New Organizations are tough

I thought I had a decent event planned for my first go. I learned a lot of good things. Trying to compete for any talent is tough, but my biggest mistake was over advertising for tickets that were over priced. It was like dumping gasoline onto my face because it was on fire. With all of that said, my organization "Empire Grind" (5253) is in New York (remember locations are off though so everyone take a peak) so far has similar level talent to your level 1 QFC. I hope you can understand I will have to pay less than some orgs, but I will not through you to 20 year olds with through the rough skills. I'd love to get some through the roof skills too though :)

Open an ID restricted org. The next one coming up is 320K. Best way to start is ID restricted or with a shit ton of cash.

Hell, for the most part I could make it a 314k. There are a few exceptions. Four free agents I picked up to fill spots. 2 @ around 310, and two @ around 289. Is it bad form if I disclose these fighters and only match people up with them if they agree?

it would be best to just make them fight each other, until their contracts are up or just release them and try and get your signing bonus back

FUCK ME??? Your have been a failure since you started playing the game and you think you have advice to give.. Please.. dont fuck me... FUCK YOU

Not entirely true, it's only true when it comes to fighting, which isn't also true seeing that I did listen to advice from Grant and actually had a fighter that was a champion for a few weeks on the Island this past season. In regards to business as this topic was about running orgs and the events at both of my orgs made a profit after the hype of the roster started to increase and both of my clothing stores have made profits, my current one only had one week that wasn't a 500 week since I started it, not a failure there

If this thread had been about something like slider advice, yeah, I got no business giving advice but it wasn't.
