Company profile by Island Kings was build as the biggest event to date for the promotion....with none less then 3 title fights ,and 8 finishes out of 10 bouts the all thing was electrifing.....
There was live music, The G Unit and 50 cent sang the Champions into the octagon,we had the girls from ipanema(samba school), the Island MOB was present with some of the most notorious charecters of the ^Tycoon world keeping an eye on the promotion future stars....We as a promotion are reaching the next level now ...and with money flowing in investments will happend ....this time a had my man Denzel calling this event with me....let us break it down for you.... mma junkies.....:
170 lbs Title Tweedle Dum vs Jeff Probst Welterweight belt on the line and the chalanger looked the most determined to get it ....with both fighters studing each other, waiting to counter ,the fight started at a slow pace but was Tweedle Dum that draw first blood cuting Jeff with a stiff right hand on the first exange then ,then he pushed him and clinched against the fence from where he showcase some of the most acurate and brutal dirty boxe attack,he showed some realy nasty technics and eventualy Jeff's legs crumbled under the acumulation of the rentless strikes.....he never recovered ,and when the second bell rang ,we all knew it was going to be a formality....and so it was...Jeff trow a lazy punch and got knocked down by a slap got mounted and slaped again....and the ref put an end to hes misery....Dominant 2nd round TKO Win for Tweedle Dum(KO of the Night)
205 lbs Title Martyn Ford vs Vanilla Isis I completly agree with Mr Credible quote that "The Nightmare" is the most under rated champion in the island,but that might be about to change....he scored hes fourth consecutive submission of the night award ,all under 1 minute ....hes just so casual, he comes in he wins the fight he cashes the check and he comes back for more....He makes good fighters look average....that was what hapend with hes oponent Vanilla Isis,poor fella ,after so much build up ,the fight started and next thing he knew he had hes back side on the floor where "anacondas" rule...in these case he was the "Capivara" ...I just canot see anyone in the rooster being able to beat him at the moment in the form hes at....Another 1st round Submission Win for Martyn Ford (Submission of the Night)
135 lbs Title Miesha Tate vs Charlie Gamma Once holding the belts in two diferent weight classes,these was the last Gamma on the throne,after hes brother was removed has the king,now was Charlie turn to be dethroned,and it happend against an aphrodite....Miesha Tate is a woman with a "#$%,the statement was released hours before the fight,i think that might have played in Chalies mind.....
Peter Potter vs Heimdal The Destoryer In these fight we had these two undefeated fighters battling out to see wich one's 0 will go, it was a very intense fight and one of the best fights of the night....both fighters showed tremendous agression and in the clinch,opting for power over acuracy and the result was a very entretaining fight for the fans,but it was painfull for the most educated fan,most strikes were hiting nothing but gloves and shoulders,it was wild,at one point Potter lost hes balance....very obvious and similar tactics from both fighters ...it was a close fight where both fighters try to rip each others heads off from the clinch ,but Potter out worked The Destoryer and that, ultimatly,wear hes oponent down to the point that he couldnt lift hes head up anymore and hes nose looked like an open tap.....Good 2nd round TKO win for Peter Potter
Heath Herring vs Wooden Stick In these fight we had a determined fighter wanting to win against a dreamer poet playing with fire.....and you know what happends when you play with fire.....you get burned....and Heath was on fire it took him under 3 minutes for hes agressive ground and pound paid of....game plan was simple....take him down and beat the crap out of him...typical "All american"style.....good 1st round Tko win for Heath Herring
Octavion Prompethius vs Hyman Krustofski These two warriors realy put up on a performance,they both came to fight and fight they did ,for 15 minutes to be precise....most of the fight was fought on the clinch Hyman used the traditional MT clinch with very quick strikes, while Octavion in another hand had a dirty boxing aproach and control the clinch the best he could.....Hyman started better taking the first round but Octavion showed some never give up spirit and took the fight by the scrap of the neck and imposed hes will on the second and third rounds.....Octavion Prompethius win decision
Darth Sidious vs Dynamite Dave Both fighters seemed to have made an agreement not to go to the ground Darth Sidious completly hipnotized Dave into standing and doing nothing....i mean he was frozen for nearly 3 rounds and Darth was on fire out working hes oponent in every aspect showed to be the better prepared fighter physicly and the long hours in the gym are paying of for him scoring hes fouth win and geting hes title shot he grinded hes way to victory until the barrage of strikes took a tool Dave and in the last minute of the fight hes body refuse to follow hes heart.....Deserved 3rd round Tko win for Darth Sidious
Brutus Beefcake vs Simbo Klice On these contest we had two wrestlers with heavy hands ,so these was allways going to be an attrition war .....i just tought it will last a bit longer then that ,i think Simbo got over confident and rushed in far too soon geting himself into trouble as soon as the fight hit the ground he was going to hard for that submission leaving himself exposed and Brutus explored that ....he rocked Simbo with an elbow and then swarm him until the ref came to the rescue....Good first round TKO win for Brutus Beefcake
Winston Roscoe vs Tobias Marshall Wow... What a fight....both fighters did their best to try to win the contest and the fans show their apreciation....they battle it out for 15 minutes ,but the judges got this one wrong in my opinion,,,Tobias won the first and the second round and rocked Roscoe in the third ...so...i think he got done by the judges....that why you should make sure that you finish your fights and dont leave it to the judges....credit to Roscoe he did what he does ,very confident of hes skills as allways and hes variety of attacks cought the eye of the judges i think...well thats at least the only plausible explenation i can come up with....this was the most controvertial moment of the night for sure......Tobias Marshall wins Split Decision(Fight of the Night)
This Amateur vs Test Viarl This was a fight between two fighters with the same goal..that goal is to get a couple of wins under the belt and climb the ranks ....they show up and fought with the "guns" each one knows best...Viarl was doing realy well from the clinch ,very agressive and was causing damage This Amateur realize thet and pulled guard...clever move.....and when they hit the matt ,he slowly but surely ,advanced and controled position until he exploded into that armbar...with 3 seconds left in the round ,he taped...good submission win for This Amateur
And this was it we brought you great fights ,entertainment , drama and controvercy......
Numbers were great thanks to everyone envolved with the promotion....we couldnt do it without you all.... next event will be Skull ISLAND 02-03-16 STAY READY
