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Grimnir lands a slapping body shot.
Grimnir moves away from the strike by Licha.

Licha shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Grimnir defends it nicely.
Buri Grimnir has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lisandro Licha.
Grimnir connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Licha shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Grimnir counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Licha looks gassed!

Grimnir lands a left and a right that send Licha crashing to the mat, dazed. Grimnir thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Lisandro Licha has been cut.
Licha shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Grimnir counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Licha thinking.
Grimnir is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Grimnir throws a shot from downtown. Licha moves away and avoids it.
Grimnir throws a good cross that connects.
Grimnir dances in with a quick combination. Licha is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Grimnir snaps Licha's head back. Licha stumbles backwards against the cage. Grimnir steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Licha's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Licha just didn't come prepared.

An out of breath Buri Grimnir thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
