The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rolla looks for the body kick but Valero saw that one coming.
Valero fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Rolla shoots in for a takedown but Valero shows good takedown defense.
Valero throws a series of punches but Rolla avoids them all with ease.
Rolla walks into a left hand.
Valero scores with a decent looking hook.

Rolla moves into range and clinches up with Valero.
Rolla is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Valero gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
A nice left hand lands by Valero.
Rolla jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Valero walks away with a smile on his face. Rolla gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
