This Friday night at the doors close and the crowd settles down and waits for the first fighter to hit the cage. The world will be preparing itself for another epic card from the O.R.G. Many cards have been brought to you from the underground, now this one will make the effort to surpass them all. The first fight of the card will be-
155lbs Jose De Souza v Albert Steptoe
I don’t know what to say about this fight. On one side we have De Souza 10 fight losing streak and Steptoe a 4 fight losing streak. De Souza looked tiered at the weigh ins and Steptoe just looked nervous. Many of reporters asked these men if they would retire if they lost and neither man gave a straight answer but if they do one will go out with a win.
155lbs Jp Benn v Viljo Suokas
JP Pennhas been making quick work of his fellow 155lbs’ers he has only lost one recently and has been knocking out and taking names. I think that he knows what he’s doing in this one and will set up with the jab and work the hook to his advantage. Suokas on a 6 fight losing streak trying to make a comeback and really not scared to pick a fight with someone who has been doing work. I admire what Suokas is doing and trying to not challenge an easy fight and going to make a name and throw his hat back in for the title.
205lbs James Moony v Richard Burgess
Here we go a 205lbs exciting fight some say the most exciting division in MMA. Mooney is a ball of fire when he gets in the cage and throws his strikes from anywhere and everywhere, He is a dangerous man and his opponent better be careful if he throws a knee. Mooney has knockout power in his knee and if he hits it he may put his opponent on his ass and leave with the win. Burgess likes his wrestling and may use it to his advantage and take his opponent down and work the G N P. I like his striking but it’s not his strongest game. Burgess likes to use the clinch to set up the wrestling and I think he may out score and take the point win if he don’t get knocked out first.
Co- Main event 185lbs Ronaldo Nazario v David Backstrom
Nazario is a submission man and knows how to manipulate the fight and it winds up on the ground and he grabs ahold of a limb and takes the win. Nazario isn’t the greatest in the stand up and the only down fall is that that’s where all fights start. Backstrom has the ability to outclass his opponent in the striking game and his wrestling. I really hope Backstrom strikes from the outside. If Backstrom uses kicks and jabs he will take this fight, He needs to stay away from his opponent and not give him a chance to pull him on top of him and get submitted.
Main event 145lbs Ryu 隆 v Dave Benevides
Style vs style in this fight, 隆 has a perfect record and looks to keep it that way. He knows how to land his strikes and land them well. He will need to stick and move and measure every strike to be as effective as he can so they count and he shuts the lights out. Benevides sets his submissions up will by moving the fight around the cage and getting the take down when it benefits him the most. Benevides sets his web and moves with his opponent until he can strike and take the life from his opponents. This main event will be worth every minute to see who can control the fight and use his game plan to take the win what an opportunity for both these men.
