Weight Cutting before Fights

Ok, the situation I just noticed. There is a fight scheduled in 9 days, both opponents have accepted the fight at 135. One guy is still at 155 and it says can cut to 147.5. So can this guy cut to 136 in 9 days? What happens if he is overweight on fight day and does this affect the event rating. This is not my org, but I wanted to know if anything can be done to stop this fight.

Fight will be no contest and there will be some penalty to event rating, respectfully to org hype. Nothing could be done if the fight is accepted by both fighters, it is a mistake by the match-maker because u can't be 155 and cut to 135 even at elite++ cardio.

What if you release the fighter? Will that clear the fight? And the renegotiate at the right weight?

You shouldn't be able to release a fighter who has a fight booked at your org.
