I have been running a New org for a while in Las Vegas called NewDay Fighting - http://www.mmatycoon.com/orgpublic.php?oid=3305 It seems to be going pretty ok and is moving in the right direction, but I find it pretty chaotic very often and forget stuff that should be done properly to make sure we are growing into an organized and reliable organization. When in a hurry I might end up giving rematches that is really just pointless, and promotion and newsletters are very unstable. It happens when I think I am in controle of everything wich seems to be just about impossible now that we have grown into an org With 80 signed fighters. I have the ambition and have developed a good identety for the org. But I think it is about time to rise up to a higher Level of proffesionality. And I realize that it is a lot harder than it needs to be when I have to do everything by myself. So I need staff. Every helping hand will be appreciated, small or little, but if anyone wants to work With an org With a hell of a lot of potential. Please let me know. I am seriously thinking that it will become great! It doesnt realy matter how much you want to do, what you want to do or how much responability you feel good about taking on. I run an org and are trying to get a merch partner. I do have one but we cant figure out how to set up an agreement and accept it to make it official. Understand from the wiki that the merch company are suppossed to send the request to the org, but nothing seem to happen. I dont know how a clothing company looks like so I cant figure out how it is suppossed to be done on that site. So can anyone please give me a step by step guide to how to do it?

NewDay Fighting in Las Vegas would like a merchandise partner. We are a new org with only a few events, but lately things have started to go realy well, and we have a full 10 fight card ready for the 17th and well on our way on arranging the next on the 30th. I run an org in Vegas NewDay fighting (3305) . It says with red writing behind the name. It is NOT inactive at all so why is this written there. It is definitly a disadvantage and I almost think that I should get some sort of compensation for this, because I have been working my ass off with this for a while and now this. This must be fixed. WHAT DO I DO?

I just saw that my organization that I have been working on a lot lately, arranging events, signing fighters and basicly doing everything I can think of that needs to be done in an org, but it still marked as "inactive" in red writing on the highstreet, My org is NewDay fighting (3305) and is based in Las Vegas. Can anyone please explain this to me and help me figure out what to do about it?

I need someone that can help me out with my org. It is new, but everything went faster than I was prepared for. Now I see the opportunity to make it very successfull, but I want it to be perfect. That means I should have someone to write before the events and after. I also need someone that is good with making posters and other graphics. There is always a lot to be done, like scouting for new fighters and keep an eye on those that is already signed. I want fighters that does their job. And I need help to keep an eye on the contracts so that I dont risk losing good people because of inactivity clauses and other dumb reasons. I just have a simple question that I am sure someone can explain to me. I have an org and on the main page there is a box that says QFC org. What does that mean and what are the advantages/disadvantages of it. Do you recommendthat I tick the box or should I leave it?
