The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCrae jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Shula lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Shane shoots in for a takedown but Warrior shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Warrior shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Warrior showed some decent athleticism there.

Warrior is trying to control the action in half guard but Shane is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Warrior closes this distance looking for a takedown but Shane circles away.
Warrior will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Shane shoots in looking for a takedown. Warrior tries to sprawl out of it but Shane keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Warrior manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Myers fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Donatello has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Myers lands a big uppercut and Donatello crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Donatello looks OK. Myers waves Donatello back to his feet!

Donatello is still on wobbly legs! Can Myers finish him?

Myers closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Myers breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Myers moves out of range as Donatello strikes.
Donatello on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
A combination from Myers does no damage.

Banner has an Americana. Sisphar didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Banner is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Banner hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

Valanciunas throws a front kick that sends Malapitan stumbling back into the cage.
Valanciunas ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Valanciunas lands a nice shot to the body.

A head kick from Valanciunas lands but Malapitan takes it in his stride.

It looks like Khulet Malapitan has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A slow jab from Malapitan misses its intended target.
Malapitan scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Malapitan feints and as Valanciunas raises his hands in defense, Malapitan changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Malapitan wants to get up but he can't break Valanciunas's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Pumpanmuang stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
