I bought them for my fighters and distributed them, but how do I get them to take them? Or do they do that automatically? Also, somewhat connected: I bought them new clothes, but they're still in transit. How long are they in transit for typically? Thanks for any and all help!

I have read that you should do this or that when a fighter's energy reaches 75, 90, etc. But I can only see a bar with no numerical value. How can I find the numerical value for a fighter's current energy? Also, how can I see if they're advancing in their training?
