KONFLIKT FC I

http://www.mmatycoon.com/images/posters/1520788879ahJoLS3.gif

The Mecca of MMA (VEGAS BABY), will be the site as KONFLIKT FC I takes place in front of a ravenous and blood thirsty crowd of 400 screaming lunatics J at the Micro Arena.

Here is a preview of the fights by: Noah Liamson

Fight 1

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/34/34w5.jpg (0-0) Asian Chinaman vs. Shawn Rios (0-2) http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/13/13w18.jpg

FIGHT STATS

Chinaman comes to us from Korea.... very surprising last name for a Korean man hmm... Whatever. Chinaman making his pro debut; a balanced fighter with a slight focus on stand up skills. Rios from Germany?.... well anyway Rios 0-2 is primarily a Boxer/Wrestler. This should be the perfect fight to start the night off. Rios is determined to get in that win column. Meanwhile, Chinaman from KOREA... will be entering his first pro fight, doesn't get much more motivating then that folks.

Ryan11p Prediction:
Rios gets the monkey off his back and gets the W. I see Rios dominating both the stand up and ground game. It should be an action packed fight with Rios getting the TKO in the middle of the 2nd round.

FIGHT 2

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/1/1w10.jpg (2-1) Damien Alvarez vs. Billy Marven (0-1) http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/19/19b2.jpg

FIGHT STATS

Two young fighters new to KONFLIKT each trying to make a name for themselves in a new organization. What could be better than that? Alvarez has a 2-1 record relying on his Wrestling skills, lets see if he can continue that streak and get the W again. Marven is a Boxing and Muay Thai specialist coming into the fight with a lackluster 0-1 record. The big questions here is, can he keep the fight on the feet and beat down the wrestler?

Ryan11p Prediction:
Alvarez's wrestling is too much and he controls the fight and wins by Unanimous Decision.

FIGHT 3

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/26/26w4.jpg (0-0) Hank Hillbilly vs. Jack Johnson (1-1) http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/4/4w19.jpg

FIGHT STATS

This fight is the battle of the names. Hank "The Tank" Hillbilly seems like a cross between the awesome "Old School" character played by Will Ferrell mixed with 80's WWF Hillbilly Jim. Great name! But can he fight? Jack Johnson pretty simple nothing special.... oh wait Jack Johnson the Hawaiian Grammy award winning singer? or Jack Johnson the first African American World Heavyweight Boxing Champion which he accomplished in 1908, either way good name. Johnson gets the striking and BJJ advantage, while Hillbilly is the better Wrestler. Most the stats are close so this should a great fight.

Ryan11p Prediction:
Hillbilly uses the better wrestling and get the W via Decision.

FIGHT 4

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/32/32w7.jpg (0-0) Rowche Rumble vs. Liam Avery (0-1) http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/29/29w4.jpg

FIGHT STATS

Battle of two Wrestlers in this one! Rumble making his pro debut while Avery is coming of a decision loss in his debut. Both fighters are primarily Wrestlers but overall Rumble has the more experience on the mat. What Avery gives up on the ground he more than makes up with on his feet coming in with better Boxing and Muay Thai compared to useless. Can Rumble use superior Wrestling to control the fight? Can Avery utilize the standup advantage? At the end of the day both of these fighters are looking to prove themselves!

Ryan11p Prediction: Avery is my fighter so due to bias NO PREDICTION.

FIGHT 5

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/2/2w3.jpg (1-0) Greyson Veto vs. Pjotr Plumbowicz (0-0) http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/12/12w2.jpg

FIGHT STATS

Veto the purple haired wonder with his sick Muay Thai skills is looking to add another head to the trophy case. Plumbowicz is making his pro debut bringing with him a legitimate Wrestling and BJJ advantage. Can Pumbowicz get this fight to the ground without getting his head kneed, kicked, or elbowed off? Can Veto keep it standing and avoid having a broken limb or getting choked out? We find out at KONFLIKT FC I.

Ryan11p Prediction:
Veto TKO round 1! Veto the Purple haired wonder kicks, knees, and elbows his way to a 2nd straight TKO victory.

FIGHT 6

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/34/34b9.jpg (0-0) Bubba Drew vs Xavier Frost (1-0) http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14838902262382.jpg

FIGHT STATS

In this Light Heavyweight bout, KONFLIKT brings us another incredible match up of veteran managers paired with new fighters! Drew vs. Frost is a battle pitting two fresh faced warriors backed by two top tier managers in Chris Karter and !!Boomerang!! . Drew making his pro debut takes a slight advantage in Boxing and BJJ on paper. Frost on the other hand will have the Wrestling and Muay Thai advantage and brings a 1-0 record to the fight. This one should be highly contested fight and I for one expect fireworks.

Ryan11p Prediction:
Frost gets the W and wins both the stand up and ground game.
Frost ends this one in the 2nd round by TKO!

FIGHT 7

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14956913052032.png (0-0) Pierre Zoro vs. Ethan Glover (0-0) http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/43/43w13.jpg

FIGHT STATS

Fresh blood in KONFLIKT as both fighters are making their pro debuts. Once again though, on the flip side of the inexperience both fighter have seasoned managers at the helm. This fight could steal the show as both fighters are evenly matched. Glover holds the biggest advantage with his Wrestlig prowess. Zoro is very middle of the road stat wise but does have the striking advantage in this one. This may be my personal favorite fight of the night! Two veteran managers facing off head to head with two new fighters great stuff from KONFLIKT.

Ryan11p Prediction:
With a week of training to go, and both managers being high level I'm gonna say Glover closes the striking gap and is able to utilize the wrestling advantage. Glover by Unanimous Decision.

FIGHT 8

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/14/14w7.jpg (1-0) Melko Murkula vs. Kan Harvey (0-0) http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/1/1b16.jpg

FIGHT STATS

Classic striker vs wrestler in this one! Murkula comes into the cage 1-0 bringing his Muay Thai skills as well as the height advantage. Harvey is making his professional debut. He has good wrestling and boxing stats on paper, strongly paired with a BJJ blue belt. This fight will again come down to what each fighter is hiding under the table with secondary stats. Lots of questions! Will Murkula's Muay Thai be too much? Can Harvey use boxing mixed with wrestling to dictate the pace?

Ryan11p Prediction:
Murkula's Muay Thai will prove to be too much. Harvey won't have time to get the wrestling involved. Harvey will board the Knockout Train late in the 1st round.

CO MAIN EVENT

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/17/17w7.jpg (1-0) Brian Scott vs. Leo Cooper (1-0) http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/35/35b17.jpg

FIGHT STATS

KONFLIKT bringing the heat in another battle of undefeated fighters! This matchup is very close on paper and has plenty of intriguing factors. Scott has the BJJ brown belt, but will that be enough? Cooper brings better boxing and wrestling with a BJJ blue belt to the table. This Co-Main event is looking like a serious battle of control. Striker vs BJJ cannot wait to see which fighter wants its more.

Ryan11p Prediction:
I'm giving Leo Cooper the nod here. I believe his boxing is too strong and he has just enough to not only keep the fight standing but defend the ground attack. Let’s go Cooper by TKO in the 2nd round.

MAIN EVENT

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/21/21b4.jpg (1-0) Aaron Aalto vs. Joel Nielson (3-0) http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/17/17w4.jpg

FIGHT STATS

In our main event Somebody's 0 has Got to Go!! Aalto at 1-0 and Nielson at 3-0 this is sure to be a clash of hungry fighters. Which one wants it more? Both fighters will lean on their boxing skills to establish control. Nielson is a decent boxer, but Alato seems to have hung around quite a few boxing gyms. Aalto will be slinging leather with the nod in boxing and most likely reach. Nielson will need to bring his superior wrestling skills into play. This fight WILL come down to the secondary stats; who's stronger? who's in better shape? Either way it's a fantastic main event.

Ryan11p Prediction:
I believe Joel "Hulk" Nielson is able to hang tough vs Aalto's boxing and utilize his wrestling to win the fight. I'm gonna say Nielson by Unanimous Decision.

KONFLIKT I REVIEW

http://www.mmatycoon.com/images/posters/1520788879ahJoLS3.gif

UNDERCARD

Asian Chinaman defeated Shawn Rios – Submission (kimura) 1 4:23 SUB OF THE NIGHT
Damien Alvarez defeated Billy Marven – Submission (triangle) 1 1:56
Hank Hillbilly defeated Jacl Johnson – TKO (strikes) 1 0:55 KO OF THE NIGHT
Liam Avery defeated Rowche Rumble – Decision (unanimous) 3 5:00
Pjotr Plumbowicz defeated Greyson Veto – Submission (armbar) 1 1:31

MAIN CARD

(0-0) Bubba Drew vs Xavier Frost (1-0)

First fight on the main card is one that is almost nine years in the making. When Bubba Drew stood silently in front of a feverish pacing and amped up Xavier Frost; not only did it mark the first time he’s been inside the cage, but it also marked the first time in nine years of playing this game that either manager had faced each other. Boomerang!! and Chris Karter finally faced off and Boomerang!! can now proclaim the edge in this long coming rivalry. Frost used those powder kegs in his hands to drop Drew early on, but Drew was not out. He managed to land a takedown and sent Frost gazing at the stars with some crisp ground and pound. Rounds 2 and 3 saw Drew continuously secure the takedown and grind out the easy decision victory.

(0-0) Pierre Zoro vs. Ethan Glover (0-0)

The second main card fight saw another two warriors entering the cage for their first foray into action. Neither Pierre Zoro nor Ethan Glover will be getting fitted for any golden gloves soon. These boys spend most of their life on the mat and that’s where the majority of this fight took place. Many in attendance wre confused thinking they purchased tickets to the ADCC instead of KONFLIKT I. In the end ot was Zoro that showed enough technique to secure the split decision.

(1-0) Melko Murkula vs. Kan Harvey (0-0)

Ground fighting seemed to be the theme for the evening as Melko Merkula and Ken Harvey squared off inside the cage. Another 15 minutes of mostly grappling was on display for the audience. Murkula did try a bit of mixing up on the feet, but usually found himself on the receiving end of Harvey’s spammed takedowns. Murkula outlasted the submission attempts and did enough on his feet to earn the decision victory.

(1-0) Brian Scott vs. Leo Cooper (1-0)

In the co main event, Brian Scott and Leo Cooper looked to add the first blemish to their opponent’s unbeaten record. The crowd erupted when Eye of the Tiger blasted from the speakers as Cooper made his way to the cage. The dance to the cage took longer than Cooper took to change Scott’s 1-0 to 1-1. After Cooper secured the takedown, Scott got busy on his back trying to lock in a quick submissions. A momentary lapse in judgment was all it took for Cooper to capitalize landing a brutal elbow and putting Scott on Queer Street. A few more solid shots was all it took for Cooper to put the finishing touches on Scott and improve his record to 2-0.

(1-0) Aaron Aalto vs. Joel Nielson (3-0) - FIGHT OF THE NIGHT

The lights in the arena dimmed low as Metallica’s Enter Sandman rocked the air as Joel Nielson made his way to the cage. His opponent tonight, Finland’s Aaron Aalto. Alto is well know around the top boxing gyms in Finland. His quick speed and heavy handed style have caused many problems for opponents. Nielson came into the match with more time in the cage and an impressive 3-0 record. The experience and record meant nothing in this match as Aalto used his superior boxing to pick apart Nielson while he went on to attempt 25 take downs. This one was easy for the judges to call awarding the unanimous decision to Aalto keeping his record perfect.

All in all it was a great night of fights and a small sample of all the future great matches to come.

"I see how it is. I knock out the boss' boy and not only do I not get my deserved POTN bonus, but you also happen to just gloss over the Bound for Konflict RD 1 show on your write up.

Well, that's fine with me. You can ignore me all you want, rig the tourney to put me up against the toughest guys, and cheat me out of my bonus money.

All that matters to me is winning that belt and proving I'm the baddest dude around and nothing, not even the boss, is going to stop me!".

King_Bracket_145_lbs.jpg

http://www.mmatycoon.com/images/company/logo/1520509781toeGhXy.gif

The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.

Martin Luther King, Jr.

king-leonidas-the-battle-of-thermopylae-

It takes a King to know a KING! This weekend marked the first moments of discomfort, inconvenience, and challenge for our warriors embarking on their quest to become the inaugural KONFLIKT KING!

Wild Bob’s Bar brought in extra staff and security to handle the more than capacity crowd that descended onto the venue. 750 screaming MMA fans inside, with nearly another 2000 outside clamoring to get in. Guess we need some bigger arenas.

The crowd gathered to witness greatness in the making. Round One of the 145lb KONFLIKT KING Tournament.

Match 1 –

Power Shark - "Maloliente" El Toro Caca (330895)
vs
Marcus Shakovsky -
Hoddy McNeal (330903)

Interesting matchup of managers as Marcus “Shako” Shakovsky takes on the Power Shark. Is there blood in the water? As for the fighters; El Toro Caca came into this one hoping his advantage in Muay Tai would help him finish smelling like roses instead of once again the Poo Poo platter that he was named. Hoddy Mcneal brought a bit more of a balanced style into the fight and used that as an advantage while working the crap out of Caca. Mcneal released a continuous barrage of punches throughout the fight and Caca couldn’t do shit about it. Easy unanimous decision victory and advancing one step closer to the crown.

Match 2 –

Professor Gutz - Ogre King (331024)

vs
Northern Ninjas -
Biskane "Big Bear" Garnot (330885)

Battle of two top 100 managers as the somewhat in touch, but out of reach Northern Ninjas takes on the most ripped gorilla in the jungle, Professor Gutz. Both Ogre King and Biskane “Big Bear” Garnot made their debuts in the cage this evening and waged war to take the next step towards being crowned KING. Strategy is everything, and while Gutz’s strategy was not entertaining, it was effective enough to have Ogre King move on. Ogre King used his amazing wrestling skills to takedown Big Bear at will and grind him into a bloody pulp. Big Bear may need to hibernate after that beating. We hope to see him back one day to display his stand up skills. Ogre King moves on and looks to add another crown to his head.

Match 3 –

Captain Spaulding - Carl "Coral" Watts (330878)

vs
Mickey Hart -
Joe "Hillbilly" Jennings (331663)

Carl Watts and Joe Jennings squared off in opening round action and this fight did not disappoint. Watts made his debut at the historic BFF 1, winning a decision victory. He looked to carry that momentum into his quest to be KING. Jennings splits his time between roping calves and hog tying MMA fighters. After a 4th place finish in this year’s Unleash the Beast Series, Jennings hung up the spurs and focused 100% on his human grappling skills. This switch in focus resulted in a quick armbar victory not far into the first round. Jennings looks to be a tough task for any man or animal to handle.

Match 4 –

Samuel Sinking - Justin Burrows (330914)

vs

Joe Kingpin - Kaito Kazuma (330892)

The next opening round match featured a standup fighter taking on a wrestler. Justin Burrows has been known to shoot his mouth off at the wrong time and it catching up to him. People are still talking about the press conference comments he made regarding Kazuma’s grandparents being glow plugs from the radiation they received during the Hiroshima bombing. Disrespecting Kazuma’s heritage an honor was a mistake Burrows could not recover from. Whil holding a sizable wresting advantage, Burrows decided to trade shots with the slick Muay Thai practitioner…not a good strategy. Kazuma picked apart the weak defense of Burrows. A nasty liver punch sent Burrows to one knee and it was only a matter of time before Kazuma avenged his elsders and easily dispatched Burrows to win KOTN and advance a step closer to being crowned KING.

Match 5 –

Peter Dry - Eric Drenthe (330886)

vs
Klatz Matz -
Koby Horder (330823)

This opening match sees a skilled Muay Thai striker battle against a Division II wrestling champion. Eric Drenthe spent quite a bit of time sparring and training over in Thailand leading up to this bout. He hoped his improved 8 limb skills would be enough to stop the tough and grinding style of Koby Horder. Horder focused his training on the mat and used those skills to dominate positions quickly earning him a highly contested buzzer beating first round submission victory. Horder’s ground prowess could make him tough to handle in the later rounds of the tourney.

Match 6 –

Thor HGH – Some Dude (330948)
vs
Johnny Karate -
Power Nine (330877)

Two fighters coming of KO victories in their debut test fight’s looked to add another KO to their record as they attempt advancing closer to the crown. Some Dude sauntered to the cage sipping a strange white cloudy mixture in his water bottle and filling the arena with a pungent yet aromatic sent similar to that of a skunk. As the ref explained his instructions, Dude let out a giant belch in the face of his opponent, Power Nine. This burp seemed to stun Nine and immediately knock him off his game. Nine staggered around the cage and felt his best strategy was to get a hold of the Dude and try to work in the clinch. Dude took advantage of Nine’s disoriented demeanor ad laid his soft, sweaty body against him controlling most of the action against the cage. In the end, the Dude grinded out the decision victory and advanced to the next round. Post fight, Some Dude stared into the camera and said 'Fuck yeah!'; to show his excitement for moving on.

Match 7 –

Peter Daan Mostert - Terry "The Tiger" McCallum (331346)
vs

Gary Coffey - Skip Halo (330929)

Terry “The Tiger” McCallum roared into the tournament against his first round foe, Skip Halo. Mccalum, who is already a champion in his mind, didn’t break a sweat and needed a mere twenty nine seconds advance in the tourney. Halo shot in for a takedown on the Tiger and immediately regretted that decision. The quick submission victory earned The Tiger the SOTN Bonus and advancement to the next round. When asked how he likes securing triangle victories, the Tiger’s response was, “They’re GREEEEEEAAAAAATTTTTT!!!!!!

Match 8 –

Fuel4 Hatered - Frank Gallows (331140)
vs

Maffa C - Nathaniel Fredo (331046)

Two creations unleashed for the first time in this one. Frank Gallows wins the award for best mean mugging at a weigh in stare down. Unfortunately for him, having a sick grill doesn’t mean youre going to win. Gallow continuously looked to clinch up with Nathaniel Fredo and use his dirty boxing. While locked up, Fredo was able to pull guard and dragged Gallows to the deep end of the pool. In the end, it was Frank swinging from the gallows by way of a triangle submission. Fredo moves on and will look to take his great ground skills all the way to the crown.

Emmanuel Cisse vs Chizzled Abs

The Co Main Event saw another two fighter’s debut as Emmanuel Cisse looked to use his stellar wresting to best the former male model and shredded STUD, Chizzled Abs. Not sure if Abs will have many modeling gigs after this fight. Cisse quickly closed the distance and brought this fight down to his neck of the woods. He used his wrestling advantage to smother Abs and deliver nonstop relentless punishment all fight. The look on Abs face was one of pure helplessness. He could do nothing but absorb the onslaught of over 100 punches. Easy decision victory for Cisse who looks to make a name for himself in the Bantamweight division.

Dragon Chan vs Nick Diaz

The other non-tournament fight featured Muay Thai specialist, Dragon Chan taking on well-rounded MMA fighter, Nick Diaz. These two boys went to WAR!! These fighters embodies what KONFLIKT is all about…lace em up and let em fly. The gladiators treated the crowd to a great standup battle of punches and kicks throughout the entire fight. The Arena was rocking as neither fighter backed down for dishing it out or taking it. In the end Chan’s superior Muay Thai was the difference earning him the win, but both fighters performance earned them the FOTN Award.

The round one battles are over. The carnage has been laid to waste and the victors continue on their quest. Which of these exciting warriors will take the next step on their path to wearing the crown jewels of KONFLIKT? Check back in on Round 2.

Get Ready for KONFLIKT.

The crowd gathered to witness greatness in the making. Round One of the 205lb KONFLIKT KING Tournament.

Match 1 –

Lucky Lefty - John C Reilly (330995)
vs
FueL4Hatered - "Woop Woop" Pain Train (331141)

First stop for the 205lb KING Tournament saw avid outdoorsman, Pain Train take on the clasping clincher, John C. Reilly. “Woop Woop” did not have much to toot his horn about in this one. Reilly immediately moved this battle into clinch and looked to take the steam out of Train. Train looked to use some slick sub skills to pull out a victory, but Reilly thwarted all opportunities. The final bell signaled the end of the line for Pain Train. Reilly continues on the track to earn the Crown.

Match 2 –

Captain Spaulding - Hiroaki Hidaka (330882)
vs
Bjorn O'Donnel
- Vinicius "Gorilla" Assuncao (330908)

Vinicius Assuncao had the audience wondering what his style of fighting was. He entered the cage with an entourage of people decked out in full GI’s. They all had their hands on the forward man’s shoulders and came to the cage ala the signature Gracie entrance. Many fans laughed as Assuncao leaped into the cage wearing a freshly opened white GI and unblemished White Belt. Maybe Assuncao was working some mind games for his opponent, Hiroaki Hidaka. Hidaka was having none of it, he quickly picked apart Assuncao with some crisp jabs and landed a crushing over hand right to turn out the lights. KOTN Bonus was in order for Hidaka, as well as a spot in the next round of the tourney. The dynamite in those hands may take this warrior far.

Match 3 –

Kyle Moore - Fergal Deville (330887)
vs
S_U_P_R_E_M_O - Rei Steinberg (330906)

During weigh-ins, both Fergal Deville and Rei Steinberg agreed to make this fight a standup war. Come Saturday night, they did not disappoint. This two gladiators came out winging bombs back and forth looking to literally slap a FAT stamp on their ticket to the next round. When the dust settled it was Steinberg that survived the war of attrition after only 2:54 of round one. While the stoppage was quick in some eyes, it looked to be not far off for Deville. Only one fighter moves on, but both should their warrior spirit in this one and earned FOTN Bonus honors.

Match 4 –

Gary Coffey - Thor Halo (330933)
vs
Marcus Shakovsky
- Cornelius "Crash" Burns (330911)

Two European fighters debuted in the KONFLIKT cage looking to become the first KING crowned. Thor Halo hails from da Boot and brings with him some remarkable Muay Thai skills. Halo honed his excellent kicks playing soccer in the streets of Rome. He may need to refocus that training though, as he was handled quite easily in this one. France’s Cornelius Burns put on a boxing clinic in this opening round match landing almost 80% of his punches. His crisp jabs and bodywork made it easy for the judges to award him the win and advancement on his journey.

Match 5 –

Phil Hux - Atsushi Satoshi (330890)
vs
Scotty JoeC -
Axel "Raging Bull" Rampage (330880)

This match featured two amazing grapplers taking the cage to see which would be able to force their will and style on the other. Atsushi Satoshi spent many a day’s squaring off against his older brother and aspiring Yokozuna, HiLo Satoshi. He trained mostly in the arts of Sumo and looked to use that style to advance easily in the tournament. Axel Rampage rides bulls in his spare time and combines those nerves of steel with his skills as a highly acclaimed Division II wrestler to wreak havoc on opponents in the cage. Rampage went on a rampage; quickly dragging Satoshi to the ground and pummeling his face until the ref mercifully stepped in. Rampage rages on to the next round and looks to Bull his way to the Crown.

Match 6 –

Laz Staz - "Action" Jack Shawn (330893)
vs
Klatz Matz -
Robert Kortig (331017)

After securing a decision victory in the underground Grady’s Fights Organization, “Action” Jack Shawn brought his wrestling skills to KONFLIKT to start his quest to be KING. Robert Kortig comes to the KONFLIKT cage sporting a recent 2016 Brandenburg Cup Youth Boxing Title given by the Deutscher Boxsport-Verband, He put that outstanding fisticuffs skill on display, especially the dirty style, en route to an easy first round TKO stoppage. Kortig will look to carry that nasty boxing to the next rounds of the KING tourney.

Match 7 –

Alfred Winterbottom II - Santiago Costa (330866)
vs
Stu Mack -
Sean Flynn (330934)

A battle between two ground fighters possessing solid chins means no KO’s to be found in this one. Sean Flynn brings his hooligan ground style in from his native island of Ireland to face off against Santiago Costa and his smothering Spanish Armada wrestling style. The majority of this bout took place on the ground (go figure) with Flynn sneaking in some nice dominating positions and quick punches while Costa flopped around like a dead fish trying to secure a submission every step of the way. Flynn did enough in the end to earn the decision and take one step closer on the path towards the Crown.

Match 8 –

Ibrahaim Camara - Caitlyn Jenner (330869)
vs
Rei Rei -
Levi Van Der Berg (330996)

Hailing from the famed Mike’s Gym in the Netherlands, Levi Van Der Berg brings his brash Muay Thai style and devastating good looks into the KONFLIKT cage. Van Der Berg looked to unleash a hate crime on Caitlyn Jenner and easily move into the next round. Jenner, had other plans. Wanting nothing to do with Van Der Berg’s standup skills; Jenner quickly pulled guard and locked in a tight arm bar. The slick submission earned “shim” SOTN Bonus honors. Jenner moves on looking to add the Crown or maybe a Tiara in the future.

KONFLIKT MATCH

Lamont Banner vs. George Lopez

One of the two non-tournament fights on the card saw Muay Thai ace, Lamont Banner take on BJJ Blue Belt, George Lopez. Rumor has it Banner’s corner told him “Fuck it, go out there and see how it goes”; and he produced with an amazing, sub one minute TKO victory. One punch is all it took for Banner to deport Lopez out of the KONFLIKT win bracket. Banner will look to take that wild style and power punching into his next matchup. For Lopez, more training before coming back to make his mark.

Main Event

Chew Kok vs. Hugh Stone

The Main Event of the night featured two power punching middleweights as Chew Kok squared off against Hue Stone. With all the battles waging this evening, this was one the crowd really wanted to see. They knew the dynamite possessed in these warriors hands and they knew someone was taking a nap before this one ended. Kok wasted no time getting this fight into the clinch and leaned on heavy and accurate shots to crumble Stone. Stone looked to get the fight to the ground, but ultimately fell in battle as Kok caught him with a nasty short hook. The middleweight division stood up and took notice of this dominant performance. We look forward to seeing both in action again soon.

Buddy Barnett: My fight with Tommy Robinson tonight is the real semi-finals fight instead of the quarter-finals. Either one of us will beat the the winner out of Jimmy Rage and Dab Calharran. So people stay tuned for our fight it is one you own't want to miss. And we both know exactly the game plan of the other. He is looking to stand at cut through me like a knife through butter and I'm looking to take the fight to him on the canvas. Last guy was tapping from strikes. No doubt about it if this fight is on the feet it's Robinson's fight and if it hits the ground once it ends that round.

Buddy Barnett: I'm just a moonwalking, comic book reading, fun guy, but i can fight. Going to the semi-finals. Then the finals.
