A new public gym opened it's doors in Sydney named Sydney Combat Method [$500/wk]. To start off we have an Elite fitness coach to take care of all the physical training of your fighters, a double Elite boxing/Muay Thai coach to teach punching, strike def and kicking and a Elite BJJ / Strong wrestling coach to take care of the ground game training with def grappling, sub off, GnP, transitions and escapes. If we get new members coming in, the next coach acquisitions would be an Elite wrestler for takedowns & GnP, and a double Elite (wrestling/MT) / Strong (box) coach for clinchwork.

We do have scheduled sparring. The number in the brackets is for number of fighters currently sparring in each respective session.

Boxing:

- mon AM (5)

- tue AM (3)

Muay Thai

- mon PM (3)

Wrestling

- tue PM (3)

- thurs PM (5)

Nice spot./ I have a syndey fighter might be looking for a new hang out. Looking at a nutrition partner soon?

Also you might want to update your link, as it reads as no coaches yet.

We welcome all new fighters! Once we get some more fighters in through the doors we'll definitely be looking into adding supplements to the vending machines :)

Good luck mate!

Be aware that sparring in back-to-back sessions is a no-no so you might wanna tweak that sparring schedule. Also the minimum ammount of people sparring to make it worthwhile is five so IMHO you should make it less sessions so that more people are sparring together at the same time.

There seems to be an influx of activity in Sydney (thank God!) which means new fighters will come up. Most of these fighters will need to train physicals (both with a coach and S&C by themselves) so the most important thing for your gym may be to have a few elite physicals coach and Pristine/Brand New conditions.

Alright, I updated the sparring schedule to be strictly in the AM.
