Prelims

(170lb) Chael Connell (pro debut) vs Mike Blow (pro Debut)
Connell is the more well-ruonded fighter here, so expect him to win this one.

(265lb) Igor Samedov (1-1) vs Alexander Dro Cop (2-4)
Vey close fight on paper that could go either way. Dro Cop however has had issues with his energy levels and won't probably be 100% at the fight giving the advantage to Samedov.

(185lb) Dean Wakefield (2-2) vs John Bolt (2-2)
These guys are stylistically similar and very evenly match. This fight could go either way.

(265lb) Peter Green (5-5) vs Bertrand Paulsen (2-1)
Paulsen is more well-rounded so I expect him to win this one.

(265lb) Stephen Burton (4-1) vs Roman Shebanov (3-1)
Classic striker versus grappler match up. Burton is much taller than his opponent which can make landing the takedowns harder for him. Based on that I'd give a slight advantege to Shebanov.

(170lb) Vasiliy Khrapov (2-1) vs Simon McBride (4-2)
Another striker versus grappler match up here. If McBride can't get the takedown early he might be in trouble since he has suffered two 1st round KO's in the past.

Main Card

(155lb) Bosko Dragovic (3-0) vs Edwin Odesseiron (2-2)
In our first fight of the main card we bring you a battle of two talented lightweights. Dragovic enters the CFS cage with a perfect 3-0 pro record. However now he has to face a steep step up in the competititon when he faces the talented striker Edwin Odesseiron. Odesseiron made an impressive entrance to the CFS when he knocked out Alexi Takala with vicious knees back in CFS 7. Odesseiron is the clear favorite here and he should have the advantage in virtually every aspect of the game. I predict that Dragovic won't last long in the hands of Odesseiron who shouold win this one by 1st round KO/TKO.

(265lb) Wolfgang Schlosser (2-1) vs Joshua Lynch (2-1)
Two talented heavyweights square off in our second fight of the main card. Both these guys are heavy handed strikes. Schlosser has his backroound in boxing and Lynch in Muay Thai. Lynch also has Purple Belt in BJJ and he might also look to take this fight to the ground. Overall Lynch is the more well-rounded fighter here and a heavy favorite to win this battle.

(205lb) Kool Keith (4-1) vs Robinson Mina (3-0) for 205lb title
Our co-main event of the evening is a battle for the belt in the CFS light heavyweight division. Keith won the title back in CFS 7 when he brutally knocked out the talented challenger Louie Prima. This Saturday he defends his belt against the undefeated challenger Robinson Mina. Mina is a talented striker and will no doubt give the champion a run for his money. This fight is very close on the paper and I won't even try to predict the winner, but what I can predict is that this fight could very well turn out to be the fight of the night!

(265lb) Ramzes Tuttanhamon (5-0) vs Koray Omer (2-0)
In our main event of the evening we have two undefeated heavyweights going against each other! Both of these guys are great grapplers and all of their pro victories have come by the way of submission. Omer has the advantage on the standup but it's unlikely that this fight will stay on the feet for long since Omer doesn't have the wrestling to keep the fight there. Eventually this will come down to which one of the fighters can control the fight on the ground and there I'd give the advantage to Tuttanhamon due to his superior wrestling. I think that he will control the ground action from the top position and either submit Omer or grind out the decision victory.
