Thoughts from the CEO:
Hello all, this week saw the Casper Timmerman's champion spotlight by our resident Aspire Magazine correspondent Tony Scatero, the quality of the work he continues to do for our champions is something we hope to reflect across the entire roster as we continue to look for ways to improve the overall Aspire experience for every manager on the roster, this will of course take time and additional writers will have to be hired to accomplish this mammoth task but it's something we feel is important and will look to establish firmly going into September.
As previously hinted it is our intention to host our inaugural Aspire Hall of Fame show on the 27th of August with the first class of 2017 set to be headlined by Aspire 185lbs champion Casper Timmermans, going forward we plan to hold similar ceremony inductions three times a year with the following dates laid out for the next three inductions, August 27th 2017, December 24th 2017 and April 22nd 2018. Induction into the Aspire Hall of Fame will be limited to five inductions maximum per induction window and we will hold ourselves to a high standard when it comes to candidate selection based on the measuring stick set by the previously inducted and recognized Aspire Hall Of Famers. We want being part of our Hall of Fame to be something that is recognized as a mark of greatness and we will hold it's integrity in the highest of respects, that is our commitment to you.
I would also like to take a moment to thank one of the unsung heroes behind the scenes of Aspire MMA, and the frontman for Aspire Nutrition the world's third most hyped company of its kind, my good friend Tom Bickle. As managers you just get to see the finished product, you get to see the write-up's after they have been proof read and someone has inputted and made something mediocre much better, you get to see the results of the decisions we make as a company, it's all very monotonous stuff but someone has to listen to me obsess about these things at great length and Tom has always been there for me, if I need a solid opinion on if something is right or wrong I turn to Tom and he keeps me on track, it's something I just wanted to recognise because it's vital to the continued prosperity of our organisation and it's very much appreciated.

Aspire 62's write-up will be with you in a couple of hours :)

Pre:
Former Primal Fear 185lbs champion Dawid "Lewy" Lewandowski made his Aspire MMA debut defeating Vova Klimov at Aspire 35 via unanimous decision before going on to fight top prospect Ajax Aquila Corvus to a contentious split decision victory at Aspire 44: Gerrald vs Brophy with many fans speculation Lewandowski might have a real claim to a title shot with another solid win he defeated for the second time in his career debuting James B. Grossweiner via TKO (Strikes) at Aspire 48: James vs Moura but once again found himself passed over as OMEGA 185lbs champion Vito Mazzini made his unannounced debut with the promotion at the Aspire 48 press conference setting the stage for Timmermans vs Mazzini at Aspire 66. Furious with this revelation Lewandowski is said to have negotiated a guaranteed title shot into his next fight's win clause but was surprised to discover his opponent was yet another blast from the past.
Defeating Dawid Lewandowski is no easy task but his opponent tonight Yef "Smdb" Yew, holding fifteen career victories has every right to consider himself an expert in that field following his second round TKO (Strikes) conquest at Primal 57, Lewandowski's second ever career loss. Considered to be one of the most dangerous men in the ID range his Aspire MMA debut is by far the most anticipated in the promotion's history with many expecting the winner of this bout to go to challenge for the title.

Following a two fight series with Jan Mo first ending in a split decision at Aspire 43 and then via a TKO (Strikes) victory for Castillo at Aspire 49: Zaitsev vs Slice earning the fight of the night bonus for the event, Odin "The Berserker" Thorsen an incredible striker from Oslo, Norway, looks to make destiny reality as he continues his quest to conquer the Aspire 265lbs division and claim what he considers to be his rightful place as champion of the division.
Making his Aspire MMA debut decimating Levon Minasian via TKO (Strikes) convincingly in the very first round at Aspire 46: Orsini vs Ramon, Ricardo "The Rock" Castillo was one of the primary reasons Aspire MMA CEO Adam Holland was attracted to purchase Dignity! Fighting Championships having sat in the audience for his D47 Castillo vs Slice showdown and been impressed with the post-fight decorum and virtue of the former Dignity! 265lbs champion following his loss to Slice that night, meeting up with Castillo after the fact to discuss his future it became clear Castillo was very loyal to his brand, setting motion a chain of events that would eventually lead to the lock-stock acquisition of the promotion, with his eyes set firmly on the Aspire 265lbs title Castillo has made no secret of his intentions to challenge Kimbo Slice should he manage to retain his title in his up-coming war at Aspire 64: Slice vs Frankels.

Fighting Championships fighter Stanislav "Evil Panda" Guschin at Aspire 48: James vs Moura, delivering another colossal TKO (Strikes) domination raising Sidious's stock and setting him firmly at the top end of the division with a string of top contenders eager to challenge him.
Training out of Helsinki, Finland at the IMMA Gym of Elite ASS, top contender Valentin Skovgaard is perhaps the fastest rising star in the history of Aspire MMA with a blaze of destruction left in his wake as he continues to take on the very best the 205lbs division has to offer, with dominant victories over such names as Rauta Kansleri and Spank Crank it's easy to see why many industry insiders are tipping Skovgaard to go all the way to the title if he can continue his current momentum.

Former Aspire MMA 205lbs champion Gerrald "Booger" James fell from grace following his KO (Spinning Backfist) title loss during the main event of Aspire 44: Gerrald vs Brophy leading the way to the Mikael Brophy era, unfortunately for James the debuting Rickson Moura was on the cards next and managed to submit James late into the second round via Armbar in the main event of Aspire 48: James vs Moura leading many to write off the former champion as past his prime, determined to fire back with nothing but success James was quoted as saying in a recent Aspire Magazine article "Nobody tells me when I'm done but me, line the next one up, it's time to go to work".

Attending The Palmtree's 2,200 seat arena as part of an MMA taster session during his final year of high school it was then that undefeated top prospect Donsone DeNeville fell in love with the sport and developed an interesting superstition that would follow him throughout his career, as one of the fastest rising stars of the 205lbs division having picked up definitive victories over Burt Rhinehold at Aspire 44: Gerrald vs Brophy and Tung Fo via TKO (Strikes) at Aspire 48: James vs Moura before heading directly to London, England to acclimatise ahead of his next bout.

DeNeville is all business, when he isn't fighting he has developed a habit of training in and around the areas he expects to fight next as kind of superstition having made his successful professional debut at The Palmtree only a few short years after first picking up the love of the sport at the venue, sparking a career long superstition about training locally before a fight that to date has failed to prove him wrong.

Making his Aspire MMA debut tonight is "Bad Ass" Billy Bailey of the former Dignity! "The Forsaken" Mikael Brophy

15-1-1

http://mmatycoon.com/images/belt/20170323072357Aspire%20Title.png

ASPIRE LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION

R: Good evening Mikael. It's been a short time since your last bout, a Majority Draw against James Adams. How do you feel about how the fight went?

MB: I could and should have done better I feel. We kept training right down to the wire, and we misjudged our recovery time so I wasn't 100% in there, but that takes nothing away from Adams. I hit him with some hard and clean shots, but he kept going even when I thought I would have ended him in the first round.

R: Prior to the bout, you did say you felt he might look to take it to the ground and he did so. While he didn't dominate in that area, he certainly caused some worry. Do you feel the takedowns disrupted your flow in the fight?

MB: It definitely worked to his advantage, and scored well for him on the scorecards to get the takedowns. I don't feel I was in trouble at any time but it definitely took me away from my gameplan. Luckily I managed to secure myself down there thanks to the training of the guys at my gym.

R: A third match has been scheduled between you two on August 20th in Wombley Arena once more. With this being the third fight, management of the org have said the loser won't receive another title shot either for a while, or until a different champion emerges. Does this motivate you even more going into the bout?

MB: Definitely. I'm 100% motivated for every fight I go into, sometimes too much like you saw last time hah. But the fact that the title is out of arms reach if I do lose just means I will be keeping a hold on it with an iron grip. Adams is a tough guy, and we've seen that he is on my level. It just comes down to who puts their gameplan into practice better on the night.

R: Your teammate Red Brophy is also competing on the same card, with his last fight also coming on the same card as you. He fights Dmitri Zaitsev in a fight that many feel he isn't ready for when you look at the statistics. How do you feel about his chances?

MB: I know our management were discussing possible fights with Aspire on the Heavyweight division. A few names came up. They said that Zaitsev was a guy who nobody would fight for one reason or another so he was marooned in terms of possible fights. Apparently Red didn't let them say another word before accepting a fight against him. He's a crazy guy for sure, but I wouldn't count him out of any fight. He has the power to knock almost anyone out, so I fancy his chances. We'll be sparring with each other and pushing each other to the limit in preparation for that card though.

R: Thank you Mikael, and best of luck to you and Red on your upcoming fights.

Just a little thing I made today to promote James "Grizzly" Adams ahead of this epic third encounter with Aspire 205lbs champion "The Forsaken" Mikael Brophy at Aspire 68, I made a few mistakes I must admit, my first ever video production, it's something I would like to expand upon for other big cards in the future, just bear (lol) with me while I get the hang of this, lots of new skills to learn :) I hope someone likes it!

Lol did you just make up my fighter bio out of tin air? good job by the way, this is very interesting and funny.

I try to take elements of what exists in the bio and the work with the avatar and nickname as best I can but I do like to make up story's for them, I actually just went back and fixed a couple typo's I noticed in that section, I need to get into the habit of proof reading these things a little more! in any case, hopefully, it just adds a little something to the write up's and when the fighters come to fight again it gives me something to draw and expand upon over time :)

Thoughts from the CEO:
Hello all, Aspire 63 represents a high point for the organisation with many current, undefeated yet stripped and former championship holders representing the very best in the ID range set to face off on a single card featuring such names as Aspire 155lbs champion Bonez McGee, Dignity 155lbs champion Mitch Miletich, Rebirth Fighting Championships 155lbs champion Michael Carter, former Aspire 170lbs champion Jed Knight, Devastation Fighting Championship 170lbs champion King Phol and vacated StrikeForce Union 155lbs champion Kai Yamaguchi in a show bound for glory as we pay our final respects to all former titles been put to rest in pursuit of the prestigious Aspire MMA championship titles.

And finally, as some of you may be aware I have been trying my hand at learning the skills and techniques of video production, inspired by the great Rei Rei of Bushido ??? (290K+) fame I have produced two short advert-style pieces for the upcoming Aspire 68: Mikael Brophy vs James Adams card that I have previously posted in this thread over the last week but will re-post here for continuity and ease of access, it's still very early day's as I learn what is possible but I hope the quality continues to improve as I have really enjoyed the time spent making the videos and the learning process that went along with it.
