Age: 23 Age: 24

Height: 180 cm Height: 169 cm

Weight: 204 lbs Weight: 143 lbs

Record: 15-6-0 (WLWLW) Record: 15-6-0 (WLLWW)

Pre:

The dark one Darth Sidious fresh of his KO (Punch) defeat of Thomas Peterson at Just Bleed 28 know's a win against former Highland Games mainstay Gerrald James could see him face off against champion Alejandro Scott for the second time following his fifth round Just Bleed 23 submission loss during a fight Sidious seemed to be getting the better of until a fateful late third minute takedown and resulting in a situation where he was forced to tap to a sick surprise armbar.

Fight:

With a championship shot on the line, Sidious was leaving nothing to chance looking to counter strike his way to victory while James appeared to be slightly more aggressive perhaps paying for his excitement in blood as Sidious managed to counter a failed lunging right hand with a heavy right that left James across his forehead. Responding quickly with a leg strike right into the meat of Sidious's leg it was James who seemed to be getting the better of the exchange until Sidious landed a brutal liver shot that would have made Bas proud, stalling his opponent and following up with another series of inside leg kicks.

Sidious having a significant height advantage was able to secure a distance of comfort to reduce the damage that was been done to his leg while picking his shots scoring well on the judges score cards until late into the third minute of the first rou8nd when a three punch combination from James rocked the dark one on his feet as James quickly followed up with a nasty uppercut, as if by instinct alone Sidious backed out of the situation and managed to regain his senses and surviving the rest of the round.

Coming out for the second round James landed a nice right hook to the body before quickly moving out of range of a counter assault before returning with a nice head shot, trying once more to duck in and out of the fray James received a nasty chin check from Sidious that would have been followed by a thunderous looping right that James managed narrowly to avoid. What followed was a game of cat and mouse as both men content the chin of their opponents was solid decided to work for a points victory remaining as elusiveness as possible while scoring critical strikes whenever possible until late into the fourth minute when James walked into a stiff left hand from Sidious leaving the referee cause to question his ability to continue as a result of all of the blood, during the interval James team worked hard to stem the flow.

This trend continued on into the third and final round with both fighters displaying extream caution but it was the relentless leg strikes that paid dividend as Sidious's mobility was noticeably reduced in the final round allowing James to unload at will before moving out of range resulting in a clear round for Gerrald James.

Winner - Gerrald James by way of Unanimous Decision : Fight Rating 67%

145 lbs : Blake Green vs Carlos Ortega

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14746565953564.jpg vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14552890398545.png

Age: 24 Age: 25

Height: 168 cm Height: 181 cm

Weight: 146 lbs Weight: 195 lbs

Record: 12-2-0 (WLWWW) Record: 13-5-0 (LWLWW)

Pre:

As the Strikeforce Union 135lbs champion Carlos Ortega left a path of destruction in his wake decimating the division before making the jump to Aspire MMA to 145lbs and setting his sights on former Primal Fear 145lbs champion Blake Green, having himself never been finished Green a natural 145lbs fighter has a slight experience advantage that may very well play a factor into the fight but it's clear to see that this one is set to be a classic with both men well matched.

Fight:

Ortega having both a significant reach and speed advantage against his opponent was able to slip in and out of range in the early goings clearly frustrating Blake Green who seemed to pick up his pace in response becoming the more aggressive of the two posturing low to avoid incoming strikes and then lunging in with uppercuts that seemed to land perfectly flush with Ortega's chin executing a perfect counter-strategy to Ortega's towering reach.

Following an intense exchange with both men landing multiple significant strikes Ortega forced the fight into the clinch and snapped Green's head back with a short sharp shot to the head with one hand while controlling his opponent with the other again frustrating Green and preventing him from doing much significant damage as Ortega continued to score in the clinch. Towards the third minute of the first round Green seemed to have settled into the position and regained control enough to begin breaking down Ortega's resolve with thunderous shots to the side of the head that left the crowd gasping, but with both men giving as good as they got to open the fight up this round could go either way with the judges.

Coming out for the second round Ortega threw a series of shots that Green was easily able to avoid but rather than counter strike Green seemed content to keep his distance landing opportune body kicks whenever possible, Ortega seemed to drop his hands at one point and took a crisp shot to the head for his trouble that was followed up with a nice uppercut that landed. It seemed that Green was getting the better of the standup battle at this time but decided to take the fight into the clinch regardless to continue his opponents destruction.

Feeling the urgency of his situation Ortega managed to break free from the clinch and turned his pain into power as he unloaded upon Green with a flurry of strikes that scored well with the judges but was dazed by a looping left hand that many felt might end the fight but a moment of hesitation lead to Ortega's recovery seeing out the round by scoring a nice jab down the middle of Blakes face.

With neither fighter convinced the other had done enough to secure both rounds the action kicked off with malicious intentions as Ortega threw a jab, then a cross, then a succession of nasty hooks to the body put the pressure on Green who hit back with a strike to the stomach that seemed to turn Ortega's belly button inside out. The audience in attendance raised to its feet as both men continued to trade blows with little regard for their own safety throughout the final round in a spectacular showcase of boxing and muay thai leaving no fan disappointed with the action on display.

155 lbs : Marlo Stanfield vs Peter Redfield

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/23/23b10.jpg vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14691297211490.jpg

Age: 23 Age: 24

Height: 178 cm Height: 172 cm

Weight: 169 lbs Weight: 163 lbs

Record: 13-4-0 (WWWLW) Record: 9-8-0 (WWLWL)

Pre:

Following his second-round TKO (Strikes) domination of Adam Baranowski at Just Bleed 28 the "King" Marlo Stanfield had been satisfied his name was finally "off the streets" but "The Crimson Killer" Peter Redfield making his debut coming off a two fight win streak at Primal Fear wasted no time in putting the "King" on blast during an interview with Aspire Magazine Jethro Bo-Louise in the March edition stating that "Standfield might look the part, but can he be the part? I tell you now Jethro a man must have a code, no doubt. If I hear the music, I'm gonna dance... except on a Sunday."

"Round my way the Sunday truce is as old as the game itself, you can do some crazy stuff but NEVER on no Sunday Jertho".

We reached out to Standfield's management who had this to say about a potential bout with Redfield following the comments "either do it or don't, but I got some place to be" Viggo Uffe turning to whisper something for a moment to his client before stepped aside to allow the "King" to speak "If anyone ask you if you in this game, you tell them you in it for life. Alright? You play it hard, you play it tight and you make sure they know you are gonna stand by your people, if this punk wants me he knows where to find me... right in that Aspire MMA cage".

Fight:

As the bell rings for round one Redfield missing with an opening jab was countered by a stiff right hand by Stanfield who decided to attempt a head kick that failed to land and was countered by a stiff right hand by Redfield for his trouble, resetting his feet Stanfield pressed forward with a snapping leg kick that echoed around the arena and really seemed to give Redfield reason to reconsider trading at range as he rushed into the clinch pushing Stanfield up against the back of the cage landing a vicious hook to the head in the process.

Stunned by the aggressiveness of his opponent Stanfield took up a defensive posture and looked to land some nasty uppercuts from the inside but was barraged by strikes to the midsection by Redfield who seemed content to swing wildly with no regards for his own defence receiving significant damage of his own in the exchange. Finally, Stanfield managed to break the clinch and return to a more favourable distance hoping to utilise his reach advantage but Redfield undeterred pressed on walking into a couple shots as he failed to re-instigate the clinch.

A tenderising leg strike from Stanfield left rage across the face of Redfield who responded with a devastating right hand that rocked Stanfield and exploded the audience into excitement as Redfield followed up with a nasty hook that put Stanfield in a world of trouble. Following his opponent, as he fell to the ground it was lethal ground and pound that made sure this was all over.

Following the fight, Peter Redfield took to the microphone and made it know that "I'm the KING now, come get me. Baltimore is mine."

Our cameras picked up live reactions from cage side celebrity guest Clay Davis.

205 lbs : Cleon Wright vs Philo Beddo

Age: 24 Age: 23

Height: 195 cm Height: 191 cm

Weight: 209 lbs Weight: 214 lbs

Record: 11-3-0 (WLLWW) Record: 7-2-0 (WWWLW)

Pre:

Exciting 205lbs fighter Philo "Cowboy" Beddo is on a three-fight win streak with both a KO (Punches) victory over Brandon Stark at Just Bleed 25.5 and a submission of the night winner in the form of an armbar victory over Adlet Mayer at Just Bleed 28, his opponent tonight former Primal Fear mainstay Cleon Wright fresh of his TKO (Strikes) domination of Decimus Quinlan at Primal 50 he will be looking to make an instant impact at the rising star that is Philo Beddo's expense.

Fight:

This was always expected to be a bloodbath with both men possessing sensational levels of boxing and a track record for leaving the cage requiring a cleanup crew it was not long before a nice combination from Beddo left Wright with a cut above his right eyebrow that gushed blood down the side of his face, responding with the stiffest of right hands putting Beddo on notice and maintaining his threat with some beautiful muay thai inside leg kicks Wright set about working his opponent's body for the first couple of minuets hoping to leave Beddo gasping for air but Beddo had other ideas instigating a clinch up against the cage and firing back with numerous body shots of his own leveling the playing field.

"Cowboy" Philo Beddo feeling that his best chance was to take the fight to the ground attempted and failed to pull guard resulting in Wright getting the better of the exchange in the clinch as Beddo looked to return to a defensive posture as he moved in and out of the clinch seeking to improve his chances of securing a takedown. With his hands clasped together around Wright's back Beddo finally secured a takedown into side control putting Wright under clear distress been a wrestler who vehemently dislikes been on his back but having drilled this situation countless times in the gym was able to sweep to the top position closing out the round to the applause of the live audience.

During the inter-mission, Cleon Wright's cut man worked hard to stem the flow of the bleeding before sending his man back out to war. Winning the majority of the standup battle so far Wright seemed to be loading up for a big counter strike waiting for Beddo to make a mistake and then capitalising repeatedly forcing Beddo to move the fight into the clinch and once again successfully pulling guard to return the fight ot the mat.

Wright looked to escape to his feet but Beddo cinched in an ankle lock that looked to end the fight as Wright considered tapping before gutting out a surprising escape leading to a scramble for top position and later control that resulted in a referee standup. Beddo managed to catch Wright once again late into the second round with a strike that opened up his cut again clearly impairing his vision as Wright motioned to wipe his face Beddo committed to a double leg takedown into side control finishing the round from the top position.

Once again Wright's corner worked hard to patch him up before he returned to the battle scoring with a nice right hand leading into numerous wild strikes and body kicks as Beddo tried to size up a takedown attempt that lead nowhere, what followed was boxing clinic as Wright picked his opponent apart scoring heavily on the judges cards as Beddo burned up the last of his energy desperately trying to return the fight to the ground to no avail.

Winner - Cleon Wright by way of Unanimous Decision : Fight Rating 74%

170 lbs : Rupert Pink vs Winslow Berhardt

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14646877002757.jpg vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/17/17w3.jpg

Age: 24 Age: 24

Height: 189 cm Height: 175 cm

Weight: 184 lbs Weight: 167 lbs

Record: 11-4-0 (LWLWL) Record: 7-5-2 (LWDDW)

Pre:

Former MMAHelsinki mainstay Winslow Berhardt moved up from 155lbs to join the 170lbs Primal Fear division in January of this year to mixed results defeating Noah Jaccard via unanimous decision at Primal 57 but going on to lose to Ray Mancini via TKO (Strikes) at Primal 58, his opponent tonight is natural 170lbs two-time KO of the night recipient Rupert "Danny" Pink managed by the notable Sean Connery of the Vendetta alliance training out of the Cylon Training Academy in Los Angeles it's clear to see Winslow has his work cut out for him if he's to prove he belongs at 170lbs.

Fight:

Known for his exceptional wrestling it's no surprise that Winslow Berhardt moved immediately to secure a takedown and started to work his BJJ brown belt to the best of his abilities looking for an arm triangle that Pink was fortunate to avoid but staying active Berhardt worked in some light shots while looking to improve his positioning to secure a guillotine attempt but was unable to complete the manoeuvre and was eventually stood up by the referee momentarily before immediately securing yet another takedown, this time however Pink managed to jump right back to his fight having drilled escapes continuously leading up to the fight.

Not content to be denied Berhardt move into range and pulled guard before trying to secure a triangle that Pink easily defended as both men scrambled for control closing out the round with Berhardt in the top position having done enough to get the nod from the judges.

Berhardt rushed his opponent into the clinch at the start of the first round and once again tried to pull guard but failed to drag his opponent to the mat as Pink seemed to use the side of the cage for leverage to the ire of the referee before using the opportunity to escape the clinch and circle away to the center of the cage. Knowing that he needed to step things up Pink managed to land a number of notable leg kicks looking to remove some of the speed advantage his opponent seems to have but it was Berhardt who once again closed the distance with a flurry of strikes leading into a successful drive through takedown into side control and another period of clinical submission defense as Pink weather the storm of multiple attempts to close out the round.

As had been the story of the fight so far Berhardt once again returned the fight to the ground and went to work to posture up and reign down thunderous ground and pound that this time seemed to have more malice behind it, Berhardt now visibly tired was looking to put a finish to this fight but Pink managed to take wrist control and tight up his opponent long enough to instigate a referee standup providing a momentary respite before once again been returned to the ground by a beautiful feint and takedown combination that seemed almost effortless in its execution. In the final seconds of the fight, Pink secured an isolated arm and went for the kimura leaving all in attendance stunned as the clock ran out on the last ditch attempt that had looked well placed.

170 lbs : Brannigan Steele vs Bertram Adelhard

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/23/23w9.jpg vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14523760861995.jpg

Age: 23 Age: 23

Height: 178 cm Height: 189 cm

Weight: 180 lbs Weight: 178 lbs

Record: 5-3-0 (WLLWL) Record: 4-1-0 (WWWLW)

Pre:

Explosive striker Brannigan Steele has had questions raised in the past about his ability to get the job done on the big stage following high-profile losses to both Dum Debble and Bomb Com but answered back emphatically with a first round KO (Strikes) victory over Rafal Zamana at Just Bleed 28 on the 11 of March 2017 his opponent tonight "The Raven" Bertram Adelhard known on the streets of New York to once have been the king of an underground brawling league with legitimate KO power and a heart the size of Brooklyn looks to make his Aspire MMA one to remember.

Fight:

Watching his fighter from ring side The Disciples mainstay Joe River is in attendance tonight to give support to Adelhard who immediately connects with a nice shot to Steele's chin following up with a series of strikes to the body before moving the fight briefly into the clinch, looking to score a hip toss Adelhard scrambles to side control and proceeded to lay in elbow strikes to his opponent who seemed to be looking to improve his position with a failed sweep but never the less gets a leg inside to regain half guard as both men played a reactionary game respecting each others BJJ abilities.

It was Steele who managed to eventually reverse roles and gain top control during the second minute of the first round setting about a period of ground and pound as Steele postured upward to get the optimal striking range but failed to land many significant strikes with Adelhard ever elusive even from the bottom. A brief guillotine attempt was avoided by Steele easily who continued to score points into the final seconds of the round working over Adelhard with his ground and pound.

Initially wanting to keep the fight standing Steele maintained a distance looking to move in and out using his impressive striking speed and agility as the second round began. Adelhard started to work in some leg kicks that did seem to leave Steele in some noticeable discomfort but Steele continued to trade with the much taller Adelhard waiting patiently for his opportunity to secure the takedown, following a stiff crack to the jaw by Adelhard it was Steele who decided to drive through with a takedown into guard deciding he would rather take his chances on the ground than suffer any more punishment with most in attendance feeling that Adelhard had gotten the better of the round despite Steeles last minute reversal into the top position ending the round.

In the third and final round Adelhard failed to defend a drive through takedown but quickly responded with another guillotine attempt that was bravely defended by Steele who instinctively returned to his comfort zone of ground and pound but was eventually forced to return to the standup by an unconvinced referee who felt the clock was simply been run down. Interestingly this time it was Steele who managed to get the better of the standup exchanges with Adelhard looking visibly tired having worked so much from the bottom during the fight and Steele was once again able to change levels and drive through another takedown finishing out the round yet again from the top position.

The live audience seemed to disapprove of the decision for Brannigan Steele who seemed to have done enough to please the judges but not crowd in attendance who felt Adelhard had done the job, not helped by the visibly swelled and bruised face of Steele he took the mic in controversial fashion stating "You know what, fuck everyone here I'm The Real Deal".

Winner - Brannigan Steele by way of Unanimous Decision : Fight Rating 39%

185 lbs : Silent Bob vs Holy Angel

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/13888750301420.jpg vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/12/12b3.jpg

Age: 22 Age: 22

Height: 184 cm Height: 191 cm

Weight: 184 lbs Weight: 195 lbs

Record: 4-2-0 (WWLWW) Record: 2-1-0 (WWL--)

Pre:

As a true fan of MMA the CEO Adam Holland could not wait to book Holy Angel vs Silent Bob following both men's spectacular performances on the Just Bleed 28 card with Holy "War" Angel's first round devastation of George Orwell via TKO (Kick & Punches) in parrel to Silent Bob's nineteen second obliteration of Jakub Chlapik via brutal TKO (Head Kick) these two young warriors did not hesitate to cease upon Adam's post-event comments and agreed immediately to a future main-card bout.

Fight:

Silent Bob's game plan was evident from the get-go with saving low-kicks and thunderous body kicks designed to take Holy "War" Angel to his limits and leave him immobile been the primary intention of this strategy, checking what he could at the door Angel persevered the early storm as the crowd in attendance gave it up for both men in what has to be one of the most exciting starts to a fight we have seen in some time with both men looking to do serious damage early on.

Seeing that Silent Bob was getting the best of the standup war Angel decided to instigate a clinch in hopes of tiring his opponent further but it was once again Silent Bob connecting with some stiff shots to the rib cage that visibly hurt Angel and by the end of the first round you could already see massive swelling on Angel's legs due to the relentless leg strikes that had clearly limited Angel's mobility by this point.

Now in full defensive mode as we entered second and third rounds a similar story unfolded as Angel continued to check as many leg kicks as he could utilising impressive striking defense but it was Silent Bob's relentless offense that kept the crowd in awe as he landed almost at will against the now almost stationary Angel with the referee at numerous times considering the status of the bout but been forced to acquiesce due to Angel's continued defensive activity fueled by his deep determination to never surrender.

Following the fight, Silent Bob took the microphone and gave credit to Holy Angel for never buckling to his unrelenting assault and said that he had earned the respect of both him and everyone in attendance tonight to the cheers of the audience, in a sign of respect Holy shook Bob's hand before leaving the cage.

Winner - Silent Bob by way of Unanimous Decision : Fight Rating 74%

145 lbs : Tony Garcia vs Satoru Takada

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/16/16w7.jpg vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/36/36w13.jpg

Age: 27 Age: 24

Height: 172 cm Height: 170 cm

Weight: 155 lbs Weight: 150 lbs

Record: 5-3-0 (LLLWW) Record: 9-7-0 (LLLLW)

Pre:

The road to the top can be treacherous and along the way both Tony Garcia and Satoru Takada have hit upon hard times with a succession of losses over recent times tonight is an opportunity for one of these men's light to once again shine brightly, for the other... this has to be considered a must-win scenario for all concerned and as such we expect both men to be looking to finish this one early.

Fight:

An impressive overhand right by Takada kicks things off with a real sense of excitement in the air for this one in the arena, knowing that Tony Garcia possesses legitimate one-punch KO power Takada was quick to move the fight into the clinch giving him a sizeable advantage over his opponent given his years of dedicated Muay Thai training.

Takada worked to systematically destroy the body of his opponent landing crisp shots regularly while maintaining control of the position at all times, unsure how to proceed Garcia seemed to struggle in his attempts to take the fight to the ground with no recourse to improve his position else wise, finishing out the round leaving some to wonder how he survived at all Garcia returned to his corner to have serious words about his future in this fight as Takada gave the live audience a sign that he loved the support he was feeling in the arena tonight.

Wasting no time at all Takada came out for the second with intentions to force the fight back into the clinch and picked up right how he left off in the first round with Garcia once again trying and failing to secure a takedown, wanting to show he had Garcia completely and utterly figured out it was Takada who forced a persistent trip to the mat into his own guard so that he could work a submission into the mix but it was defended well by purple belt Garcia who managed to weather the second round storm despite failing to do any significant point scoring of his own.

Looking significantly more dangerous in the third round Garcia was seeking a big combination to bring about an end to the fight in his favour but was continuously outclassed by Takada who eventually once again returned the fight to the clinch and decimated his opponent for the remainder of the fight in what ended up been a very one-sided affair.

Winner - Satoru Takada by way of Unanimous Decision : Fight Rating 35%

170 lbs : Nick Gonzalez vs Rafal Zamana

Height: 185 cm Height: 180 cm

Weight: 183 lbs Weight: 181 lbs

Record: 6-7-0 (LWWLW) Record: 9-11-1 (LLWLD)

Pre:

Here since the organisations very first event Rafal Zamana is a name that frequently comes up when talking about the all-time legendary Aspire MMA figures despite his deceptively negative record Rafal has been part of some of the great moments in the promotion's history, looking to make a name for himself debuting from the Helsinki Fighting Leauge his opponent Nick Gonzalez from Compton, California has a seasoned background in kickboxing and an often underestimated ground game. Will this be the last ride for Rafal Zamana or can he continue to make the crowds of Aspire roar in appreciation as he has many times before?

Fight:

Without hesitation Zamana moved to take the fight to the ground but was stuffed by a fantastic display of balance by Gonzalez who countered with a nice body jab that put the long time Aspire hero on notice, unwavering Zamana continued to attempt to secure a takedown but was countered repeatedly in the opening flurry with Gonzalez clearly dominating the standup in the early goings.

Determined to enforce his will Zamana changed levels and successfully conducted a takedown into side-control despite it been very clear Gonzalez has spent a lot of time in recent weeks working to improve his wrestling, incensed that he was taken down at all Gonzalez looked to embarrass Zamana by successfully finishing him quickly with an armbar submission bringing about Zamana's third straight loss.

Winner - Nick Gonzalez by way of Submission (Armbar) : Fight Rating 34%

155 lbs : Steaphan Beattie vs Kid Cudi

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/4/4w19.jpg vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/41/41b11.jpg

Age: 24 Age: 26

Height: 174 cm Height: 185 cm

Weight: 168 lbs Weight: 150 lbs

Record: 5-5-0 (WLWLL) Record: 9-9-0 (WLLLL)

Pre:

There was some concern about Kid Cudi at the weigh-in today when he turned up looking less than fantastic for his fight against Steaphan Beattie tonight, a once promising project who walks around at a natural weight of 150lbs has fought recently at weights ranging from 145lbs to 205lbs much to the concern of his fan-base, tonight been his return to 155lbs it was expected he would look in fantastic shape but all indications are this is not the case, his opponent Steaphan Beattie is likely to think he has an easy night ahead of him and it's hard to argue at this point.

Fight:

Noticebly gaunt Kid Cudi looked a shadow of his former self after the debocal that was today's weigh-in leaving many in the audience to wonder if he should be fighting at all, following an initial exchange that saw Beattie take favour with the judges score cards with a number of poignant strikes and a successful stuffing of Cudi's takedown attempt lead directly into the clinch with Beattie immediately seeking to destroy with lethal inside head shots that left the desolate Kid Cudi rocked as we entered the second minute of the fight.

Falling back to his training Cudi appeared to be on auto pilot as he attempted to defend against the incoming onslaught but eventually sucummed to a mighty uppercut knocking him out cold, it's my estimation that Cudi did not turn up for this fight prepared and paid the ultimate price as a result.

Winner - Steaphan Beattie by way of KO (Punch) : Fight Rating 68%

James "Grizzly" Adams (14-0, 14 T/KOs, Undisputed DFC LHW Champion, Undisputed Revolution XC LHW Champion)

"I've been feeding off the slow, fat and dumb for too long. I'm hungry for a challenge. Michael Brophy seems like the best out there, so I'm glad he's being offered. My only complaint is that this should be for the title. The champion has become soft and whoever the challenger was probably wasn't worthy anyway.

My management and I will be patiently waiting for the correct offer."

Aspire MMA - Just Bleed 34 - Live from the Venice Beach Arena (6500) : Attendance - 6,500 : Event Rating - 253.73

Betting: Aspire Casino

Thoughts from the CEO:

Tonight's card represent's the very best our promotion has to offer with the undefeated Riff McGee looking to make his third defense of the Aspire 145lbs championship against StrikeForce Union 145lbs champion Michael Kristian and Primal Fear 205lbs champion "The Forsaken" Michael Brophy one of Aspire MMA's biggest talent acquisitions to date entering the cage to fight well-traveled submission machine Tung Fo in the main event, with a card full of notable names expectations are high for tonights event to raise the bar to the next level.

http://www.mmatycoon.com/images/company/logo/1492148859Logo%20v2.png

In celebration of this momentous event we have finally concluded the process of bringing Aspire Clothing onboard as our permanent merchandising partner, as such we ask all of our Aspire Clothing sponsored fighters to consider setting their victory message for fighters on our cards to "thank sponsor" in order to help continue to support our efforts over at Aspire Clothing who is our primary benefactor financially as an organisation, truthfully without this connection we would simply be unable to run Aspire MMA the way we want too, without regard for the mighty dollar and with every regard for our managers.

Next week's Just Bleed 35 marks our first invasion of the University Park 14,000 arena with the following week's Aspire 36 event on the 6th of May set once again at the 6,500 seater Venice Beach Arena, Aspire 37 and 38 however, will be our first double-shot with both the 14,000 arena and the 6,500 arena been ran on the 12th and 13th of may respectively. Assuming this works out the plan is to run double-shot events all the way until Aspire 43 on the 10th of June when we will fully transition to the 14,000 arena and above for future shows, this should give our roster the shot in the arm it needs as we continue to push towards PPV.

http://loccal.org/articles/2016/april/ph/writers2.jpg

I feel it's important to share at this time there has been some consideration into cutting the length of our reviews down to just main-card bouts (to be very specific I mean the top five fights on the cards) due to the extensive amount of time that goes into the write-ups. Since starting the promotion I have felt my strongest strength has been my attention to detail with each and every fighter on the roster and doing so would diminish somewhat the experience lower-hyped fighters are having here at Aspire and as such the decision was made to continue to do full write-up's going forward but to split them into two separate posts with a second writer taking up the helm of the lower-card write-ups. As such we are seeking such a talented writer to join our team, if you feel that you are qualified to provide quality write-up's on par with the work we currently have on offer for our lower-cards then please get in contact, if we like what you do you will be paid handsomely for the time invested and be welcomed as part of Team Aspire.

And finally our satisfaction rating has hit 90% out of 24 ratings and I could not be more proud of that, thank you once again to all the great managers who continue to support what we are doing here at Aspire MMA.

205 lbs : Michael Brophy vs Tung Fo

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14222907277435.jpg vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/20/20b1.jpg

Age: 24 Age: 23

Height: 185 cm Height: 200 cm

Weight: 205 lbs Weight: 215 lbs

Record: 12-1-0 (WWWWL) Record: 7-2-0 (WLWWW)

Pre:

Michael Brophy considered across the MMA community to be one of the very best at 205lbs in the 280k+ ID range having consistently decimated top-level competition over the last two years at the now defunct Primal Fear organisation out of New York and with only a single career loss at the hands of current 205lbs Aspire MMA champion Alejandro Scott way back in October of 2016 during the TUF Finale at the now also defunct Dissolution Fighting Championship out of Las Vegas, possessing an explosive skill set and god-like charisma it is clear to see why "The Forsaken" is one of the premier fighters of his generation. While members of the press had called to see Michael Brophy in a super fight with recently acquired Revolution XC 205lbs champion James "Grizzly" Adams it was infact submission specialist Tung Fo's demand that he be first in line that was given the nod, with the prospect of the biggest fight of his life ahead of him Brophy will need to put that speculation to the back of his mind and focus in on the intensely honed BJJ skills of his current opponent Tung Fo if he wants to establish himself as top dog in what is a very deep 205lbs division.

Fight:

Poised to make the very most of this opportunity Tung Fo reached deep as he tried to force a takedown as Brophy's opening straight left failed to land putting him slightly off balance but regardless able to resist the multiple attempts to take the fight to the ground during the opening moments of the bout, no deterred Tung Fo changed levels and once again moved in for a double leg attempt only to be countered by a powerful looking straight left that seemed to make Tung Fo retreat if only momentarily.

Brophy scores with numerous solid strikes to the body and continues to avoid Tung Fo's determined attempts to take the fight to his comfort zone working in thunderous body kicks and impressive speed to keep his opponent in check, the live audience in attendance tonight are on their feet giving it up for this spectacular display of striking ability and elusive takedown defense as Tung Fo tries now desperately to secure some kind of path to success but to no avail as Brophy continues to land lethal combinations of body strikes and low kicks until finally in the second minute of the very first round Tung Fo attempted one final dive that resulted in him securing Brophy's left leg in what seemed to be a ray of sunlight for the now frustrated challenger but it was all for nothing as Brophy managed to escape the manoeuvre and quickly respond with a towering head kick that sent Tung Fo hurtling to the canvas as "The Forsaken" one leaped onto the side of the cage to celebrate with his fans.

Following his victory Michael took to the mic and made it known that James "Grizzly" Adam's was next on his radar stating "Just let me bang bro!" as his Metalica theme music played loudly to the crowd in the arena.

Winner - Michael Brophy by way of KO (Head Kick) : Fight Rating 58%

Record: 9-0-0 (WWWWW) Record: 11-2-1 (WWWWD)

Pre:

One of the best fighters to come out of the StrikeForce Union, Michael Kristian had held the 145lbs title at the promotion since his victory over Akheem Flynn in October of 2016 going on to have a fascinating series of match-ups with current roster member Rollo Gracie in what many consider to be the defining feud of the StrikeForce Union. Upon securing Michael to a contract at Aspire MMA he was offered an automatic title shot against Aspire 145lbs champion Riff McGee due to his domination of the SFU 145lbs division.

Fighting out of Montreal the West Side, NY native Riff McGee looks to continue his undefeated following his first round KO (Punches) destruction of Derui Pake at Just Bleed 29. Riff McGee one of the most popular fighters associated with the Aspire brand almost always secures an exciting finish and is perhaps the most well-rounded competitor in the entire division making him a conundrum for would-be challengers, with the pride of Aspire MMA on his back he is expected to be the fan favourite going into this bout with the SFU "invader" Michael Kristian.

Fight:

From the opening second McGee hit hard with a nasty looking low kick and quickly followed up with a shot to the body that really seemed to hurt, McGee pressed his attack but failed to land as Kristian managed to check a number of incoming strikes while his opponent looked content to counter strike any offensive action Kristian attempted to make, in retaliation the SFU champion scored with a thudding leg strike of his own and followed up by stunning McGee with a brutal body shot, it was then that Kristian attempted to shoot for a takedown but McGee was able to sprawl it out and reply with a monstrous strike to the side of Kristian's temple that left the audience gasping. Following the exciting exchange Riff McGee was accidently struck in the genital area and given time to recover his senses before the action resumed.

A nice inside leg kick from McGee sets the tone as Kristian takes a solid shot to the chin as McGee circled away from a clinch attempt and followed up with a quick kick to the body before setting in to test Kristian's chin with a brutal looking shot that seemingly rocked the challenger who immediately attempted again to clinch up but instead was hit with a devastating uppercut that knocked him out cold.

Winner - Riff McGee by way of KO (Punch) : Fight Rating 50%

155lbs : Billy Bolek vs Johnny Vegas

Record: 9-4-0 (WLWWW) Record: 5-0-0 (WWWWW)

Pre:

Following a successful stint at the Ontario Fight Club representing the Convicted Inc alliance Johny Vegas is riding a five-fight victory streak going into this fight with long time Aspire veteran Billy "Big" Bolek fresh of his three round decimation of former StrikeForce Union 155lbs champion Vinicus "Morte" Costa at Just Bleed 28 on the 11th of March 2017 that ended Costa's career.

Fight:

Bolek checks a leg kick and responds with a right hand that never looked like landing, Vegas lands a nice inside leg kick and follows up with a jab to the head before receiving a receipt in the form of a stiff cross from Bolek as Vegas failed to instigate the clinch with Bolek staying ever elusive weaving in out of striking distance seemingly trying to avoid any potential takedown attempts using his reach advantage to maintain pressure from his comfort zone, Bolek feinted a straight left to the body then hitting a dramatic spinning back fist Vegas did not see coming, it looks like that's left a nasty cut that his corner will need to pay attention too in the intermission. Vegas dips to this left and cracks Bolek with an uppercut as both men continue to land well in the various exchanges that proceeded during the first round with Johnny Vegas becoming increasingly aggressive as the round came to a close securing the nod.

Immediately following the start of the second round the fight entered the clinch with Vegas opening up Bolek with a short left that forced Bolek to break the clinch and attempt to re-establish his optimal range but Vegas continued to move forward attempting to take the fight back into the clinch however Bolek was able to maintain his distance and continue weather the significant punishment Vegas was pushing his way, aggressive to the point of recklessness Vegas was winning the standup but a nice left hand managed to rock him late into the fourth minute of the second round but Bolek failed to capitalize ending the round once again with Vegas getting the nod and the corner men for both fighters working overtime to stem the bleeding of their respective cuts.

In the third and final round Bolek continued to enforce his game plan but Vegas's persistence paid off having recovered from his second round rocking in the intermission he worked to knock Bolek out with massive right hands connecting repeatedly throughout the round as Bolek seemed on the defensive for the majority of the round with Vegas doing just enough to secure the decision.

185lbs : Ajax Aquila Corvus vs Khunbish Borjigin

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14505198513137.png vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14573576063102.jpg

Age: 23 Age: 23

Height: 185 cm Height: 186 cm

Weight: 187 lbs Weight: 194 lbs

Record: 10-2-0 (WWLWW) Record: 5-1-0 (WWWWW)

Pre:

Elite world class boxer Ajax Aquilla Corvus joins the Aspire roster coming off two decision victories, known primarily for his early career KO dominations of Zack Alstott and Alec Johnson his fighting style seems to have evolved into more a decision grinding strategy of late, skilled in multiple disciplines his raw ability makes him a present danger at all times. His opponent veteran of the Aspire cage Khunbish Borjigin is on five-fight win streak with notable victories over Silent Bob and Ken Womack, he will be looking to secure his place in the upper echelon of the 185lbs division at the expense of the debuting Aquilla Corvus ahead of his contract expiry following the bout hoping to position himself in line for a big time contract.

Fight:

Corvus is cautious keeping his distance and narrowly avoiding a looping overhand right by Borjigin in the early goings but managed to counter landing a nice hook to the body before once again moving out of range, in receipt Borjigin pressured forward landing a massive shot that connected square down the middle proceeding to yell "You're gunna get knocked out" at Corvus as the two fighters moved into a game of cat and mouse with Corvus feinting low and hitting high and Borjigin striking from the outside with wild strikes and scathing kicks. Late into the second minute of the fight Borjigin inadvertently kicked Corvus in the genital area leading to a short stoppage before the action got underway again. It seemed overall Corvus had gotten the better of the standup exchange despite Borjigin been visibly more active it was Corvus's multiple successful power strikes that seemed to get him the nod at the judge's table.

The story for the following rounds was much the same with Borjigin seemingly the more aggressive fighter throwing numerous wild strikes that Corvus seemed largely to avoid while scoring a number of significant strikes in both rounds that seemed to hurt Borjigin significantly enough to for the judges to take notice, by no mean's was this a domination but it was clear Borjigin lacked the precision to execute his strategy.

Winner - Ajax Aquilla Corvus by way of Unanimous Decision : Fight Rating 81%

170lbs : Ivan Gore vs Dimitri Vasleyiev

Height: 179 cm Height: 178 cm

Weight: 175 lbs Weight: 170 lbs

Record: 7-2-0 (WWLWW) Record: 10-6-0 (WLWLW)

Pre:

Joining the promotion following his decision victory over Rupert Pink at Primal 58 on the 19th of February 2017 Dimitri Vasleyiev is a well renowned Muay Thai fighter with a strong wrestling base fighting out of New York city at The Studio gym this Ukraine national is known to be a decision fighter, a grinder of the highest caliber with the cardio of an olympic athlete and the resolve of a true warrior. His opponent tonight is the stalwart Ivan Gore a veteran of the Aspire MMA cage with victory's over the 170lbs division's very best to his name, in addition to Ivan's proven ability to go the distance he also posses a lethal finishing ability Dimitri is yet to display and that maybe key tonight.

Fight:

During the first round both fighters looked to secure victory by scoring points with Ivan Gore been the more aggressive of the two landing the majority of significant strikes while trying to avoid much of the incoming damage from Vasleyiev who seemed more interested in countering with heavy precision shots that seemed to inflict slightly more damage per capita, excellent striking defense on display by both men in what resembled more of a straight KT bout than an MMA fight as both men seemed content to stand and bang for the majority of the first round clinching only for the final minute of the fight with Gore once again getting the better of the situation getting the nod for the round from the judges in the process.

With little in the way of change in the second or indeed third rounds of the fight the action continued on with over a hundred successfully landed strikes combined across the fighters but with few power shots on display it seemed unlikely for the fight to end in a finish, consistent round to round in his domination of the standup Gore did enough to secure the victory but left many wondering what happened to the vicious streak we last saw against Chance Birmbaum at Just Bleed 25.5.

Winner - Ivan Gore by way of Unanimous Decision : Fight Rating 76%

145lbs : Kilo Jackson vs Derui Pake

Pre:

Derui Pake fresh off his recent first career loss to 145lbs champion Riff McGee at Just Bleed 29 on the 18th of March 2017 will be seeking to return to winning form when he takes on Kilo "The Coke Dealer" Jackson a long-time veteran of the Primal Fear organisation making his debut tonight at Aspire MMA following his recent loss to recent Aspire MMA addition Blake Green at Primal 60.

Fight:

Quick as a viper Jackson closed the distance and landed a nice one-two combination before leading into a feinted jab that made Pake duck low directly into a powerful uppercut that prompted his opponent to back up and reconsider his strategy, missing with a hook Pake was then countered by Jackson with a lovely straight hand and it seemed that Jackson was getting the better of the standup exchanges landing a massive overhand left and countering a failed cross with a mighty right hand directly down the middle however showing his resolve Pake countered a failed body punch with a stiff right hand that seemed to instantly rock Jackson who seemed almost instinctively to drive the fight into the clinch while he attempted to recover his senses.

Knowing his time was now Pake struck with a vicious uppercut that snapped Jacksons head backwards and seemed to take the legs right from under him as he wobbled around the center of the cage while Pake fired off shots at will breaking the clinch and stalking his prey who seemed determined to return to the clinch, countering an attempt to lock-up with a mighty big right hand Pake dropped Jackson to the ground and followed him down with a barrage of strikes forcing the referee to put and end to this one in the very first round.

Winner - Derui Pake by way of TKO (Strikes) : Fight Rating 76%

145lbs : Taran Chula vs Jack Rackham

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/13/13b10.jpg vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/40/40w40.jpg

Age: 24 Age: 24

Height: 175 cm Height: 170 cm

Weight: 1155 lbs Weight: 145 lbs

Record: 10-5-1 (WLWLW) Record: 5-1-0 (WWLWW)

Pre:

In a fight that pits long time Primal Fear veteran Taran "The Spider" Chula against Strikeforce Union veteran Jack Rackham both debuting in Aspire MMA for the very first time both coming off a victory in their respective promotions it will be interesting to see who can enforce their will and establish themselves in what is a very deep 145lbs division.

Fight:

Known for his solid accuracy with it comes to leg strike it was surprising to see Rackham fail to land his opening low kick and he was quickly countered with a powerful uppercut from Chula that opened up a cut under Rackham's left eye with Chula checking a retaliatory leg kick before been pushed into the clinch by Rackham. Inside the clinch both fighters engaged in an exciting exchange before briefly breaking from the position to reset the action before once again moving into the clinch multiple times throughout the round with Chula getting the better of the situation while sustaining the least damage of the two securing the nod for the first round.

Out for the second round Chula changed levels early to score a swift jab before circling away from Rackham's intent clinch attempt and using his notable reach advantage to posture down a combination of strikes that left Rackham dazed, in response Rackham summoned all of his strength to plow forward pushing Chula into the side of the cage but Chula been fantastic at striking while moving backwards managed to inflict significant damage before breaking out of the clinch and restoring his optimal range once again dominating the standup for the rest of the round.

In the third and final round Rackham seemed to know a finish would be required and stepped his game up significantly, forcing the clinch early and proceeding to land numerous shots from the inside as Chula did his best to control the situation it seemed that Rackham eventually out-swung himself into burnout and Chula ceased on the advantage landing a massive barrage that dazed and rocked Rackham sending him to the mat but Chula decided not to follow allow his opponent to stand, still unbalanced on his feet Rackham seemed to recover his senses but never really seemed to get back into the fight with Chula once again opening up the cut to his left eye and continuing to mount the pressure scoring significant strikes throughout the final minute of the fight securing his impressive decision victory.

Winner - Taran Chula by way of Unanimous Decision : Fight Rating 69%

155lbs : Adam Baranowski vs Heng Jiang

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/11/11w18.jpg vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/6/6w21.jpg

Age: 21 Age: 24

Height: 175 cm Height: 174 cm

Weight: 155 lbs Weight: 161 lbs

Record: 4-5-0 (LWLLW) Record: 9-7-0 (LLLLW)

Pre:

Heng Jiang is a name known amongst the MMA community as one of the brightest prospects at 155lbs having established his name in the Primal Fear organisation defeating tonight's co-main event title challenger Michael Kristian with a spectacular KO (Head Kick) for the Primal Fear 155lbs title at Primal 10 LW Finale on the 13th of February 2016, following a series of peaks & valleys in fortune he was once again able to secure the 155lbs Primal Fear title against Francis Ysengrin at Primal 49 on the 19th of November 2016 but would lose the title less than a month on to highly rated "Code Name Purple" Isaac Rainbow Killer seemingly putting the breaks to his upward momentum with additional losses to both Peter Redfield and Justin Riddle over the following months.

With the dissolution of Primal Fear and following a change in management team Jiang set his sights on joining the Aspire MMA roster and immediately penned a deal to fight long time Aspire veteran Adam Baranowski fresh off his recent loss to Marlo Standfield at Just Bleed 28 on the 11th of March, both men go into this fight needing to establish themselves back on a path of positive momentum if they are to see their potential realised and I expect this to be an exciting fight as a result.

Fight:

Perhaps trying to capitalize on the moment that made him a star Heng Jiang opened up with a mighty head kick that skimmed the top of Baranowski's head leaving behind a sizeable gash across his forehead before connecting with a beautiful hook to the side of his opponents head and forcing the fight into the clinch pressing Baranowski up against the cage in a brute force display of strength that seemed to surprise even Jiang himself, Baranowski sensing the danger immediately pulled guard and did his best to control the action as Jiang postured up feinting ground and pound to free his left leg to secure a more dominate position before attempting numerous submission attempts that Baranowski valiantly staved off much to the frustration of Heng Jiang.

Deciding to stand back Jiang scored with a series of strikes to the mid-section and pressed the action with a nice right hand to follow up, failing to land his trademarked head kick finish it was a brutal hook to the side of Baranowski's head that would leave his ears ringing and his body rocked as Jiang once again tried to finish the fight with a failed head kick attempt. Seeming to recover his senses Baranowski became noticeably more dangerous swinging with powerful strikes that seemed to hurt Jiang in the exchange but undeterred Heng Jiang pushed forward into the fray landing a massive uppercut that crumpled Baranowski to the floor with all in attendance sure the fight was over until Baranowski motioned to return to his feet with Heng Jiang in a state of bemusement allowing the action before following up with the finality of big right hand with a massive smile on his face as the lights went out on his victim.

Winner - Heng Jiang by way of KO (Punch) : Fight Rating 44%

Record: 11-7-0 (LWWLW) Record: 0-0-0 (-----)

Pre:

Kevin "Adrenaline" Rush the long time CEFC veteran steps into the Aspire MMA cage for the very first time tonight against blue chip prospect Marcus Ware fighting out of the Legion of Doom camp at the LOD: Better Alternative gym in Las Vegas, highly tipped for success following a string of amature boxing tournament victories and recently securing his BJJ blue belt fan's in attendance are certainly excited to see how this young fighters career unfolds.

Fight:

From the opening bell Rush displayed the agility of a cat avoiding a swift body shot but failing to move out of the danger zone was caught with a secondary strike as Marcus Wares moved into optimal striking range before feinting to the left and completing the ruse with a huge right hand that connected perfectly sending Rush tumbling backwards over himself before miraculously rolling over himself to recover his footing despite still visibly wobbly from the hand that rocked him moments prior, it was evident at this point that the strike had left Rush with a significant gash across his right eyebrow but before the referee could step in to take a look Marcus Ware swung with a massive hook that put Rush out on his feet before yelling some abuse down to his victim and walking off to celebrate with his fans.

Winner - Marcus Ware by way of KO (Punch) : Fight Rating 100%

145lbs : Carlos Francisco Modesto vs Andre Soares

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/28/28b15.jpg vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/22/22w26.jpg

Age: 22 Age: 26

Height: 166 cm Height: 174 cm

Weight: 146 lbs Weight: 155 lbs

Record: 0-0-0 (-----) Record: 10-7-0 (LLWWL)

Pre:

Making his MMA debut Carlos "Galo" Francisco had a less than impressive start to his fighting career having lost to Tom Green in the TWGC 12 division four qualifier inspite of his clear natural talent, he will be looking to turn around his fortunes if he hopes to stay part of the Aspire roster. His opponent veteran Andre Soares who's career has seen both highlights and pitfalls with his biggest historic achievement briefly capturing the 145lbs Primal Fear championship before losing it to current roster mate Isaac Hayes at Primal 33, following two recent defeats Andre will be looking to secure a positive record in his Aspire MMA debut.

Fight:

Modesto looked strong in the early goings landing a powerful counter strike hook to the body before moving into the clinch the continue his barrage of strikes that Andre's was able to swiftly counter into a single leg takedown against the cage forcing Modesto to the ground and securing a dominant position controlling the action and preventing Modesto from sweeping to improve his position but failed to stay active offensively enough to satisfy the referee and was quickly returned to the standup.

This time it would be Soares who would instigate the clinch with Modesto initially struggling to land at close range but eventually finding his groove and successfully scoring well with the judges with some well place significant strikes to the head that put Soares under pressure encouraging him to once again take the fight to the ground. This time intent on putting a finish to the fight Soares attempted to isolate an arm for a kimura but Modesto defended well ending out the round with Modesto getting the nod from the judges.

Coming out for the second round Modesto hit a nice right hand before Soares saw it coming and narrowly avoided a clinch attempt by Soares and a following takedown displaying excellent defense but was finally unable to prevent Andre Soares's rush to force him back against the cage and into the clinch striking with a definitive right hand that left Modesto rocked before Andre's lifted the 146lbs Modesto off the ground and slammed his opponent into the canvas for a stunning TKO victory.

Winner - Andre Soares by way of TKO (Slam) : Fight Rating 38%

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14375983928313.png vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/17/17w21.jpg

Age: 24 Age: 24

Height: 182 cm Height: 190 cm

Weight: 192 lbs Weight: 200 lbs

Record: 15-5-0 (WWLLW) Record: 11-1-0 (WWLWW)

Pre:

Former Helsinki Fighting League 205lbs champion Ikka Runnisto decided to make a return to 185lbs following his title loss to Jari Bull in December of 2016 and was immediately defeated by top Primal Fear contender Dawid Lewandowski by unanimous decision before going on to defeat Primal Fear's former 185lbs champion Denotay Hunter on two separate occasions cementing him in the upper echelons of the weight division and catching the eye of Aspire MMA who quickly signed him to an exclusive deal and a fight offer to challenge "Agent Orange" Reuben Kincaid fresh of his TKO (Strikes) victory over Johnny Jones at Just Bleed 29, with only a single career loss Kincaid is considered one of the top dogs at 185lbs globally and will undoubtedly be Runnisto's toughest test to date.

Fight:

Ikka comes in early attacking Kincaids front leg with a kick but it's quickly checked as Kincaid pushes forward into the clinch pushing Runnisto up against the cage doing well to avoid Runnisto's attempt to take the fight to the ground. Knowing his opponents strengths it seems Runnisto has spent time working on his clinch game in the run-up to the fight and has so far defended Kincaids offense well but it's clear Runnisto would rather be anywhere than in this clinch right now as he tries successfully to break the clinch before scoring with a thudding leg kick that setup a near takedown attempt sprawled well by Kincaid in avoidance.

As we enter the second minute of the very first round Kincaid once again enforced his desire moving the fight back into the clinch and scoring with a number of well-placed shots that seem to have opened up a nasty cut under Runnisto's left eye that seems to be causing him some concern, Runnisto sensing the danger desperately worked to take the fight to the ground pulling guard and preventing Kincaids escape as he worked for a triangle submission that Kincaid was able to pass off, drawing out the round with a clear nod for Kincaid from the judges.

Coming out for the second round Runnisto seemed more aggressive going so far as to instigate the clinch in hopes of securing a return to the mat but Kincaid managed to land some brutal strikes forcing Runnisto to withdraw from the position momentarily to reconsider his options. Coming back into the clinch it seemed this time Runnisto had no interest in trading blows with Kincaid and against the instructions screamed at him by his management seemed to continue to try for the takedown above all else as Kincaid continued to reign down punishment with every attempt with "Agent Orange" closing out the round in dominant fashion and Runnisto visibly drained as a result.

Follow a third round that had near perfect symmetry with the second it was clear that Runnisto's main issue was the inability to ever really able to adapt his faltering game plan with only a submission victory presumably in the cards, it was then Kincaid's ability to inflict consistent damage to his opponent that would eventually secure his victory.

Winner - Reuben Kincaid by way of Unanimous Decision : Fight Rating 46%

170lbs : Dum Debble vs Andy Fitzgerald

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/1/1w21.jpg vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/39/39b3.jpg

Age: 22 Age: 30

Height: 181 cm Height: 183 cm

Weight: 175 lbs Weight: 184 lbs

Record: 7-2-1 (LWDWW) Record: 16-5-0 (LWWLW)

Pre:

Following his loss of the Aspire 170lbs championship to Ramon Gracie at Just Bleed 30 on the 25th of March 2017 Dum Debble will be keen on returning to form with a decisive victory over his opponent tonight as he begins his climb back towards the gold, known to be one of the most consistently dangerous fighters on the roster many feel Debble may once again rise to become champion if he can run the gauntlet of would-be usurpers. Hailing from St. Lucia and fighting out of the Steel Penn Alliance former Revolution XC 185lbs champion Andy Fitzgerald made the drop top 170lbs following his title loss to Don Julio Cesar Chavez at the 6th ICON Fight Night and went on to be victorious on two occasions before losing a majority decision to Marty Robbins at ICON Fight Night 12, still considered to be one of the most popular fighters at either weight class Fitzgerald eager to return to the cage jumped at the chance to fight the great Dum Debble on his Aspire MMA debut stating "the path to the title run's through Debble and I'm coming like a monster truck".

Fight:

A crisp jab from Debble opens the round with Fitzgerald moving his head just right to avoid the follow-up, scoring with a lovely overhand right and then tucking in a stiff jab to the ribs Debble showed the desire of a champion as he accurately decimated his opponent both inside and outside the clinch. Fitzgerald perhaps hoping to knock his opponent out early seemed to geared towards wild power shots but Debble remained evasive moving in and out with lightning speed to strike scoring well with the judges in the first round.

Continuing to win the standup battle in the second round Debble secured most of his critical strikes via counter punch allowing Fitzgerald to move forward as he struck hard in retreat, Fitzgerald wanting to stall his faster opponent continued to try and press the clinch unsuccessfully into the second minute until finally he was able to put his significant weight and strength advantage to to use pushing Debbles head against the side of the cage and unloading with a peppering of shots that seemed to fail to land, in response Debble turned into his opponent and unleashed a torrent of strikes that lifted the live audience to its feet capping off the motion with a monstrous strike that rocked Fitzgerald but it was the veterans excellent striking defense and natural recovery that allowed him to weather the storm closing out the round once again for Dum Debble.

Straight out for the third round Debble looked to pick-up where he left off cracking Fitzgerald with a swift hook to the jaw before scoring with a massive uppercut that bounced Fitzgerald off the side of the cage and back into range allowing Debble to dip to his left and and hit Fitzgerald with another thunderous uppercut that would of put the lights out on most men but Fitzgerald began to counter with his solid right hand trying to buy a few seconds to reset his fortunes, as the fight entered the second minute with the crowd on it's feet loving the action Debble landed yet another breathtaking uppercut sending Fitzgerald crashing to the mat as the referee stepped in preventing Dubble's swarm of offense.

Winner - Dum Debble by way of TKO (Strikes) : Fight Rating 100%

185lbs : Vova Klimov vs Dawid Lewandowski

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14508718173330.png vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14540208712630.png

Age: 25 Age: 23

Height: 181 cm Height: 188 cm

Weight: 195 lbs Weight: 195 lbs

Record: 13-6-0 (LLWLW) Record: 11-3-0 (LWLWL)

Pre:

Former long time Hardcore Fighting Championship 185lbs title holder Vova Klimov debuted at Just Bleed 32 in a losing effort to the Aspire 185lbs champion Casper Timmermans via KO (Punches) in the opening seconds of the second round, not the debut Vova had envisioned for himself he went back to the drawing board and evaluated his entire game going so far as to hire a personal nutritionist and relocating himself back to his childhood boxing academy in Omsk to get himself back into the shape that made him one of the most feared men in the weight division in years gone by, his opponent elite level boxer Dawid Lewandowski coming off his 185lbs super fight loss to undefeated former world-star Edgy Brah on the 3rd of March 2017 will be looking to make an instant impact at Vova Klimov's expense and has all the tools to get the job done, everything is on the table in this one folks, expect fireworks.

Fight:

Klimov wastes no time moving in to strike Lewandowski but fails to land receiving a big uppercut for his trouble that seemed to wobble him early on, Lewandowski seemingly the more aggressive fighter follows up with another massive uppercut that looked to end the fight early as Klimov continued to look shaky as Lewandowski cracks him directly in the nose and follows up with a nasty sounding kick that connected leaving a visible whelp down the inside leg before darting in for clinch up.

Lewandowski continued applying pressure to Kilmov landing numerous significant strikes from the clinch position until finally seeming to have recovered his senses from the earlier exchange, Klimov broke free and looked to establish himself with a big left hand that failed to land before been countered swiftly with a right jab as Lewandowski slipped the incoming strike and proceeded to return the fight to the clinch momentarily before ducking under an overhand right from Klimov. Not deterred Klimov followed up with a solid combination that dropped the confident Lewandowski to the ground with Klimov quick to follow to the ground and establish side control.

Struggling to control his opponent on the ground Klimov was frustrated when the referee opted to stand both fighters back up but with renewed vigor he pressed his attack landing a nice hook followed up by a monster uppercut that sent Lewandowski recoiling into retreat, wanting to slow the pace of the onslaught Lewandowski managed to score a nice shot that snapped his opponent's head back as Klimov's hands dropped dangerously low exhausted from the action so far, Lewandowski continued to assault Klimov's inside legs reducing his mobility.

As both men continued to trade blows in equal portion in the dying seconds of the very first round it was Klimov once again landing a big right counter to the button that would see Lewandowski dropped rocked as the clock ran out on the first round with the judges giving the nod to Vova Klimov.

Coming out for the second round Kilmov failed to land with his opening melee leaving Lewandowski to counter with a hard right that had the live audience on it's feet knowing any strike from either fighter could lead to a finish the excitement in the building is intangible as both men continued to trade into the second minute of the round when Lewandowski pushed the fight into the clinch and proceeded to work over Klimov's mid-section inflicting critical strikes that got the attention of the judges as Klimov tried repeatedly to break free of Lewandowski's control of the clinch, finally successful he was rewarded for his struggle only briefly as Lewandowski landed a mighty head kick that left Klimov stumbling backwards leading to an exchange Lewandowski's seemed to get the better of securing the judges approval for the round.

In the third and final round the intensity of the early rounds seemed to have waned somewhat leaving both fighters confident of having secured a round each in the eyes of the judges and intent on grinding out the decision on account of their depleted energy reserves, scoring points whenever possible while trying to avoid as much incoming damage as possible it was Lewandowski who managed to edge out what is surely a very close victory indeed. What a fantastic fight.

Winner - Dawid Lewandowski by way of Unanimous Decision : Fight Rating 79%

205lbs : Rich Piana vs Valentin Skovgaard

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/24/24b13.jpg vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/13/13w17.jpg

Age: 30 Age: 23

Height: 192 cm Height: 187 cm

Weight: 204 lbs Weight: 210 lbs

Record: 21-5-0 (WWLLL) Record: 10-2-0 (WWWLW)

Pre:

Top prospect Valentin Skovgaard looked great in his Aspire MMA debut KO (Punch) victory over Peter Solberg at Just Bleed 31 on the 1st of April 2017 and now turn's his attention to popular veteran journeyman Rich "Black Snake" Pina with hopes that a big name victory may catapult him up the Aspire rankings and position him for a fight with one of the 185lbs division's top contenders. Before any of that can happen however he must defeat a very real threat in terms of Rich Piana who made a name for himself during the Season 5 Island season with a string of dominating KO & TKO victories that left many expecting him to break out as a global superstar following his StrikeForce Union title win against Purple Aki on the 16th of November 2017 but two subsequent losses to the current SFU 185lbs champion Akoni Gray and former Revolution XC champion Ukko Metso have stalled his momentum of late, looking at Skovgaard as the right opponent to prove he still has what it takes to contend with the best 185lbs fighters it's expected he will leave everything in the cage for this one.

Fight:

A crisp counter jab from Skovgaard lands nicely as Piana attempts to land a number of well-defended shots seemingly lining up a big right hand with hopes of ending this one early, Skovgaard known for his world-class striking defense refused to allow Piana to land scoring a stiff counter to his opponents ribs and lighting up Piana with a vicious body kick that seemed to take the gusto out of Piana's night leaving him looking frustrated as Skovgaard continued to counter his every movement with a critical strike of his own.

Buckling Pianas knee with a monstrous kick Skovgaard fainted a shot to the head and dipped low to bury his fist into Piana's bread basket before loading up a big right hand that sent Piana crashing to the mat, Skovgaard knowing his strengths waved his opponent back to his feet before again landing a brutal strike that this time opened up Piana before mercifully bringing an end to the bout with a tremendous uppercut from hell that left Piana unconscious before he hit the ground.

Winner - Valentin Skovgaard by way of KO (Punch) : Fight Rating 77%

155lbs : Royal Pain vs Justin Midget

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/30/30w30.jpg vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/20/20b9.jpg

Age: 23 Age: 30

Height: 181 cm Height: 160 cm

Weight: 166 lbs Weight: 160 lbs

Record: 14-8-0 (LLLWL) Record: 12-5-0 (LLWLL)

Pre:

As 2016 came to a close Justin Midget faced off against David Dickinson in what is the highest attendance any event the then Just Bleed organisation has ever had setting the record that exists to this day of 18,042 at the 20,000 seat H20 Arena in London in the main event following his debut at the time as the reigning Pulse Fighting Championship 155lbs champion, considered a major coupe at the time Justin Midget went on to hold a record of 1-4-0 within the now Aspire MMA organisation with many left wondering what has gone wrong to see this once bright star fizzle into the lower tier of the division, determined to light the world back on fire Justin Midget steps into the cage with also floundering yet once great fighter Royal Pain "In the Ass" who is coming off three straight loss's following his Revolution XC 155lbs title reign in what feels like a must-win situation for both fighters if they wish to reboot their fortunes and get back to the highlights of the main event scene.

Fight:

Out of the gate Pain made his intentions clear rushing Midget up against the cage and scoring a repeated quick uppercuts from the inside before landing a short sharp shot to the inside that snapped Midget's head backwards, sensing the danger Midget turned his hips and landed a well-timed judo throw into side control and proceeded to look for an americana submission attempt by isolating Pain's arm but was unable to stop Pain sweeping into the top position employing his world-class BJJ skills to his advantage.

As both men attempted several submission attempts rolling for control of the dominant position it was not long before Pain managed to secure a kimuara locking it in firmly and putting Midget in real trouble but Pain knowing this was his moment cinched the hold in tight leading Midget to scream in pain as he tapped out.

Winner - Royal Pain by way of Submission (Kimura) : Fight Rating 46%

145lbs : Ramon Escobar Chavez vs Xi Lim

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14648221943857.png vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/34/34b9.jpg

Age: 23 Age: 23

Height: 179 cm Height: 175 cm

Weight: 155 lbs Weight: 158 lbs

Record: 4-1-1 (WWWWL) Record: 6-1-1 (WWWDW)

Pre:

Only two blemishes exist on the record of Xi Lim a triangle submission loss to Julio Galvao at DFC 12 back in July of 2016 and a draw with Ramon Escobar Chavez at the ICON Fight Night 7 in December of 2016, eager to put to rest critics of his first round performance in the fight failing to secure the nod from all three judges leading to the decision Xi Lim will seek to bring about a decisive finish on his Aspire MMA debut. Similarly Ramon suffering a first round armbar submission loss to Leonardon Garcia in an amateur QFC bout before proceeding to pick up a KO (Punches) victory over Freddy Kruger at the LKO International in October 2016 it was his outstanding draw with Xi Lim that has haunted "The Don" ever since, going on to three consecutive victory's since he was quick to accept a chance at redemption.

Fight:

Escobar counters with a lovely straight right hand that put's Xi Lim on notice, Lim returns fire with a nice inside leg kick before moving back out of range of his opponent forcing Escobar to give chase to close down the distance instigating the clinch, looking to exploit the situation to his advantage Xi Lim seemed content to allow Escobar to tire himself out in the early stages with Escobar hard pressed to land against Xi Lim's incomparable defense in the early goings.

Finally landing a big right hand followed up by a nice body shot the fans in attendance gave it up for both fighters who had really started to step up the action as Xi Lim looked to land a massive uppercut that left Escobar wondering where he was momentary as his head jolted backwards, quick to press the attack Xi Lim unloaded aggressively strike after strike punishing Escobar for his early success in the round and leaving no doubt in the eyes of the judges that Xi Lim had secured the round.

In the proceeding rounds a similar story played out with Escobar looking strong early into the rounds but eventually succumbing to the consistent pressure applied by Revolution XC's 145lbs champion Xi Lim, unfortunately the fight never looked like it would end in a finish with Xi Lim content to display a full range of his talents during the exhibition relishing the opportunity to prove to the world that he had deserved the victory in the fighters first encounter back in 2016, ultimately securing the decision from the judges in vindication.

Winner - Xi Lim by way of Unanimous Decision : Fight Rating 80%

185lbs : Aksel Stenger vs Johnny Jones

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14541903267071.png vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14835738108864.png

Age: 23 Age: 24

Height: 186 cm Height: 195 cm

Weight: 196 lbs Weight: 203 lbs

Record: 7-3-0 (LWLLW) Record: 8-6-0 (LWWLL)

Pre:

Aksel Stenger is one of the names most associated with the Just Bleed franchise providing some of the most spectacular finishes of the promotion during it's initial run leading to an epic title fight loss against current 185lbs champion Casper Timmermans in December of 2016, since then an RNC submission loss to Kimbo Spice put the breaks to Stenger's title aspirations before picking up a third round KO (Punch) victory over Fudd Packer at Just Bleed Black Friday in January 2017, a recent decision loss to Kiovani Aro at Just Bleed 27 once again seemed to stall Stengers long awaited return to the main event scene when a chance hostile encounter with Johnny Jones at an Aspire Magazine press event in New York went awry when Jones mistook his girlfriend for Stenger's and accidently groped her backside much to the dismay of Stenger who immediately lunged at Jones leaving him requiring stitches before the melee was broken up, looking to capitalise on the media interest in the two men Aspire MMA was quick to book this fight for the inaugural University Park card.

Fight:

Straight in with a takedown Stenger failed to get his man as Jones moved swiftly to the side of the attempt but failed to land a counter in response as Stenger changed levels and once again proceeded to shoot in for a takedown attempt that again Jones was able to side step with both men failing to land any significant shots during the opening minute of the bout.

Again trying to secure a takedown Stenger was hit by a solid counter combination that got the attention of the crowd in attendance but a miss-placed low kick managed to catch Stenger in the gentile area bringing the action to a standstill while he recovered.

Touching gloves to resume the action Stenger feinted an overhand right and moved to attempt once again a shoot takedown but found himself on the end of a massive head kick that half landed, determined to take the fight to the ground Stenger managed to catch Jones on his heels securing a double-leg but Jones displayed amazing reflexes and managed to pop right back up clearly frustrating Stenger who had spent the entire fight trying to secure the takedown.

Seeming to abandon his game plan Stenger forced the fight into the clinch and begun to trade openly with Jones late into the fourth minute of the bout until finally, Jones managed to connect with a stiff shot that rocked Stenger before following up with a big right hand that dropped his opponent to the ground securing the victory.

Winner - Johnny Jones by way of TKO (Strikes) : Fight Rating 45%

185lbs : Jakub Chlapik vs Ken Womack

Height: 196 cm Height: 178 cm

Weight: 192 lbs Weight: 182 lbs

Record: 2-4-0 (LWWLL) Record: 6-4-0 (LLWWW)

Pre:

Picking up his second loss to Silent Bob via TKO (Head Kick) at Just Bleed 28 left Jakub Chlapik questioning his once promising future in the great sport of MMA as he returned to his hometown of Havírov in the Czech Republic to consider his options he was greeted as a local hero having been the first resident of the small town to ever appear on television, seeing the positive effect this had on the youth of his community who had started on mass to attend his MMA classes at the local school hall he decided to once again return to the cage and ensure his talents did not go to waste. His opponent the german native Ken "The Situation" Womack not only has a proven KO power that makes him an ever-present danger inside the cage but an NCAA level wrestling background having been part of the famed East Los Angeles College wrestling team as a standout international exchange student.

Fight:

Getting cut early into the fight Ken Womack looked defensive as Jakub Chlapik did his best to inflict grievous damage upon his opponent but never looked like taking the round with a cut of his own late into the third minute of the first round left him unable to see from his right eye due to the flow of blood.

Working hard to clear the wound in the intermission Jakub managed to have a wildly successful second round securing a takedown early in the round and applying pressure to Womack for the remainder of the round securing the nod from the judges in attendance.

Coming out somewhat more aggressively for the third and final round Womack understood he had to win this round to secure the fight and did so in impressive fashion as Chalpik struggled to return the fight to his comfort zone on the ground. Following the fight Womack announced his retirement from the sport stating "Even tho I won, I just don't think this is for me anymore".

Winner - Ken Womack by way of Unanimous Decision : Fight Rating 58%

155lbs : Miles North vs Reno Rawlings

Pre:

Both Miles North and Reno Rawlings are riding some momentum following TKO victories over Cenk John and Glen Taylor respectively, with Miles "With Stylez" North hailing from Sydney Australia it is expected a large contingent of nationals will be attending the fighter in what is seen as a major chance for the promotion to attract new fan's from down under should he be successful tonight, Romanian Reno "Dracul" Rawlings from Transylvania is dead set on sucking the life out of that prospect with his elite level wrestling and BJJ black belt on hand to support his world-class striking ability, this one looks set to be a cracker!

Fight:

Rawlings opens up with a one-two combination and Miles retaliates with a solid leg kick that impacted the shin of Rawlings, swooping in for a successful takedown into half guard Rawlings wasted no time in connecting with North's forehead with a stiff elbow as North looked to improve his precarious position securing a hook on one of Rawlings legs and wiggling himself into a controlling position as Rawlings lands a thunderous shot that echoed around the arena to the gasps of the audience in attendance.

Frustration clear on Rawlings face as North is able to transition smoothly to the top position, proceeding to gain full mount North landed some significant ground and pound before grasping at Rawling's left arm looking to isolate the limb for a submission attempt that Rawlings managed to narrowly avoid. Continuing to unload shots from the mount it was not long before Rawlings hit with a hammer fist reigned down from a postured position found himself rocked and in all sorts of trouble, North unable to fully capitalise on his success as Rawlings dug down deep to weather the storm as the round came to a close.

Coming out for the second round North checked his striking range with a couple of well-placed leg kicks but was quickly countered by Rawlings's exceptional takedown abilities directly into half guard, North wasted no time in seeking a guillotine but was unsuccessful as Rawlings took advantage of his dominant position to reign down some hammer fists of his own inflicting critical damage to North who scrambled to improve his position.

Late into the fourth minute of the second round it was Rawlings looking to pass to full mount made the fatal mistake of leaving his head exposed and North wasted no time in locking up another guillotine attempt this time cracking it in and securing the tap out.

Winner - Miles North by way of Submission (Guillotine) : Fight Rating 49%

Height: 180 cm Height: 183 cm

Weight: 200 lbs Weight: 190 lbs

Record: 5-4-0 (LWWLW) Record: 6-3-0 (LWLWW)

Pre:

Failing to secure victory on his Aspire MMA debut Harry Duncan will know a loss to George "1984" Orwell could spell the end of his current run with the company and as such will be looking to make the most of every second in the cage, his opponent now 3-2-0 inside an Aspire MMA cage has the ability to TKO an opponent with his punches, kicks and knees and a desire to put them skills to good use, George is one of the most consistent performers in the organisation and somewhat a fan favourite despite his recent loss to Holy Angel at Just Bleed 28.

Fight:

Things quickly went from bad to worse for Harry Duncan as Orwell pushed him up against the cage and proceeded to open him up above the right cheek bone and unleashed a three round domination that left state athletic commissions wondering how this fight was ever approved, a complete and utter one-sided decimation that left few people in attendance impressed with the offering a statement following the show seemed to indicate that Aspire MMA accepted the bout was less than competitive and would be the last time a bout of this level would be sanctioned going forward with both men given their contractual release from the organisation following the decision victory for George Orwell.

Winner - George Orwell by way of Unanimous Decision : Fight Rating 77%

155lbs: Bonerz McGee vs George Nassar

Age: 25 Age: 23

Height: 175 cm Height: 175 cm

Weight: 165 lbs Weight: 165 lbs

Record: 11-2-0 (WWWWW) Record: 9-2-0 (WWWLW)

Pre:

Earning his shot at the title defeating top contender Rodney Smith at Just Bleed 31 in spectacular fashion, George Nassar has a date with destiny facing off against dominate champion Bonerz McGee who has already vanquished the likes of Vinicius Costa, Fujii Yusuke and the great Billy Bolek showing no sign of weakness since his 2015 amateur level decision loss against Felipe Cirkunov at the QFC and his QFC debut loss via triangle choke against Michael Bizping, it is said McGee is considered untouchable by his peers and is heavily tipped to win this year's Fighters Fighter award at the 2017 Aspire Hall of Fame event scheduled for the end of the summer, can Nassar bring about a halt to McGee's meteoric rise?

Fight:

A lovely jab lands for McGee connecting straight through the gap between Nassar's hand with the finite precision we have come to know the champion for, Nassar instantly responds with a stiff jab that lands right on the kisser, he will be glad he had his mouth guard in for that one! McGee moving out of range of Nassar's strikes looking to size up a leg kick in rebuttal but thinks better of it landing another jab instead before side stepping an ugly left hook launched by Nassar that McGee was able to comfortably counter with a takedown into side control spelling trouble for the challenger.

Not wanting to be grounded Nassar used his impressive physical strength to discard McGee and immediately escape to his feet much to the appreciation of the fans who really want to see these men trade blows, following a failed combination attempt by Nassar it looked like McGee just missed his opponents gentle region with a swift kick to the inside leg that looked like it hurt as McGee looked to push the fight into the clinch, instinctively in counter Nassar hit a three punch combination that left McGee backing up nodding in acknowledge of the blow.

McGee momentarily dropped his hands and took a jab to the jaw that seemed to switch the lights back on for the champion who launched a vicious combination bouncing Nassar's head from left to right three times rocking the challenger as McGee moved closer cracking Nassar with a massive right hand that left Nassar frozen momentarily in time before tumbling to the canvas out cold, a brutal knockout by the champion as his team stormed the cage and lifted him above their shoulders in triumph.

185lbs: Casper Timmermans vs Harry Winston

Age: 23 Age: 24

Height: 187 cm Height: 178 cm

Weight: 187 lbs Weight: 200 lbs

Record: 7-0-0 (WWWWW) Record: 11-5-0 (WWLLW)

Pre:

Champion Casper Timmermans with four successful title defenses since winning the belt from Aksel Stenger back in December of 2016 has gone on to become one of the most popular fighters in the organisation as a result of his exciting fighting style and movie star levels of charisma in his post-fight interviews, as a result CEO Adam Holland was keen for Casper to be a focal part of outside media appearances in particular part of the promotional tour for the launch of the Aspire Clothing and Aspire Nutrition brands over the last few months to much success in the mainstream media opening Casper to offers from Hollyweird Studios to star in the upcoming film "The Beetle King" set in ancient Egypt and due to be released in the summer of 2018.

Questioning Casper's commitment to the sport during a call-in session of the MMATycoon Podcast it was Harry Winston letting it be known he was all about the fight-game as he called out the champion live on air, quick to respond to the challenge Casper immediately left the set of his upcoming blockbuster to return to camp with many of his later scenes having to be rendered by CGI actors much to the displeasure of the Hollyweird Studio.

Fight:

Immediately stuffing Winston's opening gambit takedown attempt Timmermans showed his extraordinary takedown defense skills before following up with solid head kick and pressed his attack with a huge combination that knocked and rocked Winston in the opening seconds of the bout, Timmermans waving Winston to his feet took a shot to the head for his trouble and is quickly takendown by the unpredictable Winston who pushed through with all his desire and set about landing some stiff ground and pound to the champion who looked without success to sweep a reversal into the mix.

Posturing up and throwing some big shots at Timmerman's body and head with sharp elbows reigned down to maximum effect it was Timmermans's heart and striking defence put on display as he worked in survival mode to outlast on te onslaught until an eventual referee standup following a period of positional control up against the cage. Leading with a nice jab to the head Timmermans threw himself off balance with a badly placed body kick that allowed Winston to once again return the fight to the ground and confident of his early success in the round was happy to sit in control until the final seconds of the round when Timmermans successfully used Winstons own momentum following a failed elbow strike to reverse into the top position.

Shooting for a takedown from the opening seconds of the second round Winston was easily deflected by Timmermans who saw the action coming a mile away and successfully landed a nice uppercut that made Winston think twice before following up with a glancing blow to the side of his opponents head and connecting with a thudding kick to Winston's hip, wanting to remove the pressure Winston once again looked to shoot in low and secured a takedown into side control setting in with a nasty elbow strike to Timmermans temple and scoring repeated ground and pound strikes to the downed champion from the side control position.

Timmermans continued to try and improve his position securing wrist control but Winston continued to apply pressure throughout the round as Timmermans looked to escape back to his feet, struggling to get any satisfaction on the ground a frustrated Timmermans maneuvered in such a way to allow Winston to try for a Kimura but Timmermans displayed his world class BJJ and swept directly into the top position as a result once again closing the round out from the top despite been behind on the judges score card.

Coming out for the third round Winston once again closed the distance and secured a trip takedown into his opponents guard and set about repeatedly his previous ground and pound mauling of the champion lacing Timmermans with stiff shot after stiff show working sharp elbows into the mix and really doing significant amounts of damage that had the referee concerned on more than one occasion with Timmermans battling for his life and title trying to advance his positioning as Winston display superior wrestling acumen in the face of the struggle.

Winston swinging a mighty punch to the side of Timmermans skull clearly rocking the champion looked to capitalise on the situation attempting to improve his position to full mount but Timmermans defended well and once again used his opponent's forward momentum to roll with the manoeuvre into the top position however Winston ready for this managed to pop his hips in such a way to break free and attempt a well-defended triangle submission but quickly adapted securing and hyper-extending Timmermans arm forcing the champion to tap out.

Pre:

StrikeForce Union 185lbs Champion Bjarni Agnarsson fresh of his KO (Punch) victory against Bubba Kush at SFU #53 looked to Aspire MMA to take the next step in his MMA journey, eager to showcase his skills he quickly accepted a bout against Revolution XC top contender Spank "The Crack Addict" Crank in a fight expected to produce a main-event caliber contender to potentially enter the mix at the upper echelons of 185lbs. Spank Crank with only a single career loss to Lucas Luciano via Armbar during his amateur QFC bouts holds a record of 10-1-0 with the majority of his fights ending in his opponent checking into the hospital, this exciting prospect from Barbados looks to light the world on fire with his exciting brand of ground and pound and explosive takedown ability.

Fight:

Hitting hard from the opening bell Spank landed a good right hand that stumbled Agnarsson who moved to circle out of range and recompose himself, moving back in at his pace to land an overhand right but failing to follow-up with a hook to the body as Crank landed a stiff counter right hand and the two men began to trade shot for shot in the middle of the canvas with Crank working over the body and Agnarsson returning fire with every impacted shot until Crank pushed the fight into the clinch and managed to transition into a successful takedown attempt.

Stalling the action with the occasion well-defended strike from the top Crank was warned repeatedly by the referee to press the attack before been briefly stood up and returning to trading with his opponent before once again securing a takedown into side control closing out the round with a nod from the judges for his efforts.

Crank landing a beautiful hook before dipping to his left and scoring a nasty looking uppercut moved quickly to return to the clinch as Agnarsson loaded up numerous body shots with varied success, dropping to his knee looking to force the takedown Crank was unsuccessful as Agnarsson as well placed underhooks preventing the movement before breaking out of the clinch and landing a strike that appeared to cut Crank down the side of his face, enraged by the bloodlust Crank landed a monstrous overhand right and dived deep to secure a takedown but Agnarsson was able to sweep to the top position and managed despite a struggle to maintain control until the end of the round.

Agnarsson valiantly attempting to keep the fight standing in this third and final round landed a number of significant strikes from the outside but Crank was once again able to get his man and secure a takedown into side control, landing heavy shots with his fists and elbows from the top position Crank was able to inflict significant damage to his grounded opponent while controlling the position with his superior BJJ despite Agnarssons repeated attempts to improve upon his position it was Crank who truly got the better of this round securing the fight by unanimous decision.

155lbs: Rodney Smith vs Alexei Chernokov

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/15/15b18.jpg vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14410537814252.png

Age: 24 Age: 24

Height: 173 cm Height: 174 cm

Weight: 147 lbs Weight: 159 lbs

Record: 15-3-0 (LWWLW) Record: 11-6-0 (LWWWL)

Pre:

Failing to secure victory against George Nassar at Just Bleed 31 lead former two-time StrikeForce Union 155lbs champion Rodney Smith down a path away from tonight's main event title shot against champion Casper Timmermans and directly into the sights of tonight's debuting challenger Alexei Chernokov who looks to use Rodney Smith as a stepping stone up the rankings towards his own run at the gold.

Fight:

Smith scores with a nice strike but fails to secure a takedown attempt as Chernokov counters with a lovely straight right that made Smith think twice about his positioning, Smith is warned by the referee for an open hand slap before connecting with a straight left down the middle as the fighters moved in close for an exciting trade of strikes that Smith seemed to be getting the best of in the early goings. Forcing his opponent to the edge of the cage and into the clinch Smith pressed his attack landing sharp shot to inside head putting Chernokov on the backfoot.

Chernokov clasping his hands together around Smiths back managed to score a mighty takedown into side control and quickly followed up with an unsuccessful kimura attempt before looking to improve his position to try again, Smith doing an excellent job of defending himself looking to reverse his position by rolling into Chernokov's movements and attempting a submission of his own but Chernokov postured upwards and began to pepper Smith with a number of major strikes to the head that left Smith rocked as Chernokov cut off his air supply smoothing himself against a now defenseless Smith lifting only to reign down additional elbows that finally put Smith out for the count.

Winner - Alexei Chernokov by way of TKO (Strikes) : Fight Rating 44%

145lbs : Takeshi Hashimoto vs Don Gotti

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/33/33w3.jpg vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14829508804499.png

Age: 24 Age: 23

Height: 158 cm Height: 175 cm

Weight: 142 lbs Weight: 152 lbs

Record: 7-3-0 (WWWLW) Record: 8-3-1 (WLLDW)

Pre:

Coming off of three straight win's world-class wrestler Takeshi Hashimoto has looked sensational of late but debuting Don Gotti fresh of his Guillotine submission victory over Arjan Kush at Revolution XC 18 feel's he has the tools to put a stop to Hashimoto's momentum with 7 submissions victories to his name and a BJJ black belt the Bronx native looks to make a great first impression as he steps foot into the Aspire MMA cage for the very first time.

Fight:

Gotti failing to land a lackluster uppercut gets takendown by Hashimotto directly into his guard, Hashimotto looking to control the situation as Gotti pulled his opponent in close and looked to throw his legs up to secure a triangle unsuccessfully as Hashimoto continued to act defensively as Gotti persisted with his submission attempts, at this point Hashimotto looked like he wanted to stand back up but Gotti did not allow it locking the position in to audible disgruntlement by crowd, Hasimotto improved his position by switching to side control as the referee warned both fighters the lack of action would lead to a standup it looked like things were about to pick-up pace as Hasimoto briefly secured full mount before been thrown aside by Gotti with both fighters jocking for position for the remainder of the round with little to no offense much to the dismay of the audience.

Following a brief period of failed strikes by both fighters Gotti closed the distance and secured a double leg slamming Hashimoto to the canvas and landing into full guard and looking to secure a heel hook but Hashimoto was able to use the opportunity to dive into the top position, not deterred Gotii continued to look for various submission attempts as Hashimoto continued to defend well but again failed to act offensively forcing the referee to stand both fighters up, Gotti cracked Hashimoto with a huge right hand to the side of Hashimoto's head that seemed to hurt but failed to follow-up with an off-balance right hand that Hashimoto countered with a double leg closing out the round ontop but it was Gotti who would get the nod from the judges this time.

Coming out for the third and final round Hashimoto yet again secured a double leg takedown followed a failed left hand by Gotti, the story of this round as it had been in the previous was one of Hashimoto controlling the action down the stand still and Gotti failing to secure the positioning he required to enact a successful submission leading to a comfortable yet less than entertaining decision victory for Takeshi Hashimoto.

Winner - Takeshi Hashimoto by way of Unanimous Decision : Fight Rating 28%

145lbs : Tyrone The Crack Head vs Tobias Marshall

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/1/1b12.jpg vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/16/16w18.jpg

Age: 24 Age: 30

Height: 150 cm Height: 170 cm

Weight: 140 lbs Weight: 139 lbs

Record: 12-7-0 (LWLWW) Record: 13-7-0 (LWLWL)

Pre:

Long time roster member Tyrone The Crack Head will look to put his recent loss to Kuroda Atsushii behind him and focus on getting back to winning ways when he takes on Revolution XC mainstay Tobias Marshall six years his senior, the veteran Marshall is known for his sensational boxing and exceptional wrestling base but his most dangerous asset is his ability to finish fights with his big right hand as opposed to Tyrone's decision grinding "tough it out" style, it will be interesting to see if experience win's over youth when these two fighters collide.

Fight:

Peppering his opponent with strikes from the get-go Marshall was able to leave Tyrone's nose bloody following a stiff jab on the button that seemed to really bother Tyrone early on, forcing his opponent up against the cage Tyrone managed to land a series of nasty looking knees to the body using his notable Muay Thai skills to his advantage as Marshall looked to defend the early storm until finally opting to break-free of the position and finding a more comfortable striking range, with numerous significant strikes landing in the favour of Marshall as Tyrone focused on closing down his opponent to reinstigate the clinch where he had been successful earlier in the fight, it was Marshall who seemed to be getting the better of the regular standup exchanges until early in the second minute when Tyrone threw a surprising head kick that Marshall was only partially able to block leaving a cheek wound that opened him up putting a brief break to his momentum.

Ceasing on this opportunity Tyrone successfully landed a number of combination strikes and sized Marshall up for another major head kick but was unable to make the most of the opportunity as Marshall stayed in tight and defended well as he tried to recover, incensed by this Tyrone rushed his opponent back up against the cage forcing the clinch but Marshall was able to quickly escape and having recovered his senses went to work on Tyrone's body picking up enough key strikes to secure the nod from the judges closing out the round.

Wasting no time at all Tyrone forced the clinch within seconds of the start of the second round closing the distance with firey intensity and attempting to utilise his destructive knees to lay waste to his opponent, hearing the call from his corner to break the clinch Marshall obliged moving out to his optimal range and doing his best to avoid Tyrone's flurry of low kicks. Shuffling to his left Marshall landed two crisp jabs before repositioning himself and landing a stinging right hand-left hook combination that stalled Tyrone. Marshall fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Tyrone to his knees before following him to the ground and pummeling his downed opponent who was forced to tap out due strikes.

Winner - Tobias Marshall by way of Submission (Strikes) : Fight Rating 65%

Record: 6-4-0 (WWWLL) Record: 11-3-0 (WWWWW)

Pre:

Hyped on the amateur circuit as the "next big thing at 205lbs" Julian Drotski makes his Aspire MMA debut against popular Allen Boes who has been with the promotion since its second ever show conducting himself in exciting fashion handing out KO finishes to almost all of his opponents henceforth, Julian having started his MMA career later in life will have to dig deep to pull a win out of the bag in this one as seasoned Boes is not known for his mercy in the cage.

Fight:

The bell rings and we are underway with Boes quick to strike out Drotski displayed excellent agility avoiding a stiff shot to the body but took significant damage from a follow-up jab that Boes used to zone-in on his optimal range leaving Drotski cut above his right eye, coming in for another Strike Boes missed another shot to the body leaving himself open to a lovely straight right hand counter by Drotski that left a nasty looking wound across Boes forehead and seemed to send Boes into a fit of rage landing a monstrous uppercut that bounced Drotski off the cage and back into striking distance.

Following up with a thunderous hook to the right temple dropping Drotski to the canvas, deciding not to follow his opponent Boes took a step back and allowed the stunned Drotski to return to his feet before continuing to stalk down his opponent who by now was trying to counter with stiff rights of his own to no avail while breathing heavily following the mighty strike that had floored him, sensing the end was near Boes flashed into range with lighting speed and landed an almighty beast of a right hand straight down the pipe that left Drotski's eyes rolling back into his skull as he crumpled to the floor out for the count.

Weight: 142 lbs Weight: 145 lbs

Record: 8-5-0 (LWLWW) Record: 5-4-0 (WLLWL)

Pre:

Known primarily for his exemplary submission skills Albert DeSalvo's exciting Kimura victory over Santana Blaze at the first Just Bleed event back in September 2016 made him a local hero and propelled him to his eventual Kimura victory over Vassily Solomin for the Aspire 145lbs title at Just Bleed 7 culminating in his decision loss to Takeshi Hasimoto and subsequent decision loss to Tyrone The Crack head leading this once rising star into a difficult period, once again vanquishing Vassily Solomin this time via Anaconda Choke many hoped DeSalvo would soon be back in the title picture but back to back decision loss's against Hoss Moody and Mads Nordskov put a halt to that, stood at a crossroads in his career DeSalvo will have to dig deep to return to form against tonight's veteran journeyman challenger Maurice "Black" Smith who boasts impressive Muay Thai skills and a history of brutal head kicks DeSalvo would be wise to watch out for.

Fight:

Smith starts things off with a failed head kick attempt that DeSalvo waists no time in countering with a stiff takedown, pressing down on his opponents thigh DeSalvo looked to pass guard but smith defended well forcing DeSalvo to change his gameplan and drop back securing a tight grip of Smith's leg but instinctively Smith rolled with the attempt and managed to kick free before DeSalvo once again pounced back into Smith's guard in an exciting display of ground action, once again looking to pass into half guard DeSalvo pushed down smiths left leg and pass his own leg over to improve his position.

Persistent DeSalvo managed to struggle his way into full mount securing his opponents head under his arm and quickly switching to side-control to tighten his grip, Smith looked to be defending well until all of a sudden his lights went out securing the victory by submission.

Winner - Albert DeSalvo by way of Submission (Arm Triangle) : Fight Rating 45%

145lbs : John Lennon vs Domagoj Glavas

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/33/33w15.jpg vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14144443388896.png

Height: 167 cm Height: 172 cm

Weight: 145 lbs Weight: 148 lbs

Record: 6-4-0 (LWLLW) Record: 4-3-0 (LLWLW)

Pre:

And in this pre-show fight we have two warriors looking to establish some momentum with former TWGC ace Domagoji Glavas fresh of his Just Bleed 29 loss against Carl Kingston via decision going up against debuting Revolution XC fighter John Lennon fresh of his decision loss to Eddie Malingo at Revolution XC 17, both men will need to make a real solid impreshion if they hope to break into the very deep 145lbs division here at Aspire MMA.

Fight:

A missed hook by Glavas allowed Lennon to counter with a shoot takedown into half guard but Glavas was quickly able to regain full guard and start to look for multiple submission attempts with Lennon defending well as he looked to improve his position in the early goings, later into the round Lennon appeared to adopt a lay and pray solution to this problems with the crowd in attendance audibly disgruntled at the lack of response to Glavas's persistent yet ineffective submission attempts closing out the round for Glavas.

Out for the second round Glavas was quick to fend off Lennon's attempt to counter a failed jab into a takedown by pushing his opponents head down and stepping out of the maneuver to safety before feinting and securing a nice looking kick to Lennon's calf, in response Lennon again attempted to change levels and take the fight to the ground but Glavas defended well but failed to follow-up with a series of mistimed shots that Lennon eventually successfully countered into a nice double leg directly into side control. Again Lennon simply stalled from his dominant position as Glavas looked unsuccessfully for a submission leaving many fans in attendance frustrated enough to take a bathroom break but nevertheless securing the round for Lennon.

Perhaps showing more desire to fight in the third round Lennon moved his opponent into the clinch and resisted Glavas attempt to pull guard but again seemed to stall the pace as Glavas tried to work his opponents body over to limited success until Glavas eventually succeeded in pulling guard and once again returned to seeking a submission victory as Lennon sat prone in a defensive stance unwilling to commit any level of aggression to the ground game leading to a brief standup by the referee before time mercifully put an end to this painful showing by both fighters.

Fight:

Out the gate Machino dropped down looking to counter a missed jab by Ruth with a takedown attempt but Ruth defended well before failing to follow-up with an overhand right that Machino ducked with milliseconds to spare before securing a takedown into Ruth's half guard.

Ruth looked to improve his position managed to sweep into the top position despite Machio's well established control with Machino now looking to isolate a limb for an unsuccessful submission attempt as he tried to avoid the incoming ground and pound barrage enforced by a determined Ruth would see out the round in the favor of Ruth with many wondering how he was unable to finish his opponent as he continued to reign down hammer fists for the remainder of the round much to the pleasure of the judges in attendance, securing the nod.

Coming out for the second round Machino was quick to drive through with a takedown into guard but was stunned by Ruth who snap-in during the transition to the ground and quickly enacted a vicious triangle choke for the victory in the 25th second of the second round.

Thoughts from the CEO:
Hello all, another fantastic week here at Aspire MMA moving into the rank 8 global position and with legendary Blitzkrieg promoter Shiv joining the organisation's staff in an advisory capacity as we continue to look for ways to improve the experience we provide our managers and strengthen our position as the premier 280k promotion in the game. The wealth of experience he brings to the table in having run not only one of the best organisation in the games history but in the development of a truly global brand, franchised worldwide at the height of it's empire spanning multiple promotions across many cities including gym networks with co-branded nutritional support have been a road map to success I have followed since the inception of Aspire MMA with great admiration for what they achieved in times gone past and a deep desire to recreate it here and now with Aspire MMA. From a manager standpoint nothing much will change, but for me, this will be a great learning experience, one I appreciate greatly as I look forward to working with one of the greatest promoters the game has ever known.

As the organisation continues to develop we are looking at potential organisation buy-outs in the 275k+ ID range, as has always been the case with Aspire MMA we have taken competitive 275k+ ID fighters (No world beaters or division destroyers please) and will continue to do so in the long term, this process has always been gradual and I hope by now I have earned the trust of the roster as I continue to make the most necessary of moves of introducing selected lower-ID fighters who I consider to be a good fit for the promotion giving us a much-needed shot in the arm of hype as we progress on our path towards PPV, the truth is we are now in a unique position of been too small to be big, too big to be small out ranking numerous PPV active orgs in the wake of our recent rise, for us to progress to be a top level organisation I'm going to need the continued faith and understanding of the managers to make this a success.
Regarding our 135lbs division or lack thereof, particularly when writing the 'pre' section of the 145lbs Carlos Ortega vs Michail Podolski fight tonight I once again asked myself as I have numerous times over the last few weeks "why on earth some of our 145lbs fighters aren't simply fighting at their natural weights at 135lbs", the truth is when I took over the organisation the division was in shambles and my early attempts to hire for it resulted in failure as I did not have enough of a base to interest outsiders to join us, my question to the managers at 145lbs is simply this, would you be interested in dropping to 135lbs if that was an option? if the answer is yes please get in contact with me directly, if enough of you do so ill consider making the switch for some of you guys.
Be sure to check out all of our great products over at Aspire Clothing including our brand new Pro Series Black & White combination set and all of our fantastic Aspire Clothing ranges.

James "Grizzly" Adams is without a doubt one of the all-time greats at not only 205lbs but in the entire 280k+ ID range having gone undefeated in 14 competitive bouts all via decisive finish claiming both the DFC and Revolution XC 205lbs titles along his path of destruction decimating such opponents as Ed Driver, Tom Vos and Kaleva Vettenranta holding an ID record of eight consecutive DFC championship title defences. Fighting out of the recently created "The Outsiders" alliance managed by world renowned Northern Ninja's a member of the Underground, London fighting organisation's staff and training out of the illustrious Heart Cave gym right here in Los Angeles it is fair to say James was the single biggest main event talent acquisition from the former Revolution XC organisation purchased by Aspire MMA on the 17th of March 2017.
His opponent the final Primal Fear 205lbs champion "The Forsaken" Michael Brophy has carved out a similar path of destruction in his wake deconstructing 13 victims including Akoni Gray the current SFU 205lbs champion, with only a single career loss during the TUF Finale! of October 2016 to current Aspire 205lbs champion Alejandro Scott the wider MMA community considered Brophy to be the premier contender to the Aspire 205lbs title following his first round KO (Head Kick) crucifixion of top contender Tung Fo at Just Bleed 34.

Champion : Alejandro Scott. Challenger : Gerrald James.

With Gerrald James unanimous decision victory over Darth Sidious at Just Bleed 33 on April 15th securing a shot against champion Alejandro Scott already set in place at Just Bleed 40, Brophy was offered a chance to main event tonight's card against a legend, without hearing the name Brophy had already accepted the fight stating "Ill take anyone, but let it be known I'm the uncrowned champ until Scott stops ducking me". Upon hearing who his opponent would be Brophy could not contain the grin that gleamed across his face as wheels of postulation visibly spun in his mind at the chance of greatness been presented to him, "So Grizzly's coming in, alright... time to make history boys, book it." he stated confidently before commenting further "Oh and about Scott, let him know I like my belt well polished and I expect him to take good care of it in the meantime".
Bemused by the comments and his lack of inclusion into Brophy's thought process Gerrald "Booger" James was approached by Aspire Magazine writer Jethro Bo-Louise and had this to say "Brophy's counting me out man, look what I did to the 'dark one', Ill be holding that strap regardless of who win's between Brophy and Grizzly and I'm telling you right now fam, in London we don't fuck about ill fight him in the parking lot or the cage if he disrespects me again". We reached out to Alejandro Scott who had no comment to make at this time.
Fight:
Adam's looking to establish his dominance early moved in to score the first jab but Brophy is just out of range with both fighters displaying excellent striking defence in the early goings, both fighters understanding the severity of their situation knowing a single mistake could lead to calamity. Exercising extream caution Adams avoided a kick to the body before pressing the fight into the clinch and locking in under hooks to control the action while he contemplated his next move, struggling to maintain control of the profusely muscular Brophy as the crowd began to turn on Adam's lack of action the referee was forced to warn "Grizzly" to go to work or get separated.
Frustrated by his inability to land his most recent body shot attempt Brophy dug deep and launched Adams back against the cage in a wonderous display of raw strength before unloading a series of body shots that punished Adam's and leaving him visibly winded as Brophy continued to reign in hooks to the body while fending off Adam's attempt to position himself for a takedown, Brophy now learning against Adams scored a nice uppercut to the body staying in tight to his opponent digging his fists deep into Adams stomach with every vicious strike raising the live audience to it's feet as Adam's went into full defensive mode trying to weather the storm as Brophy continued to T-off against the cage now landing brutal right hands and shoulder strikes that jolted the now clearly wounded Adam's with every shot.
Relenting momentarily Brophy escaped the clinch despite his dominance only to reset his positioning and dive back in forcing Adams once again back against the cage. Establishing under hooks once more Adam's looked to catch his breath in the precious moments between Brophy's devastating torrent of strikes before surprising Brophy by pushing off and landing a massive uppercut that saw Brophy's pace in attack slow significantly suggesting he was hurt. Adam's now blocking the majority of incoming strikes looked to land some of his own with another short uppercut landing square on Brophy's jaw once again slowing the onslaught providing Adam's a ray of light as Brophy looked to now escape the clinch sensing the danger of Adam's who had begun to dig his right hand into Brophy's ribs repeatedly punishing his would-be usurper for his earlier indiscretions, Adam's stepping up his aggression late into the round with a nasty shoulder strike as Brophy continued to try and escape the clinch, allowing Brophy's retreat Adam's created enough distance for himself to score a monstrous uppercut before once again pressing against Brophy to close out the round. Despite Adam's strong showing towards the end of the round there can be no doubt Michael Brophy took that one.
Tangible excitement sweeps across the crowd as Brophy comes out for the second round looking to bang with Adam's blocking the initial strike but finding himself clobbered by an overhand right that left the live audience gasping at the horrendous noise it made, Adam's trying to respond with a jab but Brophy quick as lightning is out of range again ready to throw a mighty head kick attempt that fails to land leaving Brophy momentarily on the ground following a slip. Brophy quickly scrambling to his feet and set to work on lighting up Adam's with a series of low kicks finished off with a nice body shot that seemed to take Adam's attentions away from the colossal head kick that Brophy seemed to pull out of nowhere tumbling Adam's to the mat but Brophy refusing to enter into a ground war waved the now rocked & bleeding Adam's back to his feet.
With some fan's now climbing the sides of the stage to be cage-side for this historical moment Brophy weaved into range and cracked Adam's right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right and ITS ALL OVER, Adam's goes DOWN !!! I'm stunned ladies and gentlemen he's out cold, wow what a beautiful knockout as Brophy is strutting around the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
Following the fight Michael Brophy raised up in the air by his team was handed the microphone and had this to say to the 205lbs champion Alejandro Scott who was sat in visable range of the cage observing the action "I want to thank the fans for coming out to support me, I do this for you. Hey someone tell Holland to get Metallica down here next time I fight, I earned it right?" ... "Oh yeah, and before I forget... yo Alejandro, if you survive Booger, You're next bitch." before dropping the mic as the arena filled with pyrotechnics and the sick riffs of Metallica - I Disappear drowned out the cheers of the adoring audience to close out the show.

145lbs : Isaac Hayes vs Blake Green

Height: 179 cm Height: 168 cm
Weight: 146 lbs Weight: 146 lbs
Record: 11-4-1 (WWDLL) Record: 13-2-0 (WWLWW)
Pre:
Meeting for what will now be the fourth time these two men have a storied history starting back in September 2016 when Isaac Hayes defeated Blake Green via unanimous decision at Primal 42 securing for himself a 145lbs Primal Fear title shot with Jacque Sirven that he won via armbar at Primal 45, sending Blake Green back to the drawing board.
Determined to figure out the secret to defeating Isaac Hayes it was said Green hired in sparring partners that matched Hayes exact build and body-type in the lead-up to their second encounter at Primal 48 where Blake managed to defeat the then 145lbs Primal Fear champion Isaac Hayes via unanimous decision before eventually facing off once more at Primal 51 in a majority decision victory for Blake Green who retained his title and went on to have several successful defenses until finally losing his belt at Primal 59.
Sometime following their third bout Isaac Hayes was once again able to claim the Primal Fear 145lbs championship before the organisation was closed and both men moved to debut with Aspire MMA with Blake Green securing a unanimous decision victory over SFU 145lbs champion Carlos Ortega at Just Bleed 33. Aspire MMA CEO Adam Holland made the somewhat unusual decision of allowing a fourth fight between these two Primal Fear legends believing there would be significant interest in the outcome of the fight with a very real prospect of producing a challenger to Aspire 145lbs kingpin Riff McGee.
Fight:
Out of the gate Green connects with a nasty body shot that sends Hayes's belly button back into his body, that looked like it hurt. Green keeping his distance using push kicks but gets cracked with a nice right hand by Hayes. Green landing a head shot but failing to follow-up with a hook as Hayes ducked under nicely and returns fire by testing Greens chin with a stiff looking shot that seemed to stun the Baltimore native momentarily as Hayes lowered his levels and driven a double leg takedown directly into Greens guard to audible cheers from the crowd.
Looking to pass guard Hayes was stalled by Green posturing to grip his head in tight preventing any significant damage from the top or advancement of position, in a beautiful display Green was able to sweep to the top and pass into side control following a failed submission attempt by Hayes. Again trying to improve his fortunes Hayes attempted to reverse but ended up giving up more position to Green who managed to gain full mount and set about raining down hammerfists closing out the round decisively for Blake Green.
Coming out for the second round Green missed his opening left-hand strike and was countered by a straight punch to the midsection setting up a takedown attempt by Hayes that Green sprawled well to defend, Hayes pressing the attack failed to land a swinging uppercut but nicely avoided an incoming body kick and connected with a stiff looking jab in receipt. Green ducking down and scoring a nice jab to the head as Hayes moved forward attempting to close down his opponent using his lethal jab to pinpoint his target as Green moved away swinging wildly in retreat with Hayes now desperate to instigate the clinch at any cost wading through the barrage of strikes to achieve his ultimate goal showing the heart of a champion but found himself weigh-laid by the persistent onslaught of Blake Green who himself feeling the pressure of the increasingly limited movement space caused by Hayes predatory stalking decided to take the fight into the clinch and take his chances, Hayes delighted by this began dropping bombs on Green before eventually securing a successful double leg takedown, peppering Green with a smattering of ground strikes to close out the round. The judges seem uncertain about this round with Green picking up the majority of the significant strikes on my score card but it's hard to argue with Hayes aggressive pressing of his agenda during this round.
Opening up the third and final round Hayes was taken off-balance by a miss big right hand and Green countered with a crisp uppercut that left Hayes staggering, recovering quickly Hayes used good footwork to avoid a body shot by Green and managed to land a nice right before his opponent had time to react, following-up with a series of stiff jabs and avoiding any serious incoming damage. Green looking to work some leg kicks into the mix pressed forward with a series of wild shots to the body and displayed excellent takedown defence as Hayes tried once again to take the fight to the ground.
Hayes steps to his left right into the path of a big body kick from Green that looked to hurt while trying to load up a big right that Green narrowly avoided, following-up with a stiff looking jab Hayes once again looked to close the distance as Green responded with a solid combination of strikes that Hayes felt as he pressed to drive another takedown attempt, this time successful. Green once again tried to control the situation pulling down on opponents head but Hayes managed to shake him off and posture up for some big strikes that failed to land allowing Green to complete a successful reversal into the top position by rolling Hayes with his own momentum. No stranger to the bottom position Hayes used the opportunity since in a guillotine leaving Green visibly shaken as he was forced to tap out.
Following the fight Hayes was quick to thank his legion of fan's who had turned out to see his fourth encounter with his respected opponent Blake Green stating that he expected Green would be back someday looking for his revenge and he would be ready, but for now he has his sights on a short vacation with his family before getting back to camp for whoever his next opponent might be, Hayes indicated that a move to the rumored soon to be re-launched 135 lbs division may be in his future and that he likes the sound of been the first Aspire Bantamweight champion but did not rule out a showdown for the 145lbs title in the near future.

205lbs : Darth Sidious vs Rauta Kansleri

Age: 23 Age: 24

Height: 180 cm Height: 192 cm

Weight: 204 lbs Weight: 211 lbs

Record: 15-7-0 (LWLWL) Record: 11-4-0 (LWLWW)

Pre:

Once the proud holder of the Primal Fear 205lbs championship on not one but two occasions Rauta Kansleri debuts at Aspire MMA coming off a failed title challenge against tonight's main eventer Michael Brophy back in March 2017 via TKO (Strikes) in the closing seconds of the third round. With many fans feeling Kansleri had won the second round and was looking particularly sharp in the third round prior to his rocking at the hands of Brophys big right, some on the other hand question the fighters overall consistency. Resolved to return to form in his next fight Darth Sidious was singled out as a potential debut opponent with Sidious all too happy to accept the challenge and put to rest doubts about his own consistency and get back on the darkside path to success.

Fight:

Kansleri showing well in the early goings with a nice inside leg kick that that echoed around the arena as Sidious failed to land his rebuttal body shot, feinting with his left hand Sidious looked to counter Kansleri's approach but it lacks commitment and Kansleri is able to again strike Sidious with success but a sloppy head kick left him wide open to a significant strike that cracked Kansleri right on the button for his trouble, faking a right hand a throwing a good leg kick right into Sidious's right thigh Kanslaeri seemed to be getting the better of the overall standup but not without taking numerous serious counter strikes from the dark one that left Kansleri unconfident in pressing the assault too deeply as Sidious stayed ever dangerous as Kansleri cautiously continued to chip away at Sidious's resolve with devastating leg strikes forcing Sidious to close down the distance and rush Kansleri up against the cage closing out a close round most likely in favour of Kansleri.

Kansleri ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent as Sidious slow to react side stepped to his left directly into the path of a big body kick that looked to hurt, Sidious's corner calling for a 1-2 is only partially satisfied as Sidious darts in for a single jab before evading back to safety, Kansleri looking to close down his opponent pawing with his jab and following up with a pressing barrage of low kicks tenderising Sidious's left leg draw audible gasps from the live attendance with Sidious looking to load up big shots that never seemed like landing it was Kansleri who continued to get the better of the standup exchanges scoring heavily with the judges securing the second round.

Despite Sidious's valiant attempts to get back into the fight Kansleri was able to maintain his dominance into the third round exchanges landing the majority of key significant strikes yet never showing the fire required to put the dark one out for the count as the third and final round came to a close without deviation from the second rounds playbook with Rauta Kansleri employing his lethal accuracy with brutal leg strikes destroying the energy reserve of Darth Sidious and setting a path to victory for the former Primal Fear champion.

205lbs : Cleon Wright vs Thomas Peterson

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14400962184175.jpg vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/39/39w20.jpg

Age: 24 Age: 24

Height: 195 cm Height: 190 cm

Weight: 209 lbs Weight: 215 lbs

Record: 12-3-0 (WWLLW) Record: 7-3-0 (WLLWW)

Pre:

After suffering a brutal KO (Punch) loss to Darth Sidious at Just Bleed 28 back in March it did not take Peterson long to make the life changing decision to pick up his family and move across the country to the LOD: Top Team gym in Las Vegas where he made significant adjustments to his training schedule and diet intake bringing out a complete change that resulted in his TKO (Strikes) victory over Jack Dempsey at Just Bleed 32, now ready to take the next step Peterson was all too happy to accept a fight with rising star Cleon Wright. Fighting out of the Coffee Shop gym in Amsterdam boasting a recent unanimous decision victory over Philo "Cowboy" Beddo, Cleon Wright is considered one of the best strikers at 205lbs with a developing repertoire of martial arts skills recently acquiring his blue belt and completing an intensive wrestling certification, at 24 years old he still has plenty of time to realise his potential and could prove to be a very dangerous challenge indeed for Thomas Peterson.

Fight:

Trying to instigate the clinch from the opening seconds Peterson was unsuccessful as Wright simply circled away trying to maintain his distance with a plethora of leg strikes that failed to hit the mark, undeterred Peterson closed his opponent down and moved the fight into the clinch jolting Wright's head backwards with a vicious uppercut right on the button, instinctively Wright responded with a big knee to the head that narrowly failed to land as Peterson recoiled before letting loose with a nice left hand forcing Wright to retreat breaking the clinch and connecting with a jab as he did so.

Wright on the end of a shot to the nose that seems to have left him cut, incensed by this Wright has stepped his aggression up to the next level and moved to retaliate with a series of wild body shots that Peterson was mostly able to deflect before once again forcing the fight into his clinch comfort zone, blocking most of Peterson's offence it was Wright who landed the majority of significant strikes for the remainder of the round picking up the nod from the judges as his corner worked to stem the flow of blood from his nose.

Possibly breaking his hand with a thunderous right fist to his opponent skull, Cleon Wright was visibly distressed and in significant pain as Peterson tried to press the advantage but Cleon working now with one hand managed almost off raw instinct alone to keep the wolves at bay with his tremendous jab but eventually succumbed to Peterson's excellent stand-up talents as Yonkers, NY native Peterson systematically picked Wright apart over the course of the round landing with almost free reign inside the clinch as Wright struggled desperately to break free closing out the round with Peterson getting a firm nod from the judges and real concern within the building for Wright's condition.

Convincing the referee of his ability and desire to continue Wright showed the heart of a champion as he returned to the middle for the third and final round swatting away Peterson's opening strike but quickly overcome into the clinch as Peterson once again went to town displaying clinical accuracy as he picked his shots to maximum effect leading to a brutal shoulder strike that rocked Wright and opened his cut further as Wright scrambled to regain his composure. Pressing the assault Peterson dipped low and came back up with a mighty uppercut leaving Wright falling back against the cage as Peterson pounced to unload a barrage of strikes with Wright out on his feet the referee had no choice but to call an end to this bout via TKO (Strikes).

Winner - Thomas Peterson by way TKO (Strikes) : Fight Rating 83%

170lbs : Alessandro Orsini vs Bomb Com

Record: 6-2-0 (WWWWW) Record: 7-2-0 (WLWWW)

Pre:

With a TKO (Strikes) victory over former 170lbs champion Chance Birmbaum at Just Bleed 31 under his belt and the controversy of the split decision loss to Jack Stone firmly in the rear view mirror Bomb "Dot" Com stands as one of the most impressive prospects in the division but his opponent tonight is no joke. Managed by the great Stu MacK of the famed Six Musketeers alliance tonights challenger is BJJ Black belt Alessandro Orsini fresh of his ICON Fight Night first round KO victory over former Revolution XC champion Rick James having finished three of his last four opponents in decisive fashion expect fireworks from this one as Bomb Com is put to the ultimate test as he pushes to break into the main event scene here at Aspire MMA.

Fight:

Bomb straight in with a nice combination that leaves Orsini backing up to tend his wounds as tight inside right leaves blood trickling down the side of Orsini's face, undoubtedly the more aggressive of the two Bomb pressed forward with another combination barrage as Orsini checks the follow-up leg strike and swings wildly with a right hand of his own that Bomb managed to easily avoid. Orsini shooting in for a failed double-leg attempt that seemed to leave him frustrated as Bomb sprawled to stay on his feet and attempted to retaliate with an inside hook that Orsini managed to counter with a lovely uppercut.

Switching things up Bomb decided to ply his opponent with a series of stiff kicks to the meat of Orsini's right thigh and narrowly skims Orsini's head with a lightning quick head kick but to find his target with a follow-up low kick Orsini was able to counter with a three punch combination finished off with a nasty sounding leg strike of his own was cheered by the live audience as Orsini once again changed levels looking for a takedown attempt but failed to commit to the attempt was Bomb used extra caution to avoid been in a tempting position, Com using the remainder of the round to score some nice body shots was eventually taken to the ground by a successful counter shoot attempt by Orsini following a failed body kick into Bomb's guard with Orsini looking to to do damage but Bomb pulling Orsini in close and controlling the action closing out the round with Bomb most likely getting the nod from the judges.

Connecting early into the opening moments of the second round with a body shot that hurt Orsini, Bomb used a push kick to the body to maintain his distance but Orsini was able to score with a nice stiff right counter as Bomb missed with a wild leg kick and managed to follow-up with a wild hook that clipped the top of Bomb's head as he moved to duck. Extracting from the exchange to a more comfortable range a game of cat and mouse began with Orsini trying to close down the more agile Bomb who remained elusive darting in for a critical strike and then out again but a miss-timed motion left Orsini landing a powerful looking uppercut that connected with Bomb's jaw drawing blood with the painful looking strike and securing a beauty of a right hand that had the crowd on its feet in anticipation, Orsini certainly looked good during the exchange picking up additional points by forcing the clinch briefly before piling on the pressure with a series of strikes that actually failed to land as Bomb displayed fantastic striking defense and countered with a number of stiff shots that seemed to restore balance to this very competitive affair, as the round came to a close Orsini might of gotten the nod from the judges for this round but based on how he physically appears covered in blood and the significant strikes landed by Bomb it's hard to say.

Coming out for the third and final round Bomb went in for a head kick but Orsini was able to counter and drive through an impressive takedown into guard, looking to pass guard but Bomb is defending well so Orsini postured up and landed some nice ground and pound in an attempt to soften his opponent up but Bomb excellent defensively from his back managed to control Orsini well preventing significant damage as Orsini continued to pepper Bomb with ground and pound.

Not one to sit around all day Bomb managed to sweep Orsini and take the top position but that only encouraged Orsini to try for a submission from his back with Bomb continuing to defend well as he set about controlling the action ignoring several calls from the referee as he sought and received a stand-up, once again back on the fight Bomb landed numerous significant strikes picking up points with the judges but by this point perhaps behind on points due to Orsini's dominant ability to take his opponent down as he does so to end out the round once more. A close fight to say the least, personally, I would give the nod to Bomb but that's why we say don't leave these things to the judge's folks.

Considered to be one of the greatest 135lbs fighters in the world Carlos Ortega took a chance on moving upto 145lbs to fight top contender Blake Green at Just Bleed 33 and was ultimately defeated despite putting in a great performance and earning the respect of the live audience and his opponent that night, wanting to continue down the path set out for him at 145lbs the StrikeForce Union 135lbs champ was quick to accept a fight against a man of similar ilch, Michail "xXx" Podoslki who started his career at 135lbs before moving up to face and defeat Herschel Pettaway via KO (Punch) at Just Bleed 23 and later Hoss Moody via TKO (Strikes) at Just Bleed 27 but it all came crashing down to earn when a majority decision loss to Misha Collins at Just Bleed 32, determined to not have his momentum stalled, he targeted legendary Ortega claiming to be Ortega's biggest fan and knowing all of his weakness's as a result.

Fight:

Checking a low kick early Ortega looked in great condition but was unable to avoid a second chopping leg kick that looked painful as Podolski changed levels and scored with a nice jab to the body side stepping Ortegas none-commital rebuttal right hand, Podolski returned fire connecting with a nice right hand that stumbles his opponent as Ortega takes a moment to circle away and recompose himself but not before taking another jab to the head as he moved out of range. Ortega displaying some fantastic striking defence slipping a jab and throwing a nice leg kick that is unfortunately checked by Podolski and countered by a monster uppercut that seemed to leave Ortega significantly hurt as Podolski stepped up his offence continuing to apply pressure with a nasty shot to the liver and a series of thudding leg kicks.

Ortega looked to reset his feet, shake it off and get back into the fight but Podolski landed a big cross to the side of his head rocking him as Podolski followed up with a looping left hand that left Ortega dazed and stunned as he stumbled looking to find his footing. Podolski feeling the end was near loaded up a perfect overhand right sending Ortega falling face first into the canvas.

185lbs : Kiovani Aro vs Ronnie Rolla

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/15/15w19.jpg vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/27/27b9.jpg

Age: 24 Age: 24

Height: 187 cm Height: 185 cm

Weight: 193 lbs Weight: 200 lbs

Record: 7-3-0 (WWLLW) Record: 8-4-0 (WWLLL)

Pre:

Making his Aspire MMA debut tonight Ronnie Rolla a former long time member of the now defunct Primal Fear organisation coming off the back of two straight recent victories and eager to prove his value to a whole new audience. His opponent Kiovani Aro no stranger to the Aspire fan base, coming off two recent victories including an impressive second round TKO (Strikes) win over former contender Kimbo Spice and former 185lbs champion Aksel Stenger via unanimous decision at Just Bleed 27. This one looks set to be an explosive match-up.

Fight:

Countering a wild right hand with a solid uppercut of his own Kiovani Aro wasted no time in following up with a nice combination to Rolla's head and body as Rolla failed to respond on target with his initial straight right counter but does manage to catch Kiovani's nose potentially breaking it with a second strike. Kiovani looks to be seeking a head-kick but has so far failed to execute with Rolla looking to less than accurate as he tried to set up a big combination to no avail. Both men exchanged strikes in the early goings with Kiovani getting the slight edge on accurate strikes before forcing Rolla back against the cage and into the clinch enforcing his will upon his opponent and scoring well with the judges closing the round out for Kiovani Aro.

Rolla scored a nice body shot following a failed straight left from Kiovani and continued to look well defensively easily avoiding Kiovani's leg strikes and countering with a stiff right hand before landing a nice combination that left the impression Rolla was now getting the better of the standup exchange, sensing the danger Kiovani was quick to use his notable strength to push the fight back into the clinch with the action been fairly equal in nature with both men landing a laundry list of significant strikes that left both men looking beat up by the end of the round, Ronnie Rolla most likely takes the round based on his early success followed by a truly even trade in the clinch.

The third and final round played out much the same as the second with Rolla looking strong in the early goings with the fight returning to a more balanced trade of strikes thereafter, as the judges tallied up the scores the real question remained, who really won the second round? replays on the big screen left doubts in the minds of the live audience as the judges took longer than usual to come to their decision with many pundits seeming to indicate Kiovani may have secured enough points despite Rolla's early success in the round.

Winner - Kiovani Aro by way Unanimous Decision : Fight Rating 60%

170lbs : Brannigan Steele vs Winslow Berhardt

Age: 24 Age: 24

Height: 178 cm Height: 175 cm

Weight: 180 lbs Weight: 167 lbs

Record: 6-3-0 (WWLLW) Record: 8-5-2 (WLWDD)

Pre:

Fast rising 170lbs star Brannigan Steele has developed a following since debuting in the Aspire cage back in march of 2017 with a KO (Strikes) victory over Rafal ZXamana and a unanimous decision victory over Bertram Adelhard to his name he hopes to complete his hat-trick run with a shot at wiley veteran Winslow Berhardt. Winslow himself coming in off his recent three round decimation of Rupert Pink at Just Bleed 33 was quick to accept the challenge looking to capitalise's on Steele's growing popularity to catapult his own star-power up the Aspire rankings.

Fight:

A nice jab by Steele opens up the action with Berhardt displaying some good striking defense and footwork to avoid the follow-up big left hand, Berhardt landing some nice leg kicks that made Steele think twice in the early goings as both men went on to trade strikes to the appreciation of the live attendance as Steele digs a good body shot into Berhardt's ribs, that looked like it hurt. Steele's jab is looking excellent as he pop's Berhardt right under the eye perhaps doing damage to the man's orbital bone, it seems to be bothering Berhardt.

Steele continued to be the aggressor but Berhardt giving as good as he got returned fire with every incoming blow but it does appear Berhardt has been cut under his right eye as he ducks an overhand right and connects with a crisp jab it's clear Berhardt is now trying to change levels and drive through a takedown but before he can employ his tactic Steele got in first and secured a takedown of his own only to have Berhardt utilise his great reflexes to pop right back up to his feet. Steele not to be easily deterred once again returned Berhardt to the ground with another successful takedown seeing out the round from the ground as both men looked to control the action, a very close round but most likely a nod for Steele by a slight margin.

Coming out for the second round Berhardt had noticeably stepped up his levels of aggression pushing forward with strike after strike to the body leaving Steele moving backwards defensively until a faked overhand right allowed Steele to land a successful takedown but again Berhardt scrambled quickly back to his feet with cheers from the crowd awaiting him, with a now refreshed Berhardt lacing Steele with continued strikes, it was Steele who forced the fight into the clinch looking to regain control of the fight but Berhardt continued to apply pressure from every position almost unrecognisable in his ferocity from the first round, sensing danger Steele used his impressive wrestling to once again return the fight to the ground where he could use his superior ground skills to control the action long enough to recalculate his game plan seeing out the end of the round with a failed guillotine submission as Berhardt comfortably secured the nod from the judges.

Looking to build on the previous rounds success Berhardt was eager to engage as he came out for the third and final round but Steele avoided the incoming strikes easily and landed a nice hook to the body that did not go unnoticed, perhaps depleted by his aggression in the second round Berhardt was largely unresponsive as Steele began to pick his shots at his leisure landing many strikes that would get noted on the judges score cards but never really inflicting any significant damage, Berhardt feeling comfortable but defensive as he looked only to counter when the opportunity presented itself as he forced primarily on defending the persistent takedown attempts, arguably Berhardt managed to do more significant damage to a clearly bruised and scaved Steele but it's hard to get around the fact Steele landed so many successful strikes and was clearly dominate when it came to takedowns but the judges saw fit to score this one a draw when all was said and done.

Winner - N/A by way Draw : Fight Rating 74%

145lbs : Lamar Allen vs Satoru Takada

Age: 23 Age: 24

Height: 170 cm Height: 170 cm

Weight: 152 lbs Weight: 150 lbs

Record: 7-1-0 (WWWWW) Record: 10-7-0 (WLLLL)

Pre:

While failing to light the world on fire with his debut victory over Tony Garcia at Just Bleed 33, Satoru Takada regardless looked good in the bout with many MMA reporters suggesting his opponents lack of desire to engage in the fight as the primary reason the live audience failed to enjoy the otherwise solid display by Takada. Following the fight Takada demanded a step-up in competition and it was veteran Lamar Allen debuting from the recently acquired Revolution XC promotion direct off a guillotine submission victory over Anton Poirier with only a single career loss via unanimous decision against current Rebirth Fighting Championship's 155lbs champion Michael "The Hurricane" Carter who would answer the call.

Fight:

Lamar Allen scores with a nice hook to the side of the head that Takada defended as much as he could, Allen looking to secure a double leg but Takada avoids it well circling away but not before Allen managed to catch him with a cross again to the side of Takada's head but this time countered by a nice uppercut and a beautiful display of sprawling as Takada deflects his second straight takedown as both fighters jockey for position in the early goings with Lamar determined to take the fight to the ground and Takada seeking to instigate the clinch as the men continued exchanged strikes.

An impressive overhand right by Takada landed square both rocking and cutting Allen in a moment many in attendance expected to be the finish of the fight but Takada lacked the decisiveness to put Allen away allowing Allen time to recover his legs and move back into striking distance renewed, seeing Allen move back into range Takada easily avoided incoming strikes to counter with a crisp right hand that again dropped Allen to the canvas but not wanting to take the fight to the ground Takada held back and allowed Allen to regain his feet before pushing the fight into the clinch and embarking on an aggressive course of wild strikes aimed at doing as much significant damage as possible as Allen battled for survival for the remainder of the round, comfortably judged in the favour of Takada.

Allen's cut-men have worked hard in the intermission to patch him up as he comes out swinging looking to set up a takedown following a faint but Takada scores nicely with repeated counter-shots that keep Allen off balance as Takada once again tries to instigate the clinch to little success and finds himself trading strikes back and forth center stage much to the excitement of the live audience in attendance, faking a strike to close the distance and successfully dragging his opponent to the ground Allen finally secured the takedown he had desperately sought and began to control the action but Takada was not willing to be silent as he continued to struggle to improve his position eventually transitioning successfully to the top position however it proved fatal as Allen now working from the bottom in full guard managed to get a loose triangle, not seeing the danger of the action Takada failed to react in time allowing Allen to tight it up just enough to seal Takada's fate.

Winner - Lamar Allen by way Submission (Triangle Choke) : Fight Rating 66%

Height: 180 cm Height: 182 cm

Weight: 180 lbs Weight: 187 lbs

Record: 16-1-0 (WWWLW) Record: 7-0-0 (WWWWW)

Pre:

170lbs champion Ramon Gracie won his title defeating the great Dum Debble via armbar submission in the main event of the Just Bleed 30 event back in March 2017 following a successful americana submission victory over his only career loss to date Tarkhan Naranbaatar, with his zen firmly restored and his newly acquired title in hand Ramon Gracie stands on top of the 170lbs division proud of all he has achieved since beginning his training as a fourth generation Gracie Black Belt only seven years earlier, his goal to become the greatest Gracie of all time does not seem far-fetched with his eclectic mix of legendary levels of Brazilian Jui Jitsu merged with his world class wrestling and well-balanced striking acumen. His opponent Revolution XC 170lbs champion Jed "Jedi" Knight is one of the most versatile strikers in his weight class and brings extra power to the division cutting from his natural 185lbs division in recent times, known for his clinical boxing and devastating leg kicks Knight has all the tools to bring a quick end to Gracies hopes & dreams.

Fight:

As the bell ring's to start our main event Knight defended a telegraphed takedown attempt well countering with a lovely shot to the body and connecting with a follow-up crisp jab as Gracie bobs and weaves well to avoid further punishment for his transgression, Gracie considering another takedown attempt thinks better of it and instead pushes the fight into the clinch pressing Knight against the side of the cage preventing him from circling away and getting the benefit from his reach advantage. Gracie continued to attempt to hurt Knight from the clinch but was defended against well as the Five Points Gang alliance member displayed excellent striking defense and continued to stuff Gracies attempts to take the fight to the ground before heeding the calls of his corner to break the clinch and unload with a set piece combination of a stiff right hook to the body followed by a lovely overhand right that seemed to stun the champion.

Instinctively Gracie lowered his levels and pushed forward driving a success takedown in his attempt to avoid the incoming damage but Knight was quick to push Gracie off and somehow managed to scramble back to his feet looking to keep this fight standing at all costs. Consistently getting the better of the stand-up on the outside Knight scored well landing numerous significant strikes before Gracie once again used his impressive physical strength to force the fight back to the clinch and Knight against the back of the cage as Gracie looked to control the position and secure a return to the ground effortlessly pulling guard and seeking a triangle submission to close out the round, saved by the bell and having done enough earlier in the round to secure a nod from the judges Knight returned confidently to his corner.

Again in the second round the story played out with Knight getting the better of the standup exchanges on the outside and Gracie conscientiously seeking a successful takedown attempt while doing his best to defend Knight's impressive striking display, briefly securing a trip takedown in the second minute before Knight once again showed the world his elite level escapes and returned to piling on the pressure moving forward with a series of strikes with an exquisite display of striking defense on the part of Gracie who looked to weather the storm before lowering his levels once again the drive through a successful takedown attempt to the applause of the live audience in attendance, a big thud reverberated around the arena as Gracie accidentally struck the canvas perhaps going so far as to break his hand as the round came to a close once again in favour of Knight.

Missing a lunging right hand Knight found himself once again forced into the clinch by Gracie who failed to capitalise on the situation focusing almost exclusively on pulling guard while Knight continued to push off Gracies advances and escape the clinch briefly before again been returned to the clinch by Gracie who seemed to be the stronger of the two fighters at this stage but was also starting to look somewhat fatigued by the constant struggle, finally breaking free to the outside Knight scored with a sloppy right hand that Gracie should have been able to easily avoid but had left him with a cut above his left eye as a result. Knight sensing his chance to finish the fight stepped up his aggression wading forward with big plays that Gracie despite been clearly hurt managed to gut-out as the clock ticked down surviving to live another day.

Entering the championship rounds Knight missed a right hand allowing Gracie to counter with a beautiful double leg into guard with Gracie looking to improve upon his position to no avail as Knight managed to stuff the attempt to pass guard repeatedly leading to a referee standup, once on the feet Knight seemingly off his game this round failed to land a big right hand and was countered into the clinch with Gracie landing a massive uppercut that stunned Knight and sent him stumbling backwards as Gracie continued to unload with a series of strikes that really hurt the challenger, determined to break the clinch and return to his optimal striking distance Knight pushed off and remained evasive trying to regain his composure as Gracie once again charged a successful takedown attempt but was quickly swept by Knight who managed to take the top position. Seeking a guillotine from the bottom Gracie was frustrated as Knight showed great technical skill to defend but determined Gracie tried again this time with Knight found a friend in the time-clock bringing and end to the round this time in favour of the champion Ramon Gracie.

And it's the fifth and final round with Knight throwing an overhand right that lands on Gracie's shoulder, as Gracie tries to avoid the shot moving quickly out of range of a follow-up jab and a wild hook by Knight who was taken by surprise as he moved forward to find Gracie coming back towards him and forcing him into the clinch as both fighters momentum clashed them together and Gracie landed a right uppercut that snapped the head of Knight backwards putting the challenger in serious trouble. Gracie slowing down the pace to ensure Knight had no room to escape by controlling the action looked to once again return the fight to the ground but was unsuccessful with Knight circling out of the clinch as Gracie returned from his knees following a stuffed attempt.

Gracie able to land a nice leg kick that Knight was not expecting looked good in the following exchange of strikes but Knight's world-class striking ability is undeniable as he landed power shot after power shot on the champion raising the crowd in attendance to its feet in expectation of a finish but alas Gracie held firm determined to take the fight to the ground and submit his opponent to the final seconds of the round but failed to make a successful takedown materialise resulting in this one going to the judges. As we wait for the results Gracie looks hopeful but Jed Knights team seem pretty sure they have done enough to take it, the results are coming in now and it's.... A NEW 170lbs Aspire Champion as Jed Knight crowned 46:49, 46:49, 46:49.

Ramon Gracie took to the microphone and stated that he came into the fight with a game plan and he stuck to it hell or high water and tonight was just not his night, he would be back and he thanked the fans for coming out to see him, Jed Knight looked relieved post-fight stating the following; "You are witnessing an era of greatness. Take it in and savour it. You'll remember this forever." as the fan's showed their appreciation for both warriors in tonight's main event.

Winner - Jed Knight by way Unanimous Decision : Fight Rating 41%

185lbs : Cyril Westlake vs Ukko Metso

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/43/43w5.jpg vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/21/21w26.jpg

Age: 33 Age: 30

Height: 185 cm Height: 180 cm

Weight: 190 lbs Weight: 190 lbs

Record: 13-3-0 (LWLWW) Record: 18-5-0 (LWWWW)

Pre:

Ukko Metso best known for his time as the Revolution XC 185lbs champion successful defending his title twice before losing to the final Revolution XC 185lbs and current DFC 185lbs champion Pave Hunt at Revolution XC 16 on the 18th of March 2017 via TKO (Strikes), with an impressive eight (T)KO and eight Submission victories to his name it's clear to see why Ukko Metso has become such a popular figure in MMA in recent years. His opponent Cyril Westlake arrived at Aspire MMA to much fan-fair as the exceptional striker from the Highland Games debuted against now 185lbs champion Harry Winston in what was a number one contendership loss via Submission (Strikes) in the closing seconds of the third and final round, determined now to regain his form and climb his way back to vengeance Westlake will be doing everything in his power to vanquish Ukko Metso and reclaim his place at the top of the division.

Fight:

Opening up with co-main event with a nice head shot Westlake who has spent the last couple of weeks working with his coaches at Rusterman's building up his boxing for this fight looked excellent in the opening exchange before sprawling well to avoid Metso's double leg attempt pushing forward and scoring with a nice jab to the body and stuffing another takedown attempt in the process. Determined to take the fight to the ground Metso dug deep and summoned all his strength to lift Westlake off the ground and fell directly into the former Highland Games mainstays half guard. Content to control the action from the top position Metso looked to waste time as Westlake used the opportunity to regain full guard scouting potential submissions.

Metso looking to land some ground and pound here but Westlake is defending well with the crowd reigning down abuse at Metso for his lack of killer instinct from the top position with the referee forced to eventually reset the action with a stand up much to the pleasure of Westlake who stuffed Metso attempt to return the fight to the canvas following up with a nice counter uppercut before pushing forward with a number of nice strikes that seemed to hurt Metso. Known for his wrestling background Metso again dug deep to score a takedown into Westlake's guard this time looking to use his superior BJJ to overcome Westlake's defences and scoring with a series of nasty looking elbow strikes, failing to land a follow-up elbow strike Westlake was able to use the momentum to roll the position into a reverse with Westlake now sitting in Metso's guard, a dangerous position to be in as Metso immediately went for a guillotine submission attempt but the clock ran out as the judges tallied up their scorecards for Cyril Westlake.

Straight out of the gate Metso shot in for a series of takedown attempts to open the second round with Westlake countering nicely with a quick right hand before stuffing the third in a trilogy of failed takedowns and again countering with a furious right hand, Metso unphased by his predicament continued unrelenting in his attempts to secure a takedown with Westlake using the situation to his advantage pelting his opponent with a big right hand that sent Metso to his desired location, directly to the ground. Despite clearly been rocked by the big hand Metso showed the heart of a champion by immediately staggering back to his feet but the damage had been done with Metso never really able to recover and Westlake picking his shots until finally countering one last takedown attempt with a huge left that leads to Westlake unloading a barrage of punches that forced the referee to intervene ending the fight via TKO (Strikes)

Winner - Cyril Westlake by way TKO (Strikes) : Fight Rating 45%

265lbs : Dimitri Zaitsev vs Keith Bishop

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14510505384712.gif vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14053731473527.jpg

Age: 23 Age: 24

Height: 192 cm Height: 200 cm

Weight: 278 lbs Weight: 250 lbs

Record: 8-1-0 (LWWWW) Record: 8-1-0 (WWLWW)

Pre:

Back in March at Just Bleed 27 Keith Bishop earned the right to challenge for the 265lbs title then held by dominant champion Huell Babineaux and all looked well for the future main event spotlight Bishop was about to receive when Babineaux's management requested to be released from their contractual obligations to part-take in a super fight at Revolution XC 20 against their 265lbs champion Dimitri "One Shot" Zaitsev, after careful consideration the request was granted on the understanding and agreement that Huell Babineaux would return immediately on the 9th of April 2017 following the super-fight to accept a challenge against the now number one contender Keith Bishop, all parties agreed to this and Huell went on to defeat Dimitri via TKO (Strikes) in the very first round and as agreed upon returned to the promotion.

However all was not well as Huell's management subsequently refused to fight Keith Bishop as previously agreed and attempted to secure a contender of their choosing much to the dismay of the Aspire MMA staff who immediately rebuked any such notion and stripped Huell of his title releasing him from his contract and setting tonight's title fight between Revolution XC 265lbs champion Dimitri Zaitsev and the man who earned his place at the table, the number one contender Keith Bishop.

Inspite of his super-fight loss against former champion Huell Babineaux it is clear Dimitri Zaitsev a previously undefeated fighter with an eight-win streak and five successful title defenses during his run with Revolution XC all via (T)KO within the very first round is by in far a legitimate title contender and Aspire MMA is proud to have him fighting for our organisation, as we are Keith Bishop and his management that showed nothing but support and patience during this most frustrating of events.

Tonight we look to crown a new Heavyweight champion of Aspire MMA, who will be the face of the new 265lbs era?

Fight:

This one's for all the marbles folks as Zaitsev moves in with a big right hand that fails to land and Bishop quickly connects with a straight left that Zaitsev immediately responded to with a massive uppercut that Keith narrowly avoided, taking a powerful looking strike to the side of the head blood began to trickle down the side of Bishops head as Zaitsev continued to move forward getting tagged by Bishops receipt in the process as both men began to exchange blows with Zaitsev looking the more aggressive of the two in the early goings with Bishop content to counterstrike with big right's and Zaitsev looking to focus on delivering crippling body shots as the audience in live attendance gave it up for both men as they left no weapon unused in a battle of will and desire, both men looking seriously in pain with every massive strike launched against one another it seemed that while Zaitsev had received significant punishment for his trouble his game-plan was starting to pay off with Bishop visibly gasping for air as a result of the mid-section destruction put on display by Zaitsev.

A pawing jab scores with a straight right that cut Bishop open further with the referee considering a stoppage at this most critical of fights booed audibly by the crowd, boom another strike as Zaitsev continues to apply pressure to the area again opening up the cut above Bishops eye even more before landing a big right hand that sent Bishop tumbling to the canvas, Zaitsev wastes no time in following Bishop to the ground and looked to quickly pass the guard into the mount but fails to land a series of strikes and elbows forcing him to slow down the pace and seek more control of the situation before once again striking with a heavy elbow that left Bishops cut so horrendously damaged that the referee had no choice but to call the doctors into the cage to give medical attention to the spirited Keith Bishop.

And NEW 265lbs champion by way of TKO (Cuts) Dimitri Zaitsev, following the fight Dimitri took to the microphone and expressed his apology to the fan's who wanted to see a war and said this is just how things go sometimes, he hopes Keith will be fine and looks forward to facing him again down the line, he said 265lbs has been soft for awhile now but he hopes he will attract some of the world's best 265lbs fighters to come and challenge him and is happy to be here in Aspire MMA.

265lbs : Jan Mo vs Garrett Reddish

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/22/22w18.jpg vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/32/32w13.jpg

Age: 25 Age: 23

Height: 192 cm Height: 198 cm

Weight: 242 lbs Weight: 250 lbs

Record: 9-0-0 (WWWWW) Record: 8-6-0 (WWLWL)

Pre:

Undefeated Jan Mo has never seen the second round of a professional bout having finished all nine of his opponents to date in the very first round via (T)KO, in fact Jan Mo has only ever been to the second minute of a round on one occasion when he defeated Irvin Ross via KO (Punch) back in October of 2016, since then he has decimated every fighter put infront of him and looks to establish himself as a top contender at Aspire MMA. In his path stands Garrett Reddish a seasoned veteran of the cage having found success in multiple promotions, most recently Revolution XC where he destroyed Michael Campion via TKO (Strikes) at Revolution XC 14 and battled Carlos Calabara to a decision victory at Revolution XC 18, set to return to the cage Reddish relished the chance to be the first man to put the breaks to Jan Mo's hype train.

Fight:

Reddish looking like the more aggressive fighter came out swinging missing with his initial strikes but landing a right hook to the body that stopped Mo in his tracks momentarily before pressing on with a series of straight right hands and feinting a number of leg strikes before landing a nasty sounding inside leg kick and finishing off the action with a stiff jab that left Jan Mo cut above the right eye, Mo taking stock of his situation reset his feet with a little dance maneuver before confidently pressing forward only to receive a shot to the nose that seemed to draw a trickle of blood. Mo landing a nice uppercut that snapped Reddish's head backwards showed he had the power to finish this given the right opportunity a fact not gone unnoticed by Reddish who now seemed more cautious in his approach as Mo landed a number of solid jabs testing Reddish's chin.

Following an exciting period with both men landing significant damage against the other with Reddish getting the slight edge by tenderising Mo's legs with brutality and working consistently to pick apart his opponent from the ground up as Mo continued to show great counter striking with his jab keeping Reddish from coming in too close and securing a clinch for much of the round but by the end of the round it was clear Reddish was getting the better of the overall standup in the eyes of the judges as Jan Mo's cut men went to work.

Like a bat out of hell Mo charged out of his corner with renewed vigor slamming Reddish with a nice shot to the face and dodging an incoming straight right with the reflexes of a cat cracking Reddish with a straight right to the button that really seemed to hurt and following up with a massive left that connected rocking Reddish where he stood, Mo by now hobbling around on his tenderised leg looked for a finish swinging wildly until finally a straight left dropped Reddish to the ground and Mo glad to be getting off his feet proceeded to dive on top of his opponent reigning down bombs as the referee stepped in to put an end to the decimation.

Winner - Jan Mo by way TKO (Strikes) : Fight Rating 72%

265lbs : Bubba Dee vs Theodore Thundercunt

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14528219849906.png vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/1/1w2.jpg

Age: 23 Age: 30

Height: 197 cm Height: 194 cm

Weight: 270 lbs Weight: 245 lbs

Record: 8-4-0 (LLWLW) Record: 16-8-0 (LLWWL)

Pre:

Heavyweight Bubba Dee has never shied away from a challenge having gone to war with Israel Hand at Just Bleed 18 and then Robert Diggs at both Just Bleed 24 and again at Just Bleed 27 performing consistently well regardless of if he succeeded or failed in his endeavours leaving the fans of Aspire MMA clamouring to pay to see this warrior ply his trade in the cage, much can be said for his opponent Theodore Thundercunt who has faced both Odin Thorsen and Dimitri Zaitsev in recent times much to the applause of the fans in attendance putting on a great show whenever he is involved in a fight making him one of the most popular fighters in the scene.

Fight:

Dee closes the distance and pushes Thundercunt back against the cage to kick things off but seeing Thundercunt loading up some big shots decides to push off and circle away narrowly avoiding a big uppercut in the process and countering with a nice jab that put Thundercunt on notice. Landing a vicious looking body shot Dee was taken by surprise as Thundercunt pressed forward into the clinch but was unable to land any significant strikes as Dee took a firm grip of wrist control before once again pushing off to circle away. Yet again Dee found himself pushed up against the cage as Thundercunt darted in but this time Dee unloaded with a massive uppercut that seemed to really hurt his opponent but aggressively Thundercunt responded with a series of strikes of his own that all landed with precision and power leaving Dee breathing heavily and cut from the exchange in what seemed to be the turning point of the round with Thundercunt able to inflict serious punishment for the remainder of the round securing the nod from the judges comfortably.

As was his tactic in the first round Dee rushed his opponent pressing him against the side of the cage before breaking free of his own volition as if to do it only to prove that he could as an ongoing game of cat and mouse began with Thundercunt closing down the cage looking to instigate the clinch on his terms and delivering brutal shots to Dee in the brief moments he was able to secure it with Dee remaining every elusive forcing an exchange and then withdrawing before again trading with Thundercunt who by now was seriously depleted looking visibly tired from all the action so far, Dee sensing his moment was near countered Thundercunt with a crisp one-two that dropped the exhausted Revolution XC mainstay and left him rocked walking directly into a perfectly timed right hook that put him out cold on his feet to the roar of the crowd.

Winner - Bubba Dee by way KO (Punch) : Fight Rating 64%

205lbs : Peter Solberg vs Asmund Sykk

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/38/38w20.jpg vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/5/5b13.jpg

Height: 182 cm Height: 187 cm

Weight: 215 lbs Weight: 205 lbs

Record: 14-6-1 (LWLWL) Record: 6-3-0 (LLWWW)

Pre:

In a battle of redemption we see Peter Solberg direct off his KO (Punch) loss to top contender Valentin Skovgaard at Just Bleed 31 facing off against debuting Asmund Sykk himself coming off a defeat at the hands of Tafari Mengestu via unanimous decision at DFC Las Vegas 54 with both men possessing quality striking ability and BJJ Brown belts the question remains if Sykk's significant wrestling edge will prove the difference maker or if Solbergs tenure as one of the most creative veterans at 205lbs will signal his path to victory.

Fight:

Sykk opens up with a leg kick that's quickly countered by a nice stiff right hand by Solberg as the fighters begin to trade blows with Sykk connected with a cross followed up by a nice overhand right as he continued to close down the distance looking to instigate a clinch, Solberg looking to keep the fire on the outside continued to remain elusive moving out of range counter striking as he retreated. Solberg with a nice right hand counter, and another that cracks his opponent right on the button as Sykk's continues to lead forward until eventually briefly securing the clinch pushing Solberg up against the cage and landing a series of nice uppercuts that snapped Solberg's head backwards as Sykk's looked really dominate from this position only to have his corner strangely call for him to abandon it and focus on pressing the punishment elsewhere as Solberg now back on the outside continued to land his counter strikes with significant force, closing out a close round for Asmund Sykk.

The second round having unfolded in much the same manner as the first would be quickly forgotten by all in attendance due to the excitement that was the third round with Solberg coming out a changed man landing aggressive head shots and devastating leg kicks that really put Sykk's on the back-foot as Solberg completely turned the tables and proceeded to stalk Sykks down with vicious intent, sensing the danger Sykk's looked to step up his defensive game and retaliated to failed leg strike with a nasty jab to the nose of Solberg that gushed with blood immediately clearly affecting his ability to breath and following up with a nasty kick to the side of Solberg's head rocking him on the spot, cheers from the live audience as Sykk's continued to decimate Solberg's crumbling defenses for the remainder of the round.

Winner - Asmund Sykk by way Unanimous Decision : Fight Rating 65%

145lbs : Mads Nordskov vs Svensk Triacylglcerol

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/20/20w1.jpg vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14019306385095.png

Age: 23 Age: 22

Height: 171 cm Height: 150 cm

Weight: 138 lbs Weight: 142 lbs

Record: 6-1-0 (WWWWL) Record: 4-1-0 (WLWWW)

Pre:

Consistent performer Mads Nordskov is on a four-fight win streak most recently defeating Yuki Shojo via TKO (Strikes) at Just Bleed 29 back in March of 2017 with only a single career loss via decision in December of 2016 his advanced wrestling skills and lethal leg strikes are his primary attributes while his striking has developed significantly over the last couple of months with the fighter overall becoming a complete MMA package much to the delight of his trainers at the IMMA Gym of Elite based out of Helsinki. World-class striker Svensk Triacylglycerol fresh of his TKO (Strikes) victory over Brent Burns will be looking to finish this fight early and decisively having dominated all but one of his opponents in the very first round with his only career loss been a decision at Just Bleed 26 to Takeshi Hashimoto.

Fight:

Svensk dips down and scores with a jab to the body and follows up with another as Nordskov returned fire with a big right hand that cracked his opponent and sent him stumbling back into the cage, pressing forward into the fray Nordskov was quickly grasped by Svensk into the clinch and pushed up against the cage as Swedish monster tried to lay waste to Nordskov with a torrent of nasty shots that seemed to land at least some of the time with Nordskov swinging a wild uppercut that missed before landing a nice right to the head that left Svensk looking to take the fight back out of the clinch at the earliest of opportunities.

During the following melee often times Svensk looked like the more aggressive standout throwing hard body shots and wild lefts that while keeping him active in the eyes of the judges did not seem to do significant damage to his opponent, still keeping the crowd engaged in the action as Svensk continued to score well on points Nordskov seemed more tactical picking his shots with power against targets of opportunity while pacing himself with solid defense against the ongoing barrage, seeing out the round in favour of Svensk but at a significant cost to his stamina.

Coming out for the second round Svensk looked to land a swinging hook to the body but Nordskov was quick to move out of range before darting in to counter with a crisp hook to the side of the head of Svensk that left him stunned, Nordskov closing the distance as he weaved past Svensk's jab to unload with a thunderous uppercut that left Svensk rocked and undefensive as Nordskov landed a picture perfect right hand that knocked him out cold.
