Personal Trainer

Hi all,

Seems like many people are having trouble finding private gyms, especially if their fighters are scattered across the globe.

Couldn't something like a personal trainer be introduced?

I'm thinking a guy who can get signed to a player for lets say 100k (or 45 days vip or something) and will train the fighter whereever he travels.

He would also receive a weekly fee of somewhere around 10k, but this way people have the choice of joining a gym or just do everything with a personal trainer. Ofcourse sparring isnt possible with such a guy.

I'm thinking 3 options

15 days vip or 25k (skill all 8's) cost per week 3k

30 days vip or 50k (skill all 12's) cost per week 7k

45 days vip or 100k (skill all 15s) cost per week 10k

When travelling this guy costs the same as your fighter. It wouldnt be for everyone but I reckon top trainees and top fighters might find it interesting...

What do you all think?

I don't like your idea, I find it weird a bit. "Okay buddy let's do some bjj sparrings at your hotel room before a fight, since you are not a member of any gym which could rent us a place to train".

It's not so hard to find a spot in a private gym and if you're struggling with finding one, why wouldn't you open a gym for yourself?

I think iI worte no sparring mate... but things like cardio, yoga, practising kicks and everything is doable...

There was talk a bit ago about adding private training rooms to the gyms. The ability to hire a private coach would be great. Another option would be to let fighters coach each other.

I think the idea of private sessions at a gym is a way better solution. In the real world fighters dont just settle for one coach, but often have private sessions with different specialised coaches/sparringpartners.

I like your idea Sam! I think it would be kinda cool if we could turn fighters into coaches and not just sparring bots, just have like a slot in the gym where you can stick a fighter in instead of a coach.

Private training rooms would solve the problem too, just charge 1k or 2k per session.... this was gyms can make money instead of losing it...

I like both of these ideas. The personal trainer goes too far.
