Fighter contract caps

What if there were contract caps based on fighters hype rating? So, if a new fighter got a contract offer the org could only offer a range, say between 500 and 1500 (hype would be like 0-50 and then like 51-75 and so on). Once a fighter signs the contract and their hype falls lower than the contract range if they resign a new contract it would have to be in the new hype range. Of course if a fighter wants to accept say a 1/1/1 offer and they have 500 hype, thats allowed. This would prevent orgs with endless cash to be able to hoard any younger/low hyped fighters and provide a better chance for younger/newer orgs to compete for signing fighters. Example: 25 hype fighter can get a contract offer for a range of say: $1 to $1000 signing and maybe $1 to $750 base and a $1 to $750 win. This fighter gets an offer from 2 different org. Org A has endless cash but rosters a largely made up of slightly older and more skilled fighters they offer max for that hype range. Org B is newer, but roster has a larger base of similar age and skilled fighters to compete and offers a middle of the road offer. Fighter might be more willing to accept smaller contract due to competition. Currently if this similar scenario happened and org A could easily offer say 3k/3k/3k vs $1k/750/750 most fighters will take the bigger pay. At least maybe new managers and such. Or those managers not making a large sum of cash yet. This would start making org/ nutrition and clothing company partnerships more effective tools. As orgs can say sign with me and you get $x amount and x amount of supplements or clothing once signing with my org.

Nobody will accept this idea bro! Cause, if we pay the same amount of cash for a fighter then there will be no competition left, I mean yeah, we all (organisations in the same Id range) will co-exist and work together for sure, but without competing for fighters between organisations, there will be absolutely no fun left in the game.

This is coming from a guy who is a recruiter at a 358k organisation
