Convince me Been having some nostalgia about this game. #1 reason I left was because I could never get proper people to help me out when running an org with 200+ fighters and 8 events a month. Game became a job and I enjoyed it but always wanted to create a brand. Almost did but partners were incredibly unreliable.

So I've been running Pegasus Cagefighting League forever it seems like. Currently, PCL has held 242 events which places it as the #7 organization with most events held (should move up to #6 in the next months). My name is Julian Cisneros and I have held the organization by myself from its start up to this day, never changing hands. From the start, I did not see it so much as a business since I have never been interested in the money and signing all the X beast fighters that I can. Instead, I have preferred to develop divisions with a good amount of fighters being at the same skill level, some veterans who just want fights and up and comers who fight occasionally as they train to level themselves with the top of their respective divisions. Since I have had my alliance for a long time too, I have not been tied to any managers really and that in a way is my proof that I give no priority to any fighter. I do like building stories in my head, I must confess, and that makes me root for one fighter over another. However, this does not mean I WANT him to stay champ or win, simply that I really am a fan of the fighters in my organization. I am one more spectator. Because of this, PCL has brewed most of its champions and contenders from the start and has not found any reason to exchange champions or send them off to other organizations. There are times which challengers can be hard to come by but usually the champs are ok with the amount of fighting they get. ANYWAY, THE POINT! 0_0 I know, stop rambling Julian I have asked many people throughout this time to help me out with my organization, mainly because I am not sure if I am overpaying my fighters or just doing bad event management. I have seen organizations that pay their fighters very little compared to me and I think that does have to do with it but it may be both things. Since no one in my alliance has held any org longer than me, I need a veteran manager to help me out so that PCL can continue growing and so that I don't get as stressed out when it performs poorly (real-life and my personality do not feel amazing when PCL is in struggling situations). That is it, my eyes are all your to your kind letter making words in this forum. Vouch for me if you know me or let everyone know how great PCL is

It could be something like: after 5 fights (or ~75 hype?), fighter tennis shoes are added. after 10 fights (or ~150 hype?), fighter gloves/cap is added. after 15 fights (etc...), fighter gloves/cap is added. (no 'magic' item, 135 max quality?) and so on

Both Alexi and AJ have a point but it really all falls back on what Mike chooses. I think having Mike's notepad would be great but it could turn into a nightmare for him if people start complaining /: I do like this idea more than most others that are on standby but I also know there are people who feel the other way who might have been waiting for something a lot longer. I like the retired fighters as announcers idea. It would be a good addition to the TV station idea scraps floating around for the last year or so.

Didn't Mike just recently make the in-game year shorter? Regardless, I think it is not a bad idea but I am fine right now the way it is (possible since I run an org and don't have that much time anyway). It might be the case that seeing TOO MANY pops would be too much to handle and would make little sense but that is just something to think about.

That's the point, if someone who is used to having strikers and gets 70 points in gnp and sub offense then they would have to try and use those skills or if they got 80 points in bjj? etc

Would it not be too much and leave the other messages off? It would be better if it said: Joined X gym/left X gym and the amount of weeks they stayed maybe?

Was just thinking that this would be an interesting thing and could have possible benefits added. Since the Aptitude slider gives 10% extra, why not have completely random fighters? You name him and choose his age and get a bonus on each area but skills are all spread through all primaries, secondaries and physicals randomly. You also get a 4rth hidden possibly? Anyway, I think it could add variety to the game
