In my opinion contracts should be per round. That way the org only resigns the guys that are still in the tournament. Also there No reason a guy who is 7-0 should still make 2k/2k in the second round.

So, this isn't my tourney...I'm just hosting it and a part of this...However, I was part of the currently running LOL. This is a tourney. The point of this is to participate in the hopes to win...winning brings the money. The 2k/2k is just a added bonus and a little something for those who don't win. When I joined the LOL I got a 20 fight contract as well...and I think then it was only 1k/1k. Plus, fighters are fighting weekly...not every 3 weeks, so your talking in a month you're making a minimum of 8K if you lose 4 fights...16k if you win them. Over the first round your fighter will make at least 20K if he goes 0-10 and 40K if you win 10. Then you move on to being closer to winning a bigger pay day and VIP. It's just easier to do all the contract once and not have to worry about it until you cut the losers from round 1. It really shouldn't matter either way. You're going to fight 10 fights no matter what.

the funny thing is your hosting and you still don't get that its not 2 10 man divisions... its 4 8 man divisions. which means in the 1st and second round you fight 7 times each. and the difference is with LOL he sent out a contract for the MAX number of fights you could have. which for this tournament would be 17, not 20

like I told you man. Hit KD up it's not my baby, it's his. I'm just doing what he asked me to do. I don't really need you getting rude or smart toward me when all I'm trying to do is what was asked of me. In the beginning he was shooting for a 40 man, which is what I was referring... so my apologize for that.

then maybe after you tell me to hit him up in a private message, you should wait and let HIM respond when i post on HIS thread about HIS tournament

I think this pretty much hits the nail on the head

I wanted to put on a big tournament. 40 fights. I am still hoping that somehow we reach that now that creation is open. My hope is 4 groups of 10 with the top 5 qualifying (9 fights) then it would be 2 groups of 10 (9 fights) with the top 4 qualifying for the play offs. 8 Man play offs until the end (3 further fights)

That's actually 21 fights so I will be apologetically asking Master Tessin to resend any contracts already sent for 21 fights and not the 20 that originally said.

If that goal isn't reached then it will be 32 fighters and the only difference will be that it will start with 4 groups of 8 (seven fights) so a total of 19. If the tournament finishes before the 21 fights then you will be released when it does. Just as those that don't qualify for the further rounds will be released. I don't understand the problem here.

As for the contracts, they are, in my mind, extremely fair considering that to participate you need to do nothing but create a fighter. The tournament was never intended to make the fighters rich either. It's really about the managers. The real prize is the 1 year VIP on offer for which I am putting real life cash into this. Not to mention my real life time. There will also be tycoon $$$ on offer that I am putting up also. I would hope that is incentive enough.
I am doing this because I enjoy do so but if you think that it isn't a complete and utter headache to do you would be very wrong. From the very start we have people already pull out. Then as the tournament moves forward we will have people do dick things like sack their fighters if they aren't doing well. They will make excuses like they didn't understand the rules. That or they'll leave the game, run out of VIP and lose their fighters etc. I also don't think for a second that if a fighter went 9 fights undefeated and built up a ton of hype and we was only offering contracts per round that they wouldn't consider to not resign and go and join an ID org. In the end, the vast majority of the fighters in this tournament are gong to be sacked when it's over anyway.
Hopefully that clears everything up about what is on offer and what the deal is to get it.
Cheers all.

Ladies and gentlemen children of all ages and masses of mma tycoon, I have come to bare warning that on the 5th of January the most dominating fighter in all of history will appear. His power unmatched his speed legendary and most of all his thirst for blood is unquenchable.

He enjoys the sound of his opponents misery almost as much as the taste of their blood.

I bring to you: 'the demented'legend broly

Master Tessin since you apparently don't' check your game PMs I will try here. You sent the contract to the wrong fighter. The fighter of mine that is entered is Daniel Bradshaw. Please amend this. Alfred if you see this before he does, please let him know. Thank you.

EDIT: Uh it's listed here that it's the wrong fighter too when I know for a fact you originially had it as Daniel on this thread. And the mail I sent in game said as much. lol.
