Draven Lucas

Here is a recent interview BY Douche McBaggins taken with Draven at his home in New Zealand

Douche: Hello there Draven, how have you been holding up in the wake of your championship title match defeat at the hands of Renka Susi last month.

Draven: I have been doing great thanks, training very hard at my gym in Las Vegas trying to fix some minor holes in my game, which Renka has brought to my attention.

Douche: Renka looks to be a very talented champ what are your thoughts on a possible rematch with him in the future.

Draven: Yes he is a very solid fighter I have nothing but the upmost respect for that guy, with that said I see the fight going much better for me next time out, I have been training my Boxing and Muay Thai very heavily so my standup is going to be very improved when we meet again.

Douche: Your twin brother also fights MMA and is currently signed with a org in LA, why is it that you guys are fighting in different orgs exactly.

Draven: Well Raven is a sucker for American women so he wanted to fight in th US, I for one prefer the European ladies so Amsterdam was a no brainer. Speaking of Raven he has a title fight coming up in a few days so I want to give him a quick shout out , good luck bro win this one for the Kiwi's.

Douche: You will be facing a very good wrestler next on june 8th by the name of Kalju Harju, how do you see this fight going down.

Draven: He is indeed a awesome wrestler, I love fighting great wrestler because I know they will try to take me down at some point and from there he will be in my world. So I see me winning this one in the first or second round via some sort of submission, my guess he will get choked out Douche.

Douche: You sound very confident in that response, I wish you the best in your MMA future go get em Tiger!

Draven: If you want to be a champion in this sport confidence is a must, and thanks for the chat it has been nice now get the hell out of my house thanks.

BOOM! $5000 sent to Mr.Draven for the amazing interview!

I want to see more of these!! :D

<017 • The Art Of Scrapping> - Preview And Predictions

Under Card:

10. (170) Daryl Preston vs Finlay Somerled

If the CFA newcomer Somerled can keep the fight standing he should have easy time picking apart his ill motivated opponent.

9. (265+) Ashley Gordon vs Anders Sefo

Gordon has a big advantage in BJJ department so we'll see if he is able to put that in good use.

8. (155) Dorangel Vargas vs Sheldon Mozart

Vargas has tremendous KO power but a bit of a suspect chin too. Will he be able to guide the bomb through in time is the question here.

7. (205) Damian Rogalewski vs Arkadiusz Drwal

Both guys are weak standing but really tough on the mat. Rogalewski's wonderful wrestling could be the difference making aspect in this fight.

6. (205) Tommy Tomasino vs Arne Ukkonen

Ukkonen wants to hit his opponent in the mouth standing while Tomasino likes to do the exact same on the mat. Whose gameplan will prevail?

5. (155) Akira Azuma vs Nicky Newdles

It's Akiras powerful wrestling here against Nicky's amazing Muay Thai. Will be interesting soo which one can put his strenghts in use better.

Main Card:

4. [170 - TITL FIGHT] Renka Susi © (5-2) vs Alessandro Maximilian (5-1)

In our first main card fight of the night we already have a belt on the line. The champ Renka Susi will be taking on a really strong striker in Alessandro Maximilian. The gameplan for the fight is pretty clear: Susi wants to put his superior ground game in use while Maximilian is looking to drop bombs standing. A classical striker versus grappler fight. Looking back it's obvious that this is the biggest challenge for the champ so far. The opponent has decent wrestling and if he can use his skills to keep the fight standing it will be a long night for the champ. That said, once the fight hits the mat it's all Susi there. I don't know why really but I've got a feeling that Susi will take a lot of damage in this fight but will gut it out will keep the belt.

Prediction: Renka Susi by Unanimous Decision

3. [265] Cloud Strife (4-1) vs Bo Juggernaut (4-1)

The second main card fight today is a scrap between two heavy handed sluggers. Strife has amazing wrestling skills but seems like so far he has not used them offensively. It will be interesting to see how he approaches this fight becouse his opponent is everything his name promises: a hard hitting, hard nose juggernaut with very good striking skills. Unfortunately Mr. Juggernaut has asked for a long leave after this fight so we wont see him in action for a while. So if you're a fan of the guy don't miss this one!! Actually, if you're a fan of fist-to-face action don't miss this one. I got a feeling it will be a wild fight!

Prediction: Bo Juggernaut by KO (punches) - 3rd

2. [155] Tony Dawson (6-2) vs Nikolai Peterson (6-3)

The co-main event of the night is an interesting one. Skills-wise these two are almost mirror images of each other. Peterson has a slightly better BJJ game but he has not shown any interest in taking his fights to the ground. Both guys are very skilled boxers and I predict they will bang it out untill only one man is left standing or the time has run out. Dawson has lost one fight via KO before while so far Peterson's chin has hold up in all battles. Very hard to predict this one. I know it's gonna be a good fight though. =)

Prediction: Peterson by Unanimous Decision

1. [185] Kalervi "Outo" Outolempi (6-1) vs Samuri Sikura (6-2)

In our main event of the night Mr.Outolempi who has been on a roll lately has to face yet another wrestler but this time the wrestling skills of his opponent are in a different level. Sikura is one mean dude and he has the ability to dictate where the fight takes place. Once again the gameplan should be pretty straight forward: Outolempi wants to brawl and sprawl and Sikura I think would prefer to toss his opponent to the floor and then feed him some heavy leather for dinner. Im leaning towards Sikura here becouse the only one who has been able to stop his sensational wrestling game is our champ Kenta Kobashi. Outolempi really should ask Kobashi for a recipe to defeat this guy. Anyhow it will a fight to remember and Im sure both guys will throw everything and the kitches sink at each other when they meet. Don't blink!

Prediction: Samuri Sikura by Unanimous Decision

Please if you read the preview give me +1 so I know that someone actually does read these, thanks!

<018 • Ready To Go> - Preview And Predictions

Under Card:

10. (265) Hakon Hakonda vs Fred Flapjacks

I predict that Flapjacks will have hard time trying to stop the relentless striking game of Hakonda.

9. (170) Ronny Berntsen vs Genghis Khan

Wrestler vs BJJ player match-up. If Berntsen can avoid getting submitted he should come out victorious here.

8. (185) Harry Tito vs Robin Kluivert

Tito has the edge standing while Kluivert wants to use his superior BJJ. If Kluivert can avoid being KO'd early he has a good chance here.

7. (205) Artor Guhtur vs Dark Spirit

Very evenly matched fight here. Both guys are strong in Muay Thai so Im expecting this to be an all out striking war!

6. (170 Kalju Harju vs Draven Lucas

Harju has outstanding wrestling and a bit better striking than his opposition. Will he be able to avoid the amazing BJJ game of Lucas?

5. (265) Rauni Tuulikki Kukkonen vs Brian Mason

Kukkonen is the more well rounded fighter in this match-up. If Mason can't secure the top position on the ground he will have a long night ahead of him.

Main Card:

4. [185] Melvin "The Blackzillian" Reem (3-0) vs Gennaro "Triva" Trivieri (3-1)

Our first main card fight will be all about who can use his strenghts better. Reem has a sharp MT to go along with good BJJ game while Trivieri is a hard hitting boxer with strong wrestling. Reem has not shown any interest in taking fights to the mat yet so Im guessing his BJJ belt is for defensive purposes only. Seems like Trivieri is the more versatile guy here and if can mix it up with good striking and takedowns I think he should secure the win here.

Prediction: Trivieri by Unanimous Decision.

3. [205] "Agent 47" Iso Kaato (3-0) vs Harry "Dirty" Callahan (8-2)

In the second main event fight we have two guys who have both steam rolled through their opposition lately. Kaato has yet to have tasted a loss in his pro MMA career and Callahan has won his last 5 fights. Someone's streak is about to end after this fight and Im sure they will do everything in their power not to be that fighter. Kaato has a devastating and versatile striking game and no doubt he is looking to punch or kick the head off of his opponents shoulders. Callahan has shown good ground game before so it will be interesting to see if he puts that into use here.

Prediction: Kaato by Unanimous Decision.

2. [185 - TITLE FIGHT] "Orange Crush" Kenta Kobashi © (4-0) vs "Carbomber" Judah Krizbaduhl (4-1)

KOOOO-BAAAA-SHIIII!! In the co-main event of the night our beloved middleweight champ Kenta Kobashi is looking to stretch his pro MMA career to 5 consecutive victiories via KNOCK OUT! His opponent and the challenger - Judas Krizbaduhl - might have a name that is hard to pronounce but make no mistake, he has every bit of KO power in his limbs than the champ does. These two don't know anything other way to win than to KO the opponent the FO. Or do they? Kobashi might also suprise us and try to put his superior ground game into use here, who knows? Anyway Im sure the judges can go eat pie when these two start becouse it's not going to the score cards...

Prediction: Kobashi by KO (kick and punches) - 3rd

1. [155] Brother Firetribe (7-0) vs "Bad" Mojo Nixon (6-2)

In our main event of the night we have two killers going at it! The unbeaten prospect Mr.Firetribe is taking on a tough as nails Mojo Nixon. Nixon has been struggling lately and is on a two fight losing streak but that just makes him all that more dangerous. Im sure he will come out like a bat out of hell for this one. Firetribe is very well versed in the striking department and no doubt he will try to keep this fight standing. Nixon is a good boxer but where he excels at is on the mat. He has far superior BJJ game than his opponent and better wrestling aswell. If Firetribe can't keep this fight standing it's gonne be hard to find a way to the victory for him. It's on like donkey kong ladies and gents! May the fireworks beging!

Prediction: Nixon by TKO (strikes) - 2nd

Iso Kaato:

"I'm very excited about my fight against Harry Callahan! He's a very well-rounded fighter, but I have great confidence in my standup skills and I've worked very hard on my wrestling and BJJ for fight this and I believe that he can't take me down. And even if he can I'm confident that I can defend my self on the ground too. This is no doubt the toughest fight of my career, and when my hand get's raised on Saturday night everyone will know that I'm the next champion!"

FinnFighters EPIC League Round 1 - Mini-preview:

10. Juha Laukkanen vs Helkama Raisu

Laukkanen definately wants to keep this fight standing at all costs. If Raisu can climb on and take Laukkanen's back its gonna be a horribly painful pounding he is about to receive.

9. Vadim Fjodor Fedja Koroma vs Benjamin Goldstein

Goldstein is a gold belt in Jew Jitsu so he should have the better bottom game. Unless Jew Jitsu is a rubbish fighting style ofcourse - I have no idea really. Koroma is a stoic russian who wrestles against polar bears in his hometown Petropavlovsk-Kamchatzky. Should be an interesting fight this one...

8. Jorma Korva vs Eri Keepperi

A hugger/blanket versus striker match-up. If Keepperi can't KO this fool in the first 10 seconds I predict that Korva will take it to the mat and then he will keep Keepperi very warm there. :D :D

7. Orsi Jokinen vs Niila Joikhaaja

A strawman versus a yoik singer going at it here. Joikhaaja will be having a hard time taking this fight to the ground where he has the BJJ advantage becouse of Jokinen's superior wrestling. Can the strawman shut the yoik singer the fuck up? Only time will tell.

6. Aslanbek Basayev vs Vesa Keskinen

Two strikers locking horns in this fight. The russian who likes to call himself an IED (improvised explosive device) has the upper hand in boxing but don't count out Keskinen just yet. Keskinen's drunken fist style is fucking deceptive!

5. Dante Ascanio vs Gibe Sebernau

If the fight for some reason goes to the judges score cards Mr. Ascanio will have a slight advantage becouse of his connections to the world's most dangerous mobster family. They promised to execute all judges who give more than 5 points per round for the opponent... Sebernau told in the post fight presser that all this is irrelevant becouse he is gonna execute the mobster inside the cage in the first minute of the fight himself. We shall see about that...

4. Altemio Sanchez vs Kai Ny

GSP of the tournament versus Michael Bisping of the tournament. If the fight hits the floor Mr.Sanchez will rub the soul out of Mr.Ny.

3. Rokki Kukko vs Slurgo Morgoth

A pantyhose rock cock versus church burning, baby eating death metallist. Both guys like to grab other men and squeeze them with all their might. Whose riffs are the more powerful? Which one will fall and which one will go for super stardom? Who the hell knows...

2. Saul Tigh vs Alexander Kuoppala

First fight outside the FF Epic League. After eight fights of noobs going at it Im sure everyone is interested to see some real fighting. Tigh no doubt is looking to get this fight on the ground where he has the superior BJJ game. If his plan fails and Kuoppala can keep it standing it will be short fight becouse Kuoppala is a heelluva striker.

1. Harald Hillgrund vs Anabolinen Steroidi Jr

In the main event we have a 155 belt on the line. Both guys are monsters on the ground. Steroidi Jr have been subbed once before but Im sure he has learned from his mistakes in the past. Im expecting this to be a BJJ clinic so don't blink suckkeeeeeers!!

Over and out,

<020 • Bloodied Up> - Preview And Predictions

Under Card:

10. (185) Donald Duck vs Thijs Conkright

Conkright is a very versatile fighter but not particularly good at anything. My money is on the ground specialist in Duck here.

9. (155) Dorangel Vargas vs Sheldon Mozart

This one is an immediate re-match. Just few weeks ago Vargas won a split decision against mr.Mozart. Mozart felt like he was robbed and asked for a rematch which Vargas replied yes to.

8. (170) Hao Wang vs Braddock Spong

Spong has the upper hand in the ground game and Im sure he will shoot in early and often. If Wang can keep it standing he has a good chance to KO his opponent.

7. (265+) Boca Naga vs James Bond

I have a feeling that this fight wont go on standing for long. Naga has a HUGE wrestling and BJJ advantage so if and when it goes to the mat he will slice through his opponents defence pretty quickly I believe.

6. (155) Giacobbe Ruotolo vs JP Takedown

JP is a straight up ground fighter. If he can't get this fight to the mat he will be in big trouble. Ruotolo's defensive wrestling has to be on point here!

5. (205) Khalid Al Mahyani vs Ryo Narushima

Al Mahyani and Narushima has met before in the CFA ring. Mahyani was able to pull the KO victory that time. Narushima's MMA career is on the line here. Can he turn it all around? This is do or die time for the man.

Main Card:

4. [155] "Perhananperhana" Perseen Suti (7-3) vs Esko Majava (3-1)

In our first main card fight we will have a Finn on Finn crime about to happen! Suti claims that he is from Mordor but obviously he is a fellow Finn lol. Both guys love to throw heavy leather at their opposition. Suti prefers to take his opponent down first and the rain down some vicious shots. Majava is a Muay Thai specialist and has a wide range of tools standing. Suti is on a bit of slump with two consecutive losses on his record while Majava is riding a two fight winnins streak. Will be really interesting to see if Suti can take this fight to the ground where he has the best chance to take out his opponent.

Prediction: Majava by Unanimous Decision.

3. [265] "The Soviet Block" Sergei Mironov (5-0) vs "DC" Daniel Cormier (6-2)

The second main card fights is an explosive one! Our current super heavyweight champ Mironov has come down a weight class to conquer another one. His opponent Cormier has to bring his A-game with him if he wants to make this a fight. Cormier is a deadly in clinch but can he stop Mironov's 80% success rate takedowns? In a striking distance Cormier has a small skill advantage but Mironov packs a hell-of-a-punch and is willing and able to take one to land one too. I've got a feeling that this will be a rough night for DC.

Prediction: Mironov by TKO (strikes) - 2nd

2. [155] Brother Firetribe (8-0) vs "Bad" Mojo Nixon (6-3)

In the co-main event we have another rematch. Just couple weeks ago these two went at it and it was Firetribe who came on top. The wrestler Nixon got his opponent down once but couldn't capitalize and in the second round Firetribe kept stuffing Nixon's takedown attempts and eventually KO him. Nixon felt like he really was off and immediately after the fight his manager called tha CF:A CEO Dee that he wanted a rematch. When we asked Firetribe if he wanted to do it again he just smiled and said "hell yes! I get to kick that dudes ass again and shut him up for good. Let's do this!". So here we are.

Prediction: Firetribe by Unanimous Decision

1. [265 - TITLE FIGHT] Piotr Jazwinski (6-0) vs Agilulfe Fragonard (5-0)

In the main event of the evening we have our HW champ Jazwinski defending his title against a CF:A newcomer Fragonard. Fragonard has cleaned house in other organizations and is undefeated. That said he has yet to face a caliber of fighter that the champ is so this will be a really good test for him. Is he ready to take on the relentless ground game of Jazwinski? Both guys are amazing wrestlers and gnp'ers. Who can secure a takedown and a top position will have a huge advantage in this fight. Someone's "O" got to ge here so let's not mumble anymore. Let the fists do the talking.

Prediction: Jazwinski by Unanimous Decision

"Twitface Status Update"

"Got to say I was expecting Harju to dry hump the F**K out of my leg for three rounds. Instead he just beat the bloody hell out of me, good one mate I love a good ass whoopin' from time to time. On that note I got to say I am Mad as a Meat Axe and ready to give someone a Knuckle Sandwhich who wants one. Now I don't want to call myself a gate keeper because I will get that bloody belt mark my words, but if I was you can bet your sweat arse that only the best of the best will get past my gates you silly Buggers."

<021 • Display Of Power> - Preview And Predictions

Under Card:

10. (155) Diego Carneiro vs Mikko Hovimaki

Carneiro is rocking a close to 0% morale so it should be easy task for Hovimaki to beat the shhh out of him.

9. (185) Mario Suco vs Alex Warburton

Skills-wise this is a very even match-up. Suco has more experience but Warburton holds the element of suprise since it's his debut here. Will be interesting to see how he decides to approach this fight.

8. (265) Cain Valsquez vs Nils Master

Both guys are tremendous wrestlers but Master is a quite a lot more versatile fighter. I predict that Master will stuff a bunch of takedown attempts while he picks his opponent apart standing.

7. (185) Samuri Sikura vs Watkin Jones

Two very skilled fighters going at it. Sikura will prolly try to use his sensational wrestling to take this fight to the floor becouse standing Jones has a huge advantage. Who can execute their gameplan better here will win obviously.

6. (265) Bronko Strunz vs Bill Brodie

Damn, another championship level fight here in the undercard at least when you're looking at the skills of these two. Both guys are devastating strikers. Strunz relies on his heavy Muay Thai kicking game while Brodie is more of a traditional boxer. Which savage will find his target first?

5. (155) Akira Azuma vs Nikolai Peterson

Both warriors are coming off a loss here. Who got their s**t back together better? Azuma as we know is a relentless ground fighter. Peterson has good standup skills and brown belt back it up so will be very interesting to see how this pans out!

All in all I gotta say that the undercard looks absolutely amazing. So much talent on this card. Don't blink you freaks!!!

Main Card:

4. [265] Wladyslaw Raginis (4-0) vs The Mad Monk" Grigori Rasputin (4-2)

The unbeaten Raginis takes on CFA vet Rasputin in our first main event fight today. Raginis is a CFA debutan who realies heavily on his excellent wrestling skills. Rasputin is not as good wrestler but he's on another level standing. If Rasputing can somehow nullify Raginis' takedowns he will pick his opponent apart for sure. Easier said than done though. Both guys have to bring their A-games to take the next step towards the CFA HW title.

Prediction: Rasputin by Unanimous Decision

3. [205] Mac Dirty (4-2) vs Frankie "The Real Deal" Ostrowski (4-0)

In our second main eevnt fight we have a classical wrestler vs striker match up. Mr.Dirty doesnt want any part of Ostrowski's heavy striking game I feel. Ostrowski so far is unbeaten with 3 KO victories while Dirty is in a bit of a slump after two consecutive losses. Will he able to turn the tide here? Ostrowski for sure isn't going to be an easy customer. If Ostrowski can keep it standing he most likely will win either via KO or at least via unanimous decision. That said I got a feeling that Dirty will be able to push his superior wrestling game and make it his kind of fight.

Prediction: Dirty by Unanimous Decision

2. [155] Tony Dawson (7-2) vs Nicky Newdles (5-0)

In our co-main event of the night we have two vets locking horns. Dawson is coming off of an excellent win against Peterson where I thought he would be the underdog. Unfortunately for Mr.Dawson this seems to be the case this time around also. His opponent Newdles is a very skilled fighter who is rocking a five fight win streak and is unbeaten. Newdles' muay thai is sensational yet he has not scored any KO's in his pro MMA career but has been successful with submitting his opponent couple times. Will be very interesting to see if Dawson can pull off another huge victory here.

Prediction: Newdles by Unanimous Decision

1. [205 - TITLE FIGHT] Tyler Dropkick Murphy (7-0) vs Galdra Kiddi (5-2)

In our main evet the champ Tyler will try defend his belt for the second time. His opponent in Kiddi comes in with a five fight win streak all of them ending via devastating KO's. As we know Murphy likes to utilize his amazing ground game. Kiddi has to either stuff a lot of takedowns or bury his foot in Tyler's face early if he wants to take this fight. Murphy's wrestling is on another level though so I predict it has to be the latter option here today. Both guys have purple belt in BJJ but at least the champ prefers to drop bomb over hugging his opponents on the ground so Im not sure if BJJ will be a big factor here. On the feet it's Kiddi who will dominate all day every day. I've got a feeling that this fight is won on the ground so...

Prediction: Murphy by TKO (strikes) - 2nd

Epic FF League R2 - the (very short and awful) preview (NO PUN INTENDED)

Juha Laukkanen vs Einari Leimari

If Laukkanen cannot complete a takedown here he will get butchered like a legless squirrel in a den of wolves.

Brutaali Pekka vs Eri Keepperi

Brutal Pekka will brutally violate his opponent with brutal hugs on the ground - brutal as he is.

Kai Ny vs Rokki Kukko

Kukko will most likely try to mount his opponent where he can play the tunes of doom on him.

Benjamin Goldstein vs Slurgo Morgoth

Jew Jitsu gold belt vs Death Jitsu blood belt. If Goldstein doesn't pass out from the stench of SLURRRGOOOoo heh has a good chance here.

Vesa Keskinen vs Gibe Sebernau

Two raging alcoholics bumping their heads in this fight. Sebernau was so juiced in his last fight he didn't remember that he was a boxer and ofcourse he paid for it. If Sebernau is sober enough he will dominate the boxing range but can he handle Keskinen's special move: the dragon breath clinch?

Niila Joikhaaja vs Kosken Korva

I like koskenkorva better so... Actually I like diarrhea better than yoik singing so I hope Korva will strangle his opponent silent and quickly too...

Orsi Jokinen vs Dante Ascanio

This will come down to who has his head attached to his body better. Ascanio will try to remove the head of Jokinen with punches while Jokinen is looking to do the exact same thing with kicks.

Altemio Sanchez vs Helkama Raisu

I bet that this fight will look a lot like the famous sculpture: the wrestlers. There wont be much going on but it sure will be ga... a happy sight! Will be interesting to see which "warrior" can push "the pace" better.

Draven Lucas vs Genghis Khan

Im expecting this to be a BJJ clinic. Two established brown belts going at with almost similar wrestling skills. Lucas has been on a downward spiral lately and is looking to give his career a one more hurraah. Khan on the other hand is coming in with a two fight win streak. Who can lock the submission first?

Tero Taikina vs Jon Fitch

BOOOOM! Mr.Taikina and Mr.Fitch are here to show the Amsterdam fans what's MMA is really about. These two vets agreed to put on a super fight show in this card today. Both are complete fighters. Taikina has a small advantage on the ground while Fitch has the better stand up. Who will be the last man standing? Who will get the VIP treatment in the afterparties around the sinner Amsterdam? Who will fall short and has to lick his wounds in a flight back to home? Don't blink sucker, IT'S ON NOW!

<023 • Shock N Awe> - Preview And Predictions

On June 29, expect thousands of fans swarm The Red Light as they witness the greatest event Crucible Fights: Amsterdam has to offer, <023 • Shock N Awe>. The match card sponsored by the best nutrition company in the world, FinnFighter Nutrition, will feature four title bouts and the much anticipated trilogy of "The Tempest" Daniel Speed and Daniel Vieira Moreira.

Under Card:

10. (265) Hush Hanson vs. Mike "BeatBox" Thompkins

BeatBox can only redeem his submission loss to Nana Sekyere at QFC Tournament 203 Round 1 if and only if he can stop the debutant Hanson from getting this fight on the ground.

Prediction: Hanson by Unanimous Decision

9. (205) Hamish "Hells" Bells vs. Maris "Stag" Briedis

Have you ever wondered what it feels like to be in hell? If not, then just try to imagine you're Briedis, a stag that tends to cut, and you're sent down beneath the ground only to find yourself facing Bells, "hell" personified with great elbows.

Prediction: Bells by TKO(Cuts) - 1st

8. (265) Hakon "Tyr" Hakonda vs. Nana "Guerilla" Sekyere

Hakonda is the better standup fighter between the two but the 203rd QFC Tournament winner Sekyere has proven that he can finish the job once the fight goes to ground.

Prediction: Sekyere by Submission (Guillotine) - 1st

7. (155) Carlos Evora vs. JP Takedown

Both of them are ground fighters so just like what Takedown's name is suggesting, the majority of this fight will be on the mat with a lot of submission attempts from both of them.

Prediction: Evora by Submission (Armbar) - 3rd

6. (185) Barristan "Selmy The Second" The Bold vs. "Carbomber" Judah Krizbaduhl

After losing his last match for the Middleweight Championship against Kenta Kobashi at <018 • Ready To Go>, Carbomber will need his exceptional muay thai abilities if he wants to beat The Bold who is known for his ruthless submissions and immense KO power.

Prediction: Bold by TKO (Strikes) - 2nd

Main Card:

5. [170 - TITLE FIGHT] Alessandro Maximilian (6-1) vs. Alexander Kuoppala (3-0)

If the first five fight of evening is not enough to make you excited, this fight will surely get you going. Kuoppala has earned his title shot after beating Saul Tigh and remain unbeaten, what's his secret? very dangerous knees and a granite chin. In just three fights, he already landed a total of 141 knees with only 151 knees attempted, wow! Like Kuoppala, Maximilian also has a granite chin but their difference is that Maximilian is a striking sensation, a man gifted with excellent punches and kicks which leaves him in a slight advantage over Kouppala in terms of outside fighting.

Prediction: Maximilian by Unanimous Decision

4. [185 - TITLE FIGHT] "Orange Crush" Kenta Kobashi (5-0) vs. Kalervi "Outo" Outolempi (7-1)

Their first encounter was in <008 • From Zero To Hero> last April 6, Kobashi's evasiveness helped him stripped Outolempi's belt and held it ever since. Just like their first class, this fight will no doubt be a standup showdown between a boxer and a muay thai specialist. Outolempi will need to use his quick and heavy hands before Kobashi incapacitate him with his lethal kicks and make history repeat itself.

Prediction: Kobashi by KO (Head Kick) - 2nd

3. [265 - TITLE FIGHT] Piotr Jazwinski (7-0) vs. "The Soviet Block" Sergei Mironov (6-0)

Jazwinski's solid chin will be tested because his Heavyweight title is on the line as he confronts the heavy-handed Super Heavyweight Champion Mironov. Expect this fight to be a bone-crushing and jaw-dropping collision, because neither of them is willing to end their undefeated streak. This match is all about strength and whoever hits his opponent harder will be rewarded in the end.

Prediction: Mironov by TKO (Strikes) - 1st

2. [155 - TITLE FIGHT] "The Norwegian Chainsaw" Harald Hillgrund (9-0) vs. "Bad" Mojo Nixon (7-3)

Almost all of Nixon's wins end up with a submission, 6 out of 7 times, but I'm eager to see if he can pull one off as he battle the unbeaten Lightweight Champion Hillgrund known for his prominent ground and pound style. Nixon has the upper hand in standup striking bt Hillgrund's previous fights suggest that he's developing his punches in order to capitalize with his astonding KO power.

Prediction: Hillgrund by TKO (Strikes) - 4th

1. [205] "The Tempest" Daniel Speed (24-5) vs. Daniel Vieira Moreira (17-7-1)

It may not be a title fight but this matchup absolutely deserves to be the main event of the evening. Their 2nd enconter in the ring and 3rd overall will certainly settle their rivalry once and for all. Both of their previous bout has been a nail biter, marked by tense nervousness and apprehension, the first one was a very close decision win for Moreira the second was for Speed for throwing an beastly head kick. Just like their previous meeting, both men will try to emphasize their superiority over the other through standup and clinch fighting. I'd like to see a cut from both of them because it adds a little bit of nostalgia on what happens when the best fighters of Crucible Fights: Amsterdam collide.

Prediction: Speed by Decision (Majority)

God damn just my luck that the first ever no contest fight is in the biggest and the most important card so far......... *sigh* Well even with just 9 fights we had easily the best rating so far lol.
