BFT - 264: Chelios vs Zanotto

Light Heavyweight - The former U.H.F. Light Heavyweight Champion Justin Jones Unanimous Decisions the Former CFA and Supremacy Light Heavyweight Champion Raphael "The Legend of Yelawolf" Bowie.

This one started with Justin Jones taking Bowie down to the ground. Bowie stayed on top of his game, though, by threatening with submission attempts. With that being said, Jones was not a slouch either, throwing some ground and pound attempts of his own. Bowie was able to land a great sweep, but Jones worked on some submission attempts of his own. The two continued to roll on the ground for a while until the ref stood them up. Jones then clinched things up and brough the fight back to the mats before the end of the round. Bowie took the fight to the mat right away in round 2. The two traded submission attempts immediately, with neither man really gettinf much off submission wise. The entirety of the second round took place on the mats. The two men were rolling around looking to land shots, sink submissions, and hold onto the dominant position. It was a thinker of a round, but Jones was able to hold it together. The third round had Bowie on his back quickly. The two men continued to tango on the mats, but it was Jones who would end up walking as the victor.

Heavyweight - 12x BFT vet "The Freak" Brock Lesnar submits 23x BFT vet "Rat" January Kwiecinski with a kimura at 54 seconds in the very first round.

This was a quick one. Lesnar went for the takedown after taking a kick to the head. He landed with a nice shot before he clinched up the kimura that finished it.

Co-Main - Welterweight - The former BFT Welterweight Champion and 13X BFT Bonus winner "The Kraken" Jermaine Choake Unanimous Decisions the former Bellum and LA Combat Welterweight Champion Brian "The IronHorse" Stanson.

Choake worked quickly to bring the fight to the mats. From there he continually worked on keeping a great position and landing some killer strikes. There were a few submission attempts thrown in there, but nothing was overly successful. By the end of the first round, Jermaine Choake was safely in the lead. The second round had Stanson try things on the mat, but Choake was prepared. He worked from his back into top position and was able to work over Stanson before the ref stood them up. Before the round came to a close, Choake was able to get a takedown of his own off. The final round had a takedown from Choake control dictate the round. Choake continued with his onslaught of ground and pound with scattered submission attempts. By the end of the round, Stanson's face was swollen up and bloodied up that his kin would have a hard time recognizing him.

Main Event - Middleweight - The reigning BFT Middleweight Champion Chev Chelios knocked out The former CFA and Supremacy Middleweight Title Challenger and 4 time BFT Bonus winner Ben Zanotto with strikes at 10 seconds into the second round to defend his title successfully for the fourth time.

Chev Chelios was looking to land some solid shots at the distance in round 1. Zanotto had different plans as he took the fight to the mats after taking a few shots. The ref didn't like the pace on the mats, so he stood them back up. Zanotto enjoyed that and was landing some nice shots Zanotto didn't have much of a response for what Chelios was throwing. Zanotto was taking some hard shots and looked hurt by the end of the round. When round two got started, Chelios went back on it like the end of the first and Zanotto looked like he was still on wobbly legs. Chelios put the pressure on with a solid combo and put Zanotto down to retain his belt.
