jefframrod Posted August 27, 2019 Report Share Posted August 27, 2019 Yeah as much of a pain as it may seem, releasing from one org and offering a contract from the other is the way to do it. Keep managers in the loop and it should be fine. You may lose a few fighters if other orgs see them as free agents but as long as you act quickly and offer deals as soon as they are released then the impact should be minimal.
