I paid the glorious Vendetta Aaron to make a website for me, and he did an alright job, but after he was paid (and exposed on tycoon) he never did any of the things that I needed him to do lol. I usually charge for 50-75 USD + vat / hour (depending on a number of factors) for frontend work. If I were to use a WordPress template, the workload usually varies anywhere from 3 to 20 ish hours depending on the amount of customization required. Will share references and company information over mail if you're interested. I usually do cases that range from 250 USDs (simple wordpress-sites) to aound 50 000 USD (little larger applications, integrations etc.). Have the resources to do around 100 000 USD project depending on the desired timeframe, however right now dont have the resources to do any larger projects than that, since the timeframe would wind up too long. If I figured out how to use that JS, I wouldn't charge as much as him. I try to do it low cost. It would cost you 11.5/hr USD for just the design work.
