PRELIMINARIES

Hymmf - Mineev 205lbs

Two EFFA debutants clashes in the first fight. Both guys are pretty allround KT fighters and is still to be tested of their skills. Hymmf is a bit older, maybe enough to keep the youngster Minnev in place?

Sparrow - Kornev 205lbs

Debutant Sparrow is facing the more experienced fighter Kornev here. Kornev is on a three fight losing streak and is desperate for a win here. Sparrow is a skilled striker and is no easy target.

Rogers - Nilenders 170lbs

Two brawlers battling it out here.Tough to separate them, Nilenders is a few years older and has more experience. Rogers is a bit taller an

SPNY 120 Preview by R.George

Event Preview: SPNY 120: Le Rone - McCaw
Steel Penn - ICON
2013-10-12, New York, Liberty Dome
Author:The Dictator

Welcome to the Liberty Dome in New York City for SPNY 120, a ten fight MMA card featuring Toby Le Rone’s first Light Heavyweight Title defence against the in form Richie McCaw.  Top pick of the earlier fights is the Light Heavyweight match up between title contender Joey Rodinerio Bravo and Haloti Gnata.

Main Event: Light Heavyweight Title

Toby Le Rone (c) 19-5 (5-2 SPNY) vs Richie McCaw 14-10 (3-0 SPNY)

Le Rone won the SPNY Light Heavyweight Title at his second attempt with a 4th round KO of Vieira Moreira earning him not only the title but also fight of the night honours.  Primarily a stand up fighter, he has almost perfect defensive technique on the ground forcing his opponents to work very hard to find an opening.  While he may have 12 career KOs, only 4 have come in the first round; this shows he relies on his skills and ability to grind an opponent down more than massive power.  The later this fight goes the more I would fa

vs
AJ Hearts (25-4-0) WC # 4 P4P #23

SPFT Champion meets Ascension's Champion at SPFT 129: Hearts vs Din . Most of the readers are thinking, Taj al Din vs Who & Where? A perfect example of Chris Karter can crushing at it's finest! We caught up with "The Tasmanian Devil" and he answered a few questions for us regarding his upcoming fight on a different stage than Ascension.

Q: You're coming off a 7 fight win streak which ended with you reclaiming your title from your arch nemesis and successfully defending it twice in less than one week. How does your body feel after 3 fights in such a short time frame?
Taj: Better than it has in a long time. Training can be enduring. In the gym, you can break mentally if you push yourself too hard. In order to fight and train successfully for as long as I have, to stay on top of your game, you can not burn yourself out. P

Steel Penn ICON Fight Night 5

Event Preview: SP FN 5:
Steel Penn FN - ICON
2013-10-12, Amsterdam, The Beer Garden
Author:King Scooby

Steel Penn ICON, destined to soon be number one org in Amsterdam has put yet again another great card of fights set to take place in The Beer Garden On October 12th.

It was a great turnout at SP FN 4 where up and coming Robeldo Puch scored a TKO by way of strikes improving his record to (6-0) over pat doyle who unfortunately started his Tycoon debut in a loss. Our Co-Main title bout between Timofey Boyko and Ben Russel ended “KO of the night fashion” in the last minute of the third round in similar fashion as Russel was rocked and bloodied leaving the match with a plastic surgeon providing him a list of discounts he offers along with Kosti Lom who was cut by Liljedahl so badly the referee Derb Hean had to stop the

GAMMA Gossip#38

Global Association of MMA, Fight Organization, London
Company profile by Mentor Guru Corleone

From the desk of the worlds greatest Booker, Mentor, i present to you another edition of GAMMA Gossip, edition #38 of

the famous magazine.

***General news***

- A little (or maybe not so little) rivalry has gotten started between us and Synchronicity. It has been going on for a while now, but Louie (their org owner) went public about it in the forums here:

http://www.mmatycoon.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=38295

We have decided to put the quesiont to the test through a couple of GAMMA vs Syn events to take place in October. We could make these regular depending on how well they go. This should be entertaining.

- Revised criteria for Battleground: I have thought it over and decided to simplify how the Battleground promotions and relegations take place. If you are top 1000 p4p you will get promoted to GAMMA OR if you have a hype/pop average of 200+. This is much easier to keep count of than having a top 10 or whatever. If you drop slightly out of the top 1000 or 200 hype/pop this does not automatically mean relegation, so keep that in mind.

- 145lbs and 265lbs title belts: GAMMA is famous (or at least was famous) for having few but very deep divisions, making competition f

TTFC Wednesday Night Fights 32

Event Preview: TTFC Wednesday Night Fights 32

Author:King Scooby

Welcome all tycoon fans, TTFC is proudly bringing to you Wednesday Night Fights 32 with MFN Bookies and buried Alive Fight gear.

We have the undefeated Mad Dog Arana Kahui going at it with Luciano The Talent Bivar. Both fighters are looking for their first win since joining the org and I think this will be an excellent showcase of skills as Bivar attempts to recover from his first round trouncing at the hands of Con Dumas and his Guillotine. Bivar was able to land a clean takedown before being submitted which was obviously necessary since he was cut immediately at the start of the fight. Obviously Bivar will look to take Kahui down right at the start and keep him there for the entire fight. Kahui has shown that its possible for him to be taken down in his past fights, but he has gotten the fight back to his feet fairly easily in all of his fights. I expect Mad Dog Kahui to keep this fight standing and fire off his honing missiles locked onto Bivar's chin to take him down. Looking at the history of Kahui's fights, I get the feeling that hes not the person I would want to stand in front of 7 fights, 7 wins, 7
