It has to have the base avatar face (eyes, nose, sometimes mouth, and these days, better include cheeks) from a default game avatar merged into the face of the image you're uploading. So you'll need to do some photoshop/gimp editing first before it can be accepted if you're not purchasing one that's been pre-done for you.
