CEC INVASION PREVIEW, brought to you by our new writer Brother Hec.

Claymore Elite Combat is set for an absolute explosion of a night when both the heavyweight and middleweight championship titles are on the line in this fascinating event! When North Star Combat closed its doors they sent over a couple of their champions. CEC is thus experiencing an invasion of top class talent. This is an event that will be written in the history books!

Two current top ten pound for pound heavy-weights will go to war when the current North Star Heavyweight Champion Johnny “the Cyborg” Bizihwaeile collides with the current Claymore Elite Combat Heavyweight Champion “The Cuckhold” Richard Kuklinsky in a fight that is not expected to go past the second round.

Before the main event of the Invasion we have The middleweight title fight that sees recent crowned champion Arjan Bhullar defend his belt against the knockout artist and former NSC middleweight champion Pave Hunt!

This preview will cover the top five fights of the evening. You can expect a prediction as well as a little background information for each fighter.

Fight: Solomon Khan versus Harry Winston 205 lbs

Former champion and fan favourite Soloman Khan has just experienced two back to back losses on his martial arts resume. The Thirty-Six year old German had defended his title three times successfully before suffering a hellacious head kick knockout from current Light Heavyweight Champ, Bryer McGuire. On his return to the squared circle just one month later he was viciously stopped from current number one contender, Hector Stefan. As fate would have it, Harry Winston has been recognized as a more complete an aggressive fighter coming back and knocking out his last two opponents in spectacular fashion. Under his new management Winston didn’t receive the best possible scoring from judges decisions but one thing has been clear, the thirty year old son of anarchy is aiming to shock the world by stopping the former champion. Although it is speculated due to Soloman’s experience in the octagon he should be able to easily handle the thirty year old from Charming. Others seem to see a certain spark emit from the young fighter and worry that Khan is focused more on getting his belt back in the future than current opponent in Harry Winston.

Prediction: The fight will turn to an aggressive boxing match where Winston will in fact shock the world late in the first round and put his name in title contention.

Fight: Bessarion Alexius versus Polliisi Partio 170 lbs

On September 12th the mma world was left in shock and awe as former NSC Welterweight champion Bessarion Alexius left his org to sign with Claymore Elite Combat. To the surprise of so many the excitement grew wild. Questions arose as to whether or not Alexius would be able to compete in the CEC Welterweight division and if he did, how would he fare? The former NSC champion has not been defeated in his last eleven bouts and won ten of those. His first fight in the CEC will be against Finish fan favourite Polliisi Partio! Partio has been quite vocal and not known to hold his thoughts back. Recently we caught up with a sparring partner for Partio who simply said, “He is ready.” When comparing the two fighters it is quite evident that Partio is a much younger fighter who is still growing. Many expect Partio to be at the top of the game by the time his career is over. The biggest question going into this match up is easily, are both of these fighers ready for this fight? It was just two weeks ago since there last fight and they are already moving towards this battle. One has to wonder if there is going to be a lack of preparation going into this fight for either fighter. Regardless we can expect a collision as these two will lay it all on the line.

Prediction: Bessarion Alexius will show his experience and why he was the NSC champion for so long by winning this fight on all the judges score cards.

Fight: Koba Wyatt versus Heavy Rain 265 lbs

In a fight many expect to end within the first round you have two terrifying heavyweights who are going to swing for the fences. This bout has the former Heavyweight champion of CEC trying to get back into title contention but to do so he will be going against the exciting knockout artist in Koba Wyatt. When this fight is analyzed on paper there are several things to note, Rain has not had the best of luck in his performances as of late suffering two vicious knockouts in his last three fights. Koba on the other hand has five phenomenal knockouts against some of the CEC elite. When putting Koba against Heavy Rain the only common opponent they have had is Ueda Umanouke who fared pretty well against Heavy Rain going to a decision. When Ueda fought Koba the fight was brought to an immediate end when Koba landed a stunning knockout punch in the second round. When these two gorillas go out to put their name in the spotlight fans can expect violence and fans can expect a knockout.

Prediction: Koba Wyatt comes out and puts Heavy Rain to sleep early.

Fight: Arjan Bhullar versus Pave Hunt 185lbs Title

When middleweight champion Arjan Bhullar and former NSC champion Pave Hunt go head to head for the CEC belt fans will expect an absolute brawl. These two spectacular strikers are known for putting on a show and leaving fans feeling as though they got their money's worth. Four time knockout of the night winner Bhullar does not expect Pave to stop him and the real danger is that the challenger will outscore him. Bhullar, who originally started his career at heavyweight decided to move light heavyweight until finally settling at the middleweight division. Pave Hunt has a similar story except his is one of starting at light heavyweight and going down to the welterweight division until finally resting at the middleweight division. This is the type of fight were you will see a lot of strength meets speed. It has been quite obvious to most CEC fans that Bhullar is going to shoot in for that takedown while many Hunt supporters expect a flashy and stunning knockout from Hunt. The key between this matchup is understanding the major difference between these two fighters, that primarily is one Hunt will look to keep the fight standing and Bhullar will look to close the gap and solidify a takedown. The question I keep coming back to is easily, does Bhullar have any weaknesses in this fight in comparison to Hunt. On paper, I don't think so. In reality when these two get locked in the cage I believe most fans will be surprised by the outcome of this match. Prediction: Pave Hunt connects with a Head Kick that leads to TKO strikes ending Arjan Bhullars title reign.

Fight: Richard Kukulinsky vs Johnny Bizihwaeile

In the last combined seven fights both Kukulinsky and Biziwaeile have finished all of their opponents via knockout. Only one of those fights had actually gone to the third round. Shortly after NSC disbanded Kuklinsky, as well as several others, joined CEC in an attempt to preserve The hype behind their careers. With that in mind, it only made sense for the two heavyweight champions to go at it! Bizihwaeile the russian from london has tore through his opponents leaving them lifeless in most encounters. Hoping to gain many fans and much of their support this weekend his aim is not just to win the title but retire The Cuckhold. In the Red corner we have the recently crowned champion who defeated Heavy Rain to win the belt defending his title for the very first time. What can you expect watching this matchup? First you can expect a knockout. For one this will be a ridiculous match in the sense that someone is getting their brain rocked! You can also expect a lot of back and forth. Both of these fighters are at the top of the game. Their level of striking is what most youth in the game aspire to be like. Nearing their forties and the end of their mma careers, most pundits hesitate to speak on the outcome of the match because of the level of unpredictability at this weight class and with these two lions!

Prediction: Johnny B. Breaks down Kuklinsky and wins the heavyweight title before the end of the second round.

That is all we got for the fights. We hope you like the predictions and we look forward to seeing you at the fights this weekend!

CEC 677 PREVIEW, brought to you by Brother Hec

In Just Four days Claymore Elite Combat 677 is about to take off and it will change the face of

the game forever. You see two top heavyweights go at it for a chance to be the number one

contender. The lightweight title is on the line in a rematch that is bound to go and become a

slugfest. In a possible fight of the year you have Matt Cooke and Pauke Murhaa throwing down

tonight. Finally one other thing to keep your eye on when this fight begins is the underdog

manager taking on the manager who holds over 1000 victories with his fighters! Heres your

preview!

Fight: Rama Arjuna versus Alex Asztalos

In a battle between “The Awakened One” from India and “The Hungarian Sledgehammer” The

real story behind this fight is the tale of two managers. A classic tale of an underdog trying to

achieve glory. Arjuna has a manager who has lead his fighters to winning well over one

thousand fights while Asztalos manager holds twelve total fight management. You could argue

that Arjuna’s manager with his level of martial arts experience will easily lead his man to victory

over this newcomer. Yet, we can not allow ourselves to get caught up on just experience the

fighters have to possess certain skills as well. While we look at Asztalos we see he has lost his

last three fights via technical knockout, all within the first round! It would seem that is why his

former manager had abandoned him. Arjuna himself is on a current losing streak but the

Thirty-Six year old will certainly have a morale boost going in against Asztalos. Prediction:

Rama Arjuna adds a knock out in the first round to his resume.

Fight: Matt Cooke versus Pauke Murhaa

Matt “Quick” Cooke has saw two victories come from his most recent manager switch. A steady

build to the possibility of gaining back the title he lost a while back. To do that he has to first get

past Pauke Murhaa. When you think of an elite level striker you don't need to look any further

than Pauke Murhaa! Time after time he evades strikes only to land his own and finish his

opponents. The twenty nine year old Murhaa has quite the opposition in front of him and to

finish the black belt in Jiu Jitsu he most certainly has to be cautious of where this fight may lead.

To look at some common ground, between both fighters we have a combined sixteen fight of

the night awards. If i was to gamble it would be that this fight would give both of them a plus one

to that category. Prediction: Matt Cooke wins via submission late in the third.

Fight: Finnish Experiment versus Hillary Trump

Shortly after AEW closed its doors, the featherweight champion decided to throw his hat in the

CEC octagon. His first match, Hillary the submission specialist Trump. Trump has absolutely

shocked his opponents time after time with perfectly set up traps, catching his opponents and

forcing them to tap out. The Finnish Experiment will be facing his toughest test, especially when

it is understood that Experiment does not have the ideal level of grappling in comparison to

Trump. Yet, what Experiment lacks in his submission game he makes up for in his fight IQ.

riding in on a three fight win streak, experiment will no doubt have his to be extremely clever in

turning this fight in his favor. Trump has been pretty outspoken as of late and he recognizes that

if he were to get the win in this upcoming bout it would set him up in the rankings and it would

be a monumental shift for the featherweight division. Prediction: Hillary Trump submits the

Finnish Experiment in the first round.

Fight: Enitan Arendse versus Atte Savitaipale for the 155lbs Title

In four days, we have the opportunity to see the rematch! What some would say is arguably the

greatest living fighter, the champion of the lightweight division, Enitan “The Eagle” Arendse take

on “Chocolate Ganache” Atte Savaitaipale for what many believe to be a fight for the ages. This

five rounder is not something many believe will end before the final bell. Everyone watching this

fight is expecting a long drawn out slug fest. Before the Eagle had started his mixed martial arts

career he decided to enter into a single kickboxing event, knocking out his opponent with a head

kick. His then manager saw him enter into the mma scene and decided that he was not going to

waste his time with him. Shortly after Silent Bob, The Eagles now manager, picked him up and

watched him grow to become the superstar in the world we know him to be today. His opponent

has had such a long journey to get to this point. Having signed for CEC about a year and one

month ago he has made his impact known defeating some of the top class against CEC

lightweight elite. In the last fight it turned out that The Eagle had won it on all three judges

scorecards by securing each round comfortably. With a new gameplan intact could we possibly

see a different outcome? Prediction: The Eagle will be more aggressive and actually finish

Chocolate Ganache by the second round.

Fight: Howlin Wolf versus Kenuichio Harada

In what many are calling the number one contender match up for the heavyweight title we are

seeing two giant warriors collide when AEW Heavyweight Champion Howlin Wolf looks to make

a message to Kenuichio “Silver Samurai” Harada! Incase you have not been around lets do a

little background. Howlin Wolf was both the former heavyweight champion for NSC and AEW

until both companies went down. Now, he is at the top of the standings going in for his opening

fight. One certainly can not overlook Harada however as he has been on a ridiculous tear as of

late finishing his last three opponents with his phenomenal striking. Both Wolf and Harada know

full well what is at stake here and have worked extremely hard to get that title opportunity. Some

would say this fight is bound to happen again no matter the outcome because it is such an

exciting event. Howlin Wolf, a top ten pound in his weight class, is elite in every area this fight

goes. If you want to go to the ground, Wolf has the black belt and wrestling experience to get

the job done. You want to stay standing and striking, Wolf has the power to put you to sleep in

all of his limbs. It is clear that Wolf is just a little better than Harada in every part of the game but only by that much. This fight is coming down not just to skill but to fight plan. Does the Silver

Samurai play the aggressor or does he play the counter and land some combinations. Whatever

the case for this fight you can certainly expect a battle for the ages. Prediction: Kenuichio

Harada breaks down and stops Wolf!

Brought to you by our great writer Brother Hec

CLAYMORE ELITE COMBAT: HALLOWEEN TOKYO

When CEC takes on Tokyo, you could certainly imagine that fans will be seeing fireworks! The main event for Halloween Tokyo puts two top ten middleweights go head to head as [1] Chris “The Revenant Steve takes on [3] John “The Hangman” Ruth in, what appears to be, a number one contender match up for the middleweight title. In the Co-Main event we find the lightweight champion [C] Atte Savitaipale defending his belt against [5] Kagekatsu Uesugi, a recent contender entering Claymore Elite on a four fight win-streak! Just a note before we begin, the numbers beside the name indicate where the fighter stands in Claymore Elite Rankings, it is not the P4P or even weight rankings. The Tokyo card is filled with great content so let's dive in!

[1] Chris “The Revenant” Steve vs [3] John “The Hangman” Ruth

In a battle for a possible number one contender place, when we see two fighters making the organization switch into Claymore Elite. “The Revenant” who is rolling in on back to back wins knocking out both of his opponents is expecting to do the very same when he fights “The Hangman”! John Ruth is undoubtedly a fearsome opponent for Chris Steve, he comes in the heavier of the two fighters and recently it was understood that he weighs somewhere around 195lbs while it was reported that Steve was walking about at 180. Certainly being the heavier of the two fighters it would be a cause for concern for Steve that Ruth may be dealing heavier damage early on. It doesn't seem to be too much of an issue for the former heavyweight as Steve has fought at much heavier weight classes prior to this bout. Outside of the weight issue what you are dealing with is a fighter who regularly deals knockout damage to his opponents in Steve and an opponent who can finish a fight in any position he ends up with Ruth. Ruth has finished multiple fights becoming known as a terror in Jiu Jitsu to many of his opponents, but for a fighter like Steve, who has never been submitted this may not be such an issue for him. In any case, this fight is expected to be aggressive from start to finish and we will certainly see a finish in one way or another.

Prediction: Chris “The Revenant” Smith stops Ruth with body shots late in the fourth.

[C] “Chocolate Ganache” Atte Savitaipale vs [5] Kagekatsu Uesugi

In the co-main for the evening we see the former champion of All Elite MMA make his Claymore Elite debut to take on the organizations lightweight champion in Atte Savitaipale! It is a battle for what fans will know as a battle for the ages. Both fighters have been winning their last few fights so there is a load of hype behind each fighter currently. Savitaipale just recently became the champion after a hard fought win against the former CEC champion. Uesuegi who is riding a four fight win streak looks to make a strong start to his Claymore Elite Career by taking out the champion right from the start. In a fight that should be exciting no matter which direction it goes, most fight fans are predicting it will go the distance with plenty of non-stop action leading up to the final bell. Atte’s gym mates were recently discussing how they feel Uesugi will match up against their gym partner and have stated that Uesugi is “going to get wrecked” when he enters the octagon and that “he has no idea what is instore for him come Halloween Tokyo.” The smack talk may certainly hype up the fight but in reality these two fighters do not care much for that. This fight can end at any given moment and it will probably turn into just that.

Prediction: Atte Savitaipale finishes this fight via submission in the third.

[7] Umberto Reem vs [8] Brak Maugon

This right here is going to be the fight of the freaking night. I am calling it. Brak Maugon, currently ranked 8 in the Claymore standings is the last man to hand the heavyweight champion, Richard Kuklinsky a loss. Since then Brak has struggled to stay consistent and until most recently he has looked like an absolute beast in the octagon. Umberto Reem, who has just switched management for the sixth time in his career is hoping to prove his previous managers wrong and go on to win the world's most coveted championship belt. The Dark Knight nutrition fighter, Brak Maugon, had a recent training video posted to his social media account where it showed him hammering away at the punching bags for over an hour with no breaks. His cardio is up and obviously his punching power is on the rise as well and comparing him to his former self is probably not something we should focus on doing. Getting back to his ways of knocking out opponents is the goal and it should be expected that will happen come Halloween night unless Umberto can get the fight on the ground and fast to throw some heavy ground and pound. In any case these two fighters bring in a combined 41 combined knockouts in their 48 combined fights. Is it safe to say this fight will finish by someone being unconscious?

Prediction: Brak Maugon via fifth round knockout.

[3] Galen “war” Dall vs [4] Cayden “The Crusher” Cadman

Ladies and gentlemen, if you are not yet excited for the main card perhaps this fight will do it for you. In a potential number one contenders match these two top five opponents are aiming to be the champion very soon. The Claymore Elite veteran Galen Dall is completely aware of what it looks like to be under the lights in the ring, fighting for the organization since CEC 520 Dall is not only a veteran but he is a fan favorite in the organization. Galen Dall, the former lightweight champion hopes to once again hold his belt and prove to the naysayers and doubters that he will stomp out any competition to get to the top of the hold. His first opponent however is by no means a stepping stone. “The Crusher” as he has come to be known, has finished a majority of his opponents by knockout. In fact, fifteen of his seventeen wins are by knockout and he has proven time and time again, if he hits you he crushes you. Upon entering CEC he was riding a six fight win streak all via knockout and went the distance to receive a controversial decision as a draw. It was what Cadman’s coach said, “a minor setback.” So Cadman is still hoping to hit CEC with that explosive power the fans all expected.

Prediction: Cayden Cadman via second round knockout.

[8] Ikka Runnisto vs [9] Arthur Pendragon

At the start of the main card two world class strikers bring in the crowd as the Pendragon looks to rattle his opponents. Between Arthur and Ikka they have a combined record of ten fight of the night awards. These two don't look to just bring the action, they look to keep it with you! Ikka Runnisto is running on a three fight winning streak knocking out his most recent opponent in such a vicious way. The two combatants are not excatly close to a title shot but they are still in the top ten of their division here at Claymore Elite and what is more exciting is that they are definitely on the up and up aiming to be in title contention before the year closes out. Ikka who has ran through his last few opponents certainly believes it would be sooner rather than later for him but its a tough test for him in Pendragon. Pendragon who is coming off a loss in his last fight has been in a tough spot. His last four outings only one of those fights was a victory. A lot of Pendragon supporters are hoping he bounces back and outpaces and outguns his opponent in this matchup. The black belt in Jiu Jitsu has never really showcased his skills but in questioning the best possible strategy it may be just that, to go for submissions. The question is would he be willing to take a chance on the ground against someone who has never really shown submission offense before.

Prediction: Ikka “Runtu” Runs through Arthur by a spectacular knockout.

CLAYMORE ELITE COMBAT: HALLOWEEN London

When it comes to Halloween in the city of London, Jack the Ripper would be proud. This fight card has everything you would want in mixed martial arts and for the casual fan, it will certainly be your cup of tea. Two Claymore titles are on the line in this exciting card as Masa Sanada takes on Polliisi Partio for the Welterweight title! Moments before that we have the heavy handed Arjan Bhullar defending the middleweight crown against Edward Stoker! Just a note before we begin, the numbers beside the name indicate where the fighter stands in Claymore Elite Rankings, it is not the P4P or even weight rankings. The whole London card is amazing so lets jump into it starting with the Main Event.

[C] Masa Sanada vs [1] “Polliisi Partio

When the number one contender in your division is on a four fight win streak dismantling his competition, as a champion you have no choice but to respond. Polliisi Partio is currently sitting at the top spot of the contenders list waiting for his shot for the belt against Masa Sanada, who is coming off a loss in the Gamma organization. Not unfamiliar to win streaks, Sanada was riding a six fight streak himself just before the loss to the Gamma Champion. Sparring partners of Sanada stated earlier this week he looks to bounce back and lately he is an absolute savage in the gym. Partio doesn't seem to concerned himself. Recent footage of Partio shows him working on bringing back that knockout power he has become famous for by an improved focus on his striking game. Partio the taller and heavier of the two fighters is aware of the danger that Sanada brings when he is in the ring. The TKO stoppages that make fans go wild are what Sanada lives for and it is certainly what he will be looking to secure as he jumps back to defend his title. On paper this bout has all the makings of fight of the year.

Prediction: Sanada hands Partio his first Tko loss of his career. #AndStill

[C] Arjan Bhullar vs [4] Edward Stoker

In a rematch that has many fans elated the heavy handed Arjan Bhullar looks to add another dominating finish to his resume by once again stopping Edward Stoker. Before we get into this fight, let's take a look back to when these two met up last time. Stoker was the title holder for quite the season as he wrecked opponent after opponent and continued to retain his middleweight crown. At the start of the match Stoker “dominated” Arjan in the very first round. He scored point after point and it looked to be the Queensland Bomber was going to successfully carry out his seventh career title defense. The second round began and what many have claimed to be a lucky shot was heard round the CEC world. Arjan Bhullar ran into clinch with the then champ and Stoker pushed him away, at the same time Bhullar unleashed a wild right hook sending Stoker to the mat. From there he went on to dethrone the former champion and earn the title “middleweight champion”. Now, Stoker is looking for revenge. The 41 year old feels age is but a number and will let his technique do the talking come fight time. Arjan, who is smaller in height than Stoker believes he can once again get in on the inside and unleash havoc. This time, he knows what he is up against and will be altering his game plan to meet Stoker in the middle of the ring but this time he hopes to retire the veteran of CEC.

Prediction: Arjan Bhullar scores a hellacious knockout to retain the 185lbs title.

[3] Hyryx Dall vs [5] Archibald Knox

Perhaps a number one contender bout is in place when Hyryx Dall, the 36 year old training out of New York, comes to battle the sensational knockout artist in Archibald Knox. Knox has a total of fifteen knockouts of his twenty-two victories, one thing is clear is that he would prefer to keep his hands fluid in this fight. Dall, who is currently riding a two fight win-streak is on stranger to knock outs himself scoring a head kick and a punch knockout quite recently. When it comes to preference however it is no secret that Dall is most comfortable on the submission game. About half of his victories in the ring have come through via submission and surprises even the most elite of Jiu Jitsu artists. The Rattlesnake has been paying specific attention to his purple belt opponent who trains out of Crassus in Manhattan and believes his skill level will be too much for the younger fighter. In his last few victories Dall has submitted three black belts which gives him a huge mental boost going into this fight. We caught up with one of Knox’s coaches, Lex Giamatti, and Lex freely shared how he believes defensively Knox will be too tough for Dall to finish on the ground. He reminded us that this isnt a grappling match but a mma one and that Knox isnt just working on his ground game but working on the holes he sees to finish Dall. With thoughtful consideration we realize that this fight could end in spectacular fashion but we have to make a prediction as it is what we do as writers.

Prediction: The Rattlesnake via submission.

[2] Kamerun Diaz vs [5] Jax Thomas

When Diaz goes to war the nation rallies behind him and this time he is going to need it. Kamerun Diaz is a specialist on the ground game submitting over half of his opponents on the ground. The Jiu Jitsu brown belt has a knack for finding people and squeezing the life out of them. Of course, Jax Thomas is not someone who has ever been submitted in his career and the black belt in Jiu Jitsu has no fear of anything Diaz brings. He feels that Diaz should be trembling of his knockout power. Jax has knocked out eighteen of his opponents in ruthless fashion and will aim to do the same thing to the hard headed Diaz. Unfortunately for both of these fighters they are coming off of losses that have pushed them back in the rankings to positions they don’t particularly fancy. Jax who has switched to CEC from Pride believes his new org will supply him with a new start and will hit the ground running piling up victory after victory until he gets to fight for the title. A report came out on Jax Thomas recently claiming he has not been like his former self around the gym and seems to be somewhat apathetic in training, this report goes on to claim that his morale has taken a blow for the worst. Thomas’ manager was quick to speak out against the report claiming it was all nonsense but this leaves us wondering if his morale is lower than usual, how does this affect his performance come fight night? Despite three losses coming to him in his last four fights it is clear he has not yet thrown in the towel and we hope he doesn't do so anytime soon.

Prediction: Jax Thomas secures his first CEC win via second round knockout.

[3] Deshawn Jackson vs [5] Tommy Shelby

When “The Bomb” comes to town people stop and take notice. A fighter who has developed a way to win almost anywhere the fight takes him has stepped his game up to the point that it creates a danger for anyone who goes against him. Tommy Shelby a four time fight of the night holder looks to carry out another entertaining performance against the fan favorite that is Jackson. On paper, Jackson just seems to edge out Shelby everywhere this fight goes. Many are already looking to see Jackson get his rematch against the current champion, Grande, but he has dismissed all questions stating he feels Shelby is deserving of his full attention for the entire half a round of this fight. In a fight build up that has certainly developed a hint of aggression of one opponent to the other both men still consider the other quite skillful and are cautious to jump the gun on what is next. Grande took to twitter to wish both fighters luck and remind them that he has no problem to show them who “La Bestia” is once again. The attention for this fight has reached a high point as both fighters are ready to let it all hang out.

Prediction: DeShawn Jackson gets back to his winning ways against Shelby via submission.

At Claymore Elite Halloween two of the greatest fighters of our generation are up against each other in what looks to be the best fight we will see for a very long time in the Light Heavyweight Division. Before the match up we have an interview to get you excited for the fight. Neither fighter has heard the other fighters interview so there really is little smack talk.

The fighter is Akoni Gray. Currently ranked as the Number 2 fighter in all of MMATycoon. He stands as one of the most hellacious knockout artists we have seen toppling many great opponents. His record, a phenomenal 36 wins with 31 knockouts and he has only suffered four losses in his career. Currently, he is on a 11 fight win streak. Ladies and Gentleman I am pleased to welcome you to the interview of Akoni “King of Kings” Gray.

1. Akoni welcome to the interview! It is an absolute honor to be interviewing you this evening.

[A] Yes I'm sure it is. Please continue.

2. Akoni, in your last eleven bouts you have either knocked out or technically knocked out your opponent. So you see the same thing happening here with McGurire, a man who has never actually been knocked out before?

[A] With the blessing of Emperor Haile Selassie I will end this McGuire. But rest assured, I will give his wife commiseration flowers. And if she is attractive enough I may even give her a commiseration bang.

3. What does this fight mean for your legacy and for the future of the division?

[A] My legacy is not a concern to me. I don't live for that. I live for knowledge of this earth. Do you like waterfalls? Of course you do, everyone does. Could my legacy create a waterfall? No. Then why would I care about it. You look confused little man, here smoke this *Akoni passes a blunt to interviewer* *BrotherHec coughs violently*

4. If you win this fight, I would imagine this would make you the P4P king. Would you agree with that statement?

[A] I think after that smoke you should be imagining much more interesting things than who is or isn't the P4P king. I'm the King of Kingston and that is all that matters to me.

5. What’s left for you at 205? Do you see yourself moving back up to heavyweight to challenge yourself some more or would you prefer staying at LHW for the rest of your career?

[A] Heavyweight are just lazy Light heavyweights. What's left for me at Light Heavyweight is simply more destruction.

6. What do you have to say for all of your Kingston fans out there Akoni?

[A] I would like to tell them and everyone else this: Did you know the song Escape by Rupert Holmes, the one that goes like.... "That you liked Pina Coladas, and getting caught in the rain, And the feel of the ocean, and the taste of champagne, If you like making love at midnight, in the dunes of the cape" While it seems like a very nice song about drinking Pina Coladas and having a good time it's actually about a married couple trying to cheat on each other. It's very sad.

The fighter in this interview is none other than “First Blood” Bryer McGuire. Currently ranked as the Number 2 fighter in all of MMATycoon. Currently riding an eight fight win-streak. With a record of 25 wins and 20 of those coming by knockouts it is safe to say standing on the feet is a dangerous gameplan when it comes to fighting McGuire. He is up against an opponent who has knocked out most of his opponents and being knocked out is something McGuire has never experienced before. Ladies and Gentleman, please welcome, “First Blood” Bryer McGuire!

1. Mr. McGuire, Thankyou for taking the time to sit and chat with me today!

[b.M.] My pleasure.

2. You are what many consider the most dangerous man in the light heavyweight division, should you beat Akoni, is it even a question anymore?

[b.M.] Look, Akoni is a warrior. He's been a champ everywhere he's gone, possibly one of the greatest Light Heavyweights of our generation, but he's never fought someone like me. Not only do I devastate my opponents but I put on a show as well and that's exactly what the fans will get when myself and Akoni step in that cage on October 31st. And when the ref raises my hand there will be no doubt as to who the #1 is.

3. Akoni has finished his last eleven people by knockout. What is your strategy to go in there and get the W?

[b.M.] Strategy? You won't be getting any secrets out of me today but I will say this; Akoni and I have known each other for a while. We both rep my managers clothing brand. We know each other's style and we know what each other can do in the cage. There will be no decision in this fight, that's for sure.

This is going to be a war. https://youtu.be/Q6c8X_s1h9Y

4. Should you get the win at CEC Halloween, what’s next for “First Blood”?!

[b.M.] Honestly? Whatever the boss man at CEC wants. I'm always up for a fight. Whether one of these boys at CEC steps up and deserves to challenge for the belt or I go on collecting trophies from the other Orgs around the World, I'll be ready for anything.

5. Is there anything you wish to say to all your Bryer Mcgurie Fans out there?

[b.M.] Enjoy. This is going to be one for the ages. Two absolute beasts at the top of their game are about to leave it all in the cage. This is for you.

CLAYMORE ELITE COMBAT: HALLOWEEN Los Angeles

When it comes to Halloween in the city of angels it could not get more thrilling! Claymore Elite Combat is hosting three events in the largest arenas in the world hoping to captivate audiences and continue to find the best fighters in the world. In Los Angeles we have the top two light heavyweights in the world colliding as Akoni “king of Kingston” Gray looks to take out “First Blood” Bryer McGuire! For the Co-Main event, the heavyweight title is on the line as arguably the greatest heavyweight we have seen in a long time, Richard Kuklinsky defends his belt against the sensational knockout artist Howlin Wolf! Also, in a late addition to the card we see the pound for pound goat, Friedrich Alzheimer return to the CEC in a match that is sure to bring violence! The whole card is stacked so let's get into the preview! Just a note before we begin, the numbers beside the name indicate where the fighter stands in Claymore Elite Rankings. It is not the P4P or even weight rankings.

[1] Akoni “King of Kingston” Gray vs [2] “First Blood” Bryer McGuire

What do you get when you put the number one and number two ranked light heavyweight fighters in a match? Fireworks! Our main event is an absolute thriller when the King of Kingston takes on First Blood! Akoni Gray, who fights with the organization Pride based out of Tokyo is riding an eleven fight win streak. The one loss he had in his last thirty four fights was a closely contested 5 round war that went to the judges decision. Akoni has been on a ruthless tear of the light heavyweight division knocking out almost every single opponent he has been up against. In almost all of his match-ups he has yet to encounter someone as dangerous as Bryer McGruire. Bryer who is riding his own win streak of 8 wins has just recently become the Claymore Elite light heavyweight champion and has looked ever impressive in holding that title. A true fan favorite who scores vicious knockouts for the fans believes his stand up will certainly test the durability of Grays chin. Fans are in an absolute uproar about who is going to win this fight. When pen comes to paper, it is fair to say Gray seems to take the edge with his higher level of striking and experience in the ring. Personally, I am considering the fact that McGuire has never been knocked out before while Gray has been.

Prediction: McGuire shocks the world with a knockout upset in the fourth round.

Co-Main Event: [C] Richard Kuklinsky vs [1] Howlin Wolf for the 265lbs title

The champion Richard Kuklinsky is coming off a five fight win streak knocking out the whos who in the heavyweight division. Coming straight off a knockout win against the former NSC Heavyweight champion, Kuklinsky has been feeling a new sort of aggression with his hands. It appears that as soon as his manager Bradley Burns gets a feel for how the opponent is aiming he makes the necessary adaptations for Kuklinsky to steal the show. In his last four fights Kuklinsky has finished his opponent before the two minute mark. Howlin Wolf, the AEW heavyweight champion made the transition over to Claymore Elite at CEC 677 when he outscored his opponent on all three judges scorecards. Wolf, who is widely looked at as the underdog comes in the fight as the heavier of the two fighters by over thirty pounds. The Las Vegas resident appears to be confident wherever this fight may go. He feels his muay thai is superior than “The Cuckholds” and as a fan it’s hard to argue the idea that a black belt in Jiu Jitsu will be submitted by a brown belt. So how does this fight go down?

Prediction: Both fighters will be cut. Howlin Wolf will surprise the CEC fans and bookies by stopping Kuklinsky late in the second round.

[C] Friedrich “Mein Fick” Alzheimer vs [1] Junior “Tarantula” Vilson for the 265+ Title

In the newly created division for Claymore Elite, we have the only two competitors going for the belt as 30-4 Friedrich Alzheimer takes aim at the ever decisive 26-5-3 Junior Vilson! This fight on paper looks to be more of an openweight title rather than a super heavyweight title as both of the competitors are walking around about 145lbs. Mein Fick, as he has come to be known in his training camp, is undoubtedly the pound for pound best fighter in the world. Alzheimer walks in this fight carrying a ten fight winning streak with him recently defeating some of the best featherweights in the world. Vilson is looking to topple the fan favorite by using his height as the main factor but also finding himself comfortable with winning the fight round by round. Heavily known as a fighter who wins on the scorecards, Vilson is someone who takes the fight and racks up points to in an attempt to steal the show. He nullifies many of his opponent's defenses and leaves his opponents frustrated almost every single time he steps foot in the octagon. In Vilsons last sixteen fights each fight has gone to the judges scorecards forcing him to walk away with some draws and even some split decisions. The Haitian born vs the German born is expected to go the full distance and fortunately for us as fight fans we are the ones who walk away with the real win. Both fighters, who are 33 years old, have precision like striking that many of their past opponents have considered “elite”. Odds are, we won’t be walking away with a knockout victory in this match up. In any case, there is more for Alzheimer to work off of given Vilsons recent decision losses and split decision wins where as the Tarantula will have to nitpick the last few fights of Mein Fick to get a feel of what his best advantage going into this will be.

Prediction: Friedrich Alzheimer gets it done via unanimous decision.

[3] Johnny “Cyborg” Bizihwaeile vs [4] Heavy Rain

Under his current manager Bum Mushin, the only two people Cyborg has lost to in his last nine fights are in the main event tonight. His other seven fights have all been finished through knockout in spectacular fashion. Cyborg, in a single word is a finisher. Holder of seven knockout of the night awards throughout his career, he is definitely not someone to be taken lightly when it comes to the fight game. The thirty seven year old Russian training out of London is hoping to impose his will against a man who is virtually identical on paper. Heavy Rain is a fight of the night specialist. The Los Angeles resident looks to welcome Bizihwaeile in his backyard and send him out beaten to a pulp. When fans look to see action the name Cyborg and Rain are on the tips of everyone's tongue and it's not hard to figure out why. With a combined 37 knockouts in their fighting career it is quite clear to expect that these two combatants will meet in the center of the ring and throw bombs until the other fades away. Rain has seen two losses in his last seven fights as well and one of those was to the current CEC champion, similar to his opponent Cyborg. Both of these fighters have a lot going for them as well as a lot that is against them in this match up and honestly it is either mans win.

Prediction: Johnny Bizihwaeile via knockout in first round.

[7] Sergey Beznisko vs [9] Geordie Power

In a followup light heavyweight match up we have two fight of the night regulars as Sergey Beznisko looks to move further up the rankings against Geordie Power. This match has all the signs for an all out slugfest, one that is sure to keep the fans entertained. When it is expected that two aggressive combatants will go at it, you're sure to see ticket sales go up. In Sergey we have a man who is hit his stride recently as he has won his last three fights. This is for sure an exciting time for the man who has struggled with his performance in the past. With a total of 20 combined losses on his resume Sergey truly believes he is in the best form of his life and looks to showcase that against Power on halloween. Geordie Power was the former NSC champion when the organization went down. Before his most recent loss, Power was running an eight fight winning streak against some very tough opposition. The most difficult part of this match up would be the vast difference between the submission game between the two. Sergey is a popular black belt training out of Jeds Gym in London where as Power is holding a purple belt training primarily out of Total Impact, a gym focused pretty heavily on the kickboxing side of martial arts. Despite this major difference there is something to be said about the two fighters as a whole. Power is perhaps the more calculated of the two fighters and is likely the one to walk out of the ring as the winner.

Prediction: Power via tko in the second round.

[6] Ueda Umanouke vs [10] Christophe Dupree

In the first fight of the main card we have the two heavyweights who are clinical finishers. Ueda Umanouke is coming off back to back wins while Christophe Dupree is coming off back-to back losses. Can the tables be turned in this event? Ueda is a celebrity Jiu Jitsu artist with 8 submission wins under his name. This high level black belt is by all means looking to wrap his limbs around Dupree and bring home the win early. Dupree, who is susceptible to being submitted, feels his striking power will put Ueda to sleep as has been seen multiple times before. It is a mixed martial artist dream fight when you have a submission specialist square off against a striking specialist. The former NSC champion looks to move his name back up the rankings to challenge once more for the famed title.

Prediction: Christophe Dupree via knockout!

Claymore Elite Combat: Birthday Bash in LA!

For the last ten years Claymore Elite Combat has been bringing mixed martial arts fans memorable fights that have been etched into the minds forever. We have seen phenomenal fighters and champions emerge and become immediate fan favorites. Fighters such as Pete Granger a three time champion and Richard Kuklinsky, who is still active and wrecking top class opponents. Now after 700 events, the number one organization in the world is celebrating its ten year anniversary in one of the best cities in the world to do it: Los Angeles!

In the main event, we see Jesus Chico Grande, one of the top ten fighters in the world look to demolish his opponent, a younger fighter, the mexican sensation, Gerardo Pacheco! For the Co-Main we will witness the 81st title bout for the featherweight championship of the world as Hillary Trump, the tennessee native who dethroned the long standing champion Grande, take on the tarantula, Junior Vilson! A few other notable fights for you to pay attention to this weekend would be the rematch between Three Dog and Hector Determinador or Bastyn Doll wage war against Mike Lowe for a battle to decide whos win streak continues and who falls victim to loss. Just a note on the preview, the numbers next to the fighters names are where they stand in comparison to their division within CEC and not the entire tycoon! Now, lets get into the preview!

MAIN EVENT

Jesus Chico Grande (1) vs Gerardo Pacheco (4)

In what looks to be a number one contenders match we see the long time Featherweight champion, Jesus Chico Grande look to move into title contention after he defeats the Mexican sensation, Gerardo Pacheco! The now champion, Hillary Trump shocked the world when he dethroned Grande by submitting him in a triangle. However, a month before he did that he was able to secure a nasty armbar on the mexican sensation and guarantee himself a title shot. Both men, submitted by the now champion, are focused on revenge and it would be a lie to say that both fighters are content with a decision victory. Grande, who is probably recognized as the best featherweight fighter CEC has ever seen, has been criticized lately as getting “too old” and that “he just doesnt have it anymore” by some writers. The 38 year old who trains out of T-Troid Gym out in London has some of the best sparring partners around. One sparring partner, was on record stating that he was actually looking more dangerous than ever before with vicious intent on his mind. Gerardo Pacheco is not a name we should be completely ignoring here. The fighter many have come to know and love has rattled the division with five victories in his last six outings. A decisive victory here will most likely guarantee him a spot against the current champion. Andres Alford, Gerardos BJJ coaches spoke to us about the holes they feel they can exploit in Grande and expects Gerardo to do exactly that in a few days.

Prediction: Grande Knocks out Gerardo by the end of the first round via Head Kick!

Co-Main

Hillary Trump © vs Junior Vilson (4)

In a fight where the champion has been on a winning streak submitting some of the best competition in his division, he faces one of his toughest tests in the Tarantula Junior Vilson. Vilson, who is riding a series of decision wins, hopes to shock the world in not only finishing an opponent but also securing the featherweight crown! To do that, the 33 year old must recognize that his opponent, a black belt in Jiu Jitsu, has submitted some of the toughest opponents in recent times and will aim to do that to Vilson as well. To be blunt it feels that Trumps biggest fight is not so much his opponent in the ring but his recognition by the fans. The fans are currently more interested in seeing the two men that he submitted fight for the number one contender spot than see him defend his title. Perhaps a new era is alive in the Trump era and he hopes to make the featherweight division great again, but to do that he needs to continue his electrifying ride and completely topple any opposition. Critics of Vilson state that his ground game won’t be able to compete with the infamous Trump and if it goes to the ground it will end.

Prediction: Hillary Trump submits Vilson via Heel Hook in the first round.

Three Dog (3) vs Hector Stefan (7)

Right off the bat let me claim i believe this will be our fight of the night winner. These two Light Heavyweight fighters are known by fans and their previous fight was a slugfest. Hector Stefan, who i share first names with, looks to prove the judges had it right when he scored that unanimous victory in their first fight. Once riding a six fight win streak, Stefan was stopped abruptly by a knockout punch when he fought for the title. His first fight back the same thing occurred. The rattled Stefan has slowly found his rhythm again and is confident he will be able to find victory against Three Dog. As he is known by his fans, “Dj”, has always been someone to bring the crowd a good show. Six time knockout of the night winner believes that he will earn his seventh knockout after he has found the holes in the game of Stefan. There is a certain confidence that fighters will hold over their opponent when they feel weaknesses have been exposed and to be fair, Stefan has shown weaknesses lately, and the main one, his chin.

Prediction: Three Dog via spinning backfist in the second round.

Bastyn Dall (10) vs Mike Lowe (12)

This featherweight fight has intensity written all over it! Both fighters have won their last two fights in CEC and hope to bring a third win home for themselves. In order to do that they will be facing someone who will be peak condition. Both fighters are reportedly not concerned about a loss as neither don’t believe that is an option. You know what that means fans? Knockout of the night! “The Beast” is under new management, and in a fight this big for his career it may not workout to his favor. Something to look at as the gameplans may switch things up. Lowe, has not been the most dominant of fighters but he has been exciting securing over ratings of over 85% in his last two fights in comparison to Dall’s measly 50% rated fights. Mike Lowe is known to be an aggressive go lucky kind of guy and in this matchup he may be fighting a new beast with Dall, not just the dangerous one we have come to know. It is fair to say in comparison to their skill set, Lowe appears to be a more well rounded striker and may employ a lot more vicious combinations that will set him apart from his opponent. Should we say that, it is also equally important to note that Dall is a dangerous grappler and definitely more skilled than Lowe as his fifteen wins via submission go to prove that. The question is, can Dall get this fight to the ground or will Lowe stop him as he shoots his shot?

Prediction: Lowe takes the W as he Knees Dall to sleep in the third.

Haislan Garcia (13) vs Finnish Experiment (17)

To start our main card off right, we see Haislan Garcia, who has significantly moved up the rankings following his last three fights, take on the crowd favorite Finnish Experiment. In a match that has all the makings of a classic this fight, in my eyes, only ends one way, knockout! Garcia who has only lost one of his last seven fights the Experiment has lost three of his last six fights. It may not be the start he expected when he joined CEC but he has yet to obtain a win but he believes the red mohawked fighter is the perfect person for him to get that win. A question has come to mind when you ask whether or not Finnish can compete with the level of experience as Garcia as Garcia does have ten more fights above him. It really is hard to make the case for Finnish Experiment in this fight and I won’t waste much more time, for his sake i hope i am wrong but honestly if he doesn’t secure a win here he should reconsider if this business is right for him. I am not saying he is not a talented fighter as he certainly is but perhaps he is not cut out for the highest level of competition. His manager, Bloody Gutz, has managed fighters for years and holds 400 more wins in his career than losses, so if there is anyone to reshape Finnish Experiment i would believe it be him.

Prediction: Garcia scores a decision victory and gets a top five fight in the near future.
