Renan Barao Out Of UFC 177 Rematch With TJ Dillashaw

<p>Another fighter has been forced off the UFC 177 event.</p><p>It appears as though former UFC Bantamweight Champion Renan Barao (32-2 (1 nc), pictured) has been forced to withdraw from his rematch versus TJ Dillashaw. <a

href="http://sportv.globo.com/site/combate/noticia/2014/08/renan-barao-passa-mal-e-esta-fora-da-luta-contra-tj-dillashaw-pelo-ufc-177.html" target="_blank">Combate</a> and ESPN have reported that Barao suffered complications during his weight cut and had to be taken to hospital.</p><p>Earlier today it was also announced that the flyweight fight between Olympic gold medalist Henry Cejudo and Scott Jorgensen had been cancelled after Cejudo was forced off the card with a medical issue. No further details were provided for his removal.</p><p>Stepping in for Barao will be former Bellator Featherweight Champion Joe Soto. Initially scheduled to make his UFC debut against Anthony Birchak he will now step in and compete for the UFC Bantamweight Championship against Dillashaw. Soto enters the Octagon riding a six fight winning streak including five straight finishes.</p> <div class="feedflare">
