[Proposed Fights]

-[Bantamweight bout]: Tim Jacobs vs. Choel Six

-[Preview]: Tim Jacobs has agreed to this proposed fight but Choel Six could not be reached at the time of this writing. After losing his prior six fights, it isn't hard to imagine him not being too eager to fight again.

-[Bantamweight bout]: Victor Stevens vs. Demetrious Johnson Jr

-[Preview]: Victor Stevens has agreed to this proposed fight but Demetrious Johnson Jr could not be reached at the time of this writing. After an impressive promotional debut, DJJ floundered against fellow grappler Tim Jacobs.

Alright, now that the name and shame business is out of the way, let's get on to the real action!

[Preliminary Card]

-[Bantamweight bout]: Dan Love (6-11) vs. Kendrick Stagliano (2-10-1)

-[Preview]: Two fighters with nothing to lose and a renewed career to gain will start this show. Despite his tremendous striking assets, Stagliano may find himself in serious trouble if Dan Love can get this fight to the ground even for a minute.

-[Welterweight bout]: Jesse Banner (4-2) vs. Rivel Molen (3-2)

-[Preview]: The boxer, Jesse Banner, looks to win his third consecutive fight as he takes on the grappler, Rivel Molen. Rivel is coming off consecutive losses which should be all the motivation that he will need to take Banner down and try to choke the life out of him.

-[Bantamweight bout]: George Santos (12-9-1) vs. Mike Messner (3-2)

-[Preview]: UPF veteran and Muay Thai enthusiast George Santos returns to the cage to take on fellow striker Mike Messner. Messner came to the UPF cage on the coattails of three consecutive and brutal victories before struggling against seasoned submission artist Tony Goldman. Messner will be looking to make a statement in his second promotional fight. Both men have shown tremendous chins throughout their respective careers so this should be a fun fight.

[Main Card]

-[Welterweight bout]: Slim Shady (8-5-1) vs. Al Bundy (1-1)

-[Preview]: The freestyle fighting Slim Shady returns to the cage after losing to highly touted veteran Oktawian August in the quarter-final round of the welterweight tournament. His opponent? Fellow submission fighter Al Bundy. Not much is known about Mr. Bundy except that he is coming off a very impressive performance over Courtney Drake.

-[Heavyweight bout]: Bobby Haley (7-3) vs. Feodor King (6-5)

-[Preview]: This is a fun fight between two seasoned grapplers. Both men have achieved their brown belt in Brazilian Jujitsu and have made a career out of submitting their foes. Neither man has been submitted nor have they lost a judge's decision. Who takes this one is anybody's guess.

-[Light-heavyweight bout]: Jose Lopez (4-3) vs. Willie Leak (7-5)

-[Preview]: Muay Thai striker Jose Lopez takes on the very well rounded submission specialist Willie Leak.

-[Welterweight bout]: Declan McCready (19-5) vs. Scott Banks (9-4)

-[Preview]: Welcome to the semi-finals gentlemen! Starting us off in this exciting tournament, McCready versus Banks will determine the first of two fighters that will advance to the finals. With no intended disrespect for Scott Banks, McCready is easily one of the favorites to win the whole show: he has very excellent and accurate striking skills. His punches to the head and kicks to the leg are never-miss tools that McCready always looks to bring to the table. He is also very dominant in the clinch, outlanding opponents punch for punch there as well.

What Scott Banks brings to the table, however, is a fantastic chin and a great volume of accurate punches to the head of opponents in and out of the clinch as well. If this fight stays at a striker's range and these two fighters start winging haymaker punches to each other's head, Scott Banks has a very real chance of pulling off the upset and knocking McCready out.

-[A closer look]

(Declan McCready)

-Record: 19-5 (11 KO)

-Height: 5'9

-Walking weight: 185 lbs

-Defining Moment(s): Divinity 185lb champion, defended title 3x, Won UPF 170lb Tournament (Quarter-Final Round)

-Strength(s): Very powerful striker in and out of the clinch, lands a huge percentage of his attempted strikes.

-[A closer look]

(Scott Banks)

-Record: 9-4 (5 KO)

-Height: 6'1

-Walking weight: 181 lbs

-Defining Moment(s): Challenged Tony Brown for UPF 185lb title, Won UPF 170lb Tournament (Quarter-Final Round)

-Strength(s): Sturdy chin, very competent boxer with accurate punches.

-[Welterweight bout]: Oktawian August (10-3) vs. Charlie Sheen (4-4)

-[Preview]: The final two fighters to enter the cage will also be to determine who advances to the welterweight tournament finals. Oktawian August looked unstoppable in his fight against Slim Shady in the quarter-finals of the tournament. Shady landed nothing and looked lost as he shot for nine ineffectual takedowns. Meanwhile, August landed all but two punches that he attempted en route to his brutal stoppage of Shady. Oktawian August is coming into this fight as the favorite to win the entire thing with seven consecutive stoppage victories under his belt.

The verbose fighter that will be challenging this monster is none other than actor-turned-fighter Charlie Sheen. The former 'Men' star comes into this fight as an understandable underdog despite his solid chin and background in kickboxing. In the first round of the tournament, Sheen was paired up with wrestling powerhouse Igor Crazy. In the build-up to that fight, Sheen's trash talk was borderline obsessive as he took pot shots at Crazy every chance he got. Once the fight rolled around, Sheen cleanly out landed Igor Crazy both in and out of the clinch en route to yet another one-sided unanimous decision victory for Sheen.

With both August and Sheen taking verbal shots at each other in the media before this fight, the expectations are high among fans. They expect that this should be one of the greatest fights of the tournament. Both August and Sheen would agree with that sentiment but time will tell.

-[A closer look]

(Oktawian August)

-Record: 10-3 (5 KO, 5 SUB)

-Height: 6'2

-Walking weight: 185 lbs

-Defining Moment(s): More like a series of moments; August is riding seven consecutive stoppage victories as was previously mentioned. Also, he won the UPF 170lb Tournament (Quarter-Final Round)

-Strength(s): Very well rounded, abusively accurate striking in and out of the clinch, underrated submission game.

-[A closer look]

(Charlie Sheen)

-Record: 4-4

-Height: 6'

-Walking weight: 180 lbs

-Defining Moment(s): Defeated elite Muay Thai specialist Versmellon in K-1 Kickboxing, Won UPF 170lb Tournament (Quarter-Final Round)

-Strength(s): Granite chin, high tolerance for pain (ahem, crack), high volume striker with accurate takedowns, also has a very underrated ground game
