Rusher fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Owens sprawls well initially but Rusher persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Rusher seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Owens is positioning himself well to prevent Rusher advancing to mount.
Rusher thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing Owens to regain full guard.
