jsdaugh
Ok, the situation I just noticed. There is a fight scheduled in 9 days, both opponents have accepted the fight at 135. One guy is still at 155 and it says can cut to 147.5. So can this guy cut to 136 in 9 days? What happens if he is overweight on fight day and does this affect the event rating. This is not my org, but I wanted to know if anything can be done to stop this fight. Thanks

Nothing could be done if the fight is accepted by both fighters, it is a mistake by the match-maker because u can't be 155 and cut to 135 even at elite++ cardio. http://www.mmatycoon.info/index.php?title=Cutting_weight
jsdaugh
What if you release the fighter? Will that clear the fight? And the renegotiate at the right weight?

You shouldn't be able to release a fighter who has a fight booked at your org.
