You can speak to him about it, he says he made a mistake, to be honest, I don't think he understood how the custom avatars worked exactly. Either way he's not gonna do it again. I was just looking around and saw the approved custom avatars section and downloaded one I liked. I never used it and after a while realized how the avatar process works.
