thedry16
I have a manager in my org who has a fighter in Sydney. But there seems to be no half decent gyms in Sydney that he can join? What should he do? Continue with the dirty/crappy gyms? Move the fighter and take the morale/money hit, or just fire him and make a new fighter elsewhere? What do other people do with fighters in Sydney? Everyone just has private gyms?
markyosullivan
Avoid Sydney if you're looking for public gyms, it's not worth the extra starting money.
The1rstSaint
I'm surprised how shitty LA is for public gyms now.
thedry16
If you were to advise a new manager who has no access to private gyms a place to base their fighters, where would you suggest? London or NY just because there are more options?
The1rstSaint
NY has the most options so I would suggest there
Monsieur.Camara
Agreed London and NY are the best gyms. Avoid Sydney like the plague.
skull
I don't think there's anything good in Sydney
RegularJohn
Zen Monastery gym in Sydney is not bad. what happened recently is that Sydney had a big influx of activity due to several members of TheMMACommunity forum joining the game and setting shop there. that's how Sydney FC org, Freebok clothing company and Kangaroo's MMA gym came up. then strange things happened and Sydney FC's owner went MIA, activity died down and Kangaroo's MMA gym owner understandably went private. lots of fighters jumped to Zen Monastery and overcrowded that gym. things will probably settle down over time. Members from the UG immigrated to Tokyo, the rest (TMMAC) to Sydney and that is exactly how it happened. Too bad, SFC was pretty epic.
jsdaugh
Someone open up a KT org there, or hopefully a grappling org there when it becomes an option.
