ROV 32 is one of the best Ring of Violence cards I’ve ever previewed. Okay fine, I’ve only done two other previews but whatever, this is still a great card! Not only does it feature two title fights, but also all the fighters are exciting guys who match up well. I think we’ll truly see five great fights in this one. This event will take place at Kazan Sambo Center in St. Petersburg. This is a bigger area than we’re used to, but I think a sell out of 7708 strong isn’t out of the question. If you guys are as excited as I am then you’re probably dying to read this preview. But before you do that, go check out the great gear at our merch partner //buriedALIVE// Fight Gear!

Shinjuku Indoor Arena will host Unleash Fighting Championship’s UNFC61: May Vs Hong on Saturday 6 June. The event is backed by Sun-Tzu that has fight gear spawned from the greatest battles on earth, the cotton for generations punched to perfection by shaolin monks to outlast mankind.

The two headliner fights are important as they will determine the top of the light-heavyweight and middleweight divisions, the winners pushing ever closer to a potential title shot.

The main card has some really competitive match-ups in both divisional standing and skillset and make for intriguing battles that the Tokyo fight fans should be excited to see.

Let’s take a closer look.

Highland Challengers 4 Review

Event Review: Highland Challenge 4
Highland Challengers
2015-06-05, The Island, Wild Bob's Bar - The Island
Attendance:568, Event Rating:72
Author:Callum McGregor

Highland Challengers is only going from strength to strength by once again setting a new personal attendance record, this time in Wild Bob's Bar. Things are always looking up for Challengers but with some stiff Island competition, there is always another organisation or two ready to claim your spot if you aren't firing on all cylinders. Highland Challengers 4 saw a lot of faces we've seen before, but also introduced us to some new ones. A lot of undefeated records were squashed while others go on to bigger and better things, desperate to chase down one of those early title opportunities.

Light Heavyweight

Genn Soto (0-0) def. Hayir Karaman (0-1) by TKO (Strikes) at 3:19 of Round 1 Karaman was looking good early but as soon as Golo took the fight into the clinch, he began landing a lot of hugely damaging shots in close. Just past the third minute, Hayir Karaman couldn’t take anymore and crumbled to the floor. The post fight interview with the victory was far from humble.

The way of an Olympian

Fighter profile of Vlad Strelkov by Rain Thunder

Vlad "The Arrow" Strelkov is a Russian native that is currently competing on The Island under the banner of the best organisation in there - Solitude. The ferocious Lightweight was known for his achievements in Amateur boxing, as he had a record of 33-6-0 (20 KO) and represented Russia at 2012 London Olympic games. Vlad fought for the 3rd place in the Olympics, but during that fight he torn his bicep which lead to a horrible 3rd round in which he got his ribs broken with nasty body shots. The fight was called off and Vlad lost by TKO.

"The Olympic games was a big experience for me, never in my life have I been a part of something that big. It's just that the loss affected me mentally, and while recovering from my injury, I found myself passionate in MMA. I tried it out and it fit me perfectly, I was passionate about it and eager to go" - says Vlad.

After his loss in the Olympics, he has suffered a grueling loss in his MMA debut as well. Strelkov has dominated the fi
